I highly advise not to go through this slum company. My roof is new through them. My whole house is leaking and they will not come out to even look. He was very rude and hung up on me. I'm very upset being the shingles are the highest quality on the market and ProCrafters fb says "5 years no complaints". This is going to now be a struggle that I don't need. Be warned!

My roof is leaking in multiple spots it started at the wall line on my garage, now it's multiple. the owner of the company is says it's been a year since he did it so it's not his problem. Absolutely trash completely unbelievable. His craftsmanship is horrible and warranty means nothing

These guys were the absolute best and easiest to work with. They showed up quickly to give an estimate and with in a week and a half, they had spoke with the insurance company and started on the roof. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very professional and showed up when they said they would. Made the whole process so easy and stress free

We had major hail damage. Our house is a story and a half with a large 30x36 garage and signal car size shed. It took them a day and a half. Everyone that worked on our house was great! We worked with Adam and Robert on issues we didn’t understand. Everything from work that was missed and not completed properly from previous construction, to insurance questions. Everything was explained in great detail. They were on time, did everything promised, and our yard had all debris and nails cleaned to great satisfaction! I like that Adam was honest, upfront, and personable!

We suffered great damage to our house, garage and shed roofs and had some pretty bad adjusters sent to us. I was beside myself, having never had to deal with anything comparable to this before. Damage was wide spread in our midwest area and people were not interested in coming to give estimates in a timely manner. I called ProCrafters Roofing after seeing an advertisement for them on line and they came the next day, got on my roof and assessed the damage...they helped me with my insurance company and worked with me in terms that I could understand. When my insurance company sent another adjuster to survey the damage, nearly a year and a half after the 1st one, Adam was there to explain things to them that I could not put into words...He came out twice after that to confirm damage to my insurance company and went to bat for me when the adjuster didn't believe there was that much damage. Work was begun as soon as we got the go ahead from my insurance company , with a team of seven very considerate workers....and Adam stayed the whole day, to insure that things were done correctly. They roofed my house, my 2 1/2 car garage and my shed all in the same day and cleaned my gutters and left no mess, nails or other things in my yard when they were finished. Everything they had to move was put back in place before they left. Robert Hobson and Adam Bailey were the BEST there is to work with...I might also add that EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALLED with a question or information , day or night, Robert answered the phone and steered me in the right direction. Thank you so very much for your assistance and patience in making this happen and for guiding me when I wasn't sure what I was doing. ProRoofing, Robert and Adam are true professionals in every sense of the word and I would recommend them highly for anyone to use in the future~ Thank you, sincerely, Adam and Robert...You will never know how much you are appreciated..

Pro Crafters installed all new siding in under 3 days on our big 2 story home. We had derecho damage and after a long 2 years of waiting and trying to work with other companies, Robert and Adam took the reins. They made sure our insurance company paid us the maximum amount so we didn’t have to spend a dime out of pocket. They were both quick to respond and met all our needs from start to finish. I would recommend Pro Crafts to anyone.

Adam Bailey stopped by to give an estimate, and was very honest, upfront, and personable. He told us everything we needed to know about our repair and completed the job in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We had high wind damage to our big 6-bedroom Victorian style mansion. Mike Voelker, of ProCrafter's Roofing, did a thorough job in inspection of our roof along with photographs of a the damage and other problem spots. Of all the contractor's biding the project, Mike was the only contracted that came to bid with equipment to actually reach the three and a half story roof. Even though Pro Crafter's was the only bid that included a detailed list of all the repairs needed, their bid was the lowest. The ProCrafter Roofing crew came and went right to work with nine or so workers. They worked hard, was very professional and did it safely on that dangerously steep roof and tower. They did a very beautiful job and their clean-up was top-notch. Robert Hobson managed the process excellently. all materials arrived on time with correct products. Robert works well with the insurance company and is a great negotiator that covers your back. I highly recommend ProCrafter's Roofing for any size project.

Very friendly. Communicative between the sales rep up to the owner. Spot on with timeline quotes. Although the second cheapest, out of five companies, very professional - the crew worked quickly and clean-up was thorough. Highly recommended.

Done quickly with wonderful results. I have flower beds around my house and the roofing crew did a wonderful job protecting my plantings while removing the layers of shingles and putting on the new shingles. Job very well done!

They did a HUGE roof for us here in Allison. Very happy with the work they did and GREAT customer service.

I didn't get the chance to work with them but I had called for an estimate and they were out there the next day.

Edited to add. After I left a 4 star they proceeded to try and get me to change the rating to 5 star. Then they reached out to the organization that we were using to help us with a new roof and they proceeded to try and make waves there. And when they couldn't get any where with that they were then calling the city and making complaints because we choose to go with another bid.

They worked directly with my insurance company to convince them to allow for an entire roof replacement instead of just one side. They regularly communicated with me about what to expect. The crew worked fast and did a great job of cleaning up. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

They were very good and did a fantastic job of cleaning up when done. One day and I had a new roof! Would recommend without hesitation.

Pro Crafters is the best roofing company around. They were punctual in getting started and finished the whole job in one day. Mike was super to work with and was attentive to every detail from start to finish. His workers were great and they did an excellent job on clean up after the roofing was done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone... you won’t be sorry!!

Procrafters did much work in our neighborhood and was recommended by our neighbor. They were helpful in the process of working with our insurance adjuster and overall did a fantastic job of replacing the damaged roof with a new one. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I have already recommended Procrafters Roofing to another neighbor who needs his roof repaired.

They did a excellent job on our house. Every thing they said they would do was completed as promised. Highly recommend this company if you need work done.

From making sure we knew exactly what would be done to clean up, everything was professional and courteous. Very hard working crew. They stuck to the task and did not waste time. Mike and his crew are worthy of the name PRO Crafters.

ProCrafters Roofing repaired our roof. They found additional damages and took care of submitting all Insurance invoices promptly. The roof was finished under the promised date. Two of our neighbors came over to inquire about their peformance.

Loved the work Mike and his crew did. They were courteous, prompt, cleaned up behind them selves and did a fabulous job. I would use them again if the occasion ever arose.

Procrafters roofing asked daily if they were meeting our expectations .
All question were answered on the spot. Their employees were knowledgeable,cleaned up every night before leaving and did a great job.

Mikes crew was very quick to the job once we had decided on the shingle we were to have installed. Guys did a professional job on installation and cleanup.

Happened to be around when my business roof was torn off, and helped and directed me taking protection on the roof in the dark with little for tools!!!!
Procrafters were business savers that night and repaired and replaced rubber roof and coordinated all brick work under budget.,....thanks Mike
