After qualifying for the Louisiana fortified roof grant, I met with and received quotes from 8 different contractors. Taylor made was the last bid that I received and the last contractor I met with. I’m so glad I did.

I’ve never dealt with a construction company or contracting group with as much integrity as Taylor Made. Not only was their bid significantly lower than the others, but their work (and the pride they take in it) was evident from the start. They found unexpected issues and fixed them when they could have easily hid them or covered them up. They also didn’t up charge me for those unexpected issues.

They communicated with me throughout the process, showed me issues and how they were going to fix them, charged a fair price, and left my yard looking better than it was before they arrived.

I couldn’t be happier with the work they did and how they conducted themselves. Do not hesitate to work with Taylor Made; they are salt of the earth, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.

The list of reasons to choose Taylor Made goes on and on! They are a family owned business and locally owned (NOLA owned, don’t let the phone number throw you off!) The owners were on location the day of my roof install. They spent time walking me through the project before the start and at the end. They put their name on the line, and they delivered. There were no change orders on my project. What was in my contract is what happened. If they ran into hiccups that would have cost me money with other contractors, I wouldn’t know, because they just took care of it. I was selected through the Fortified Roof Grant program, and Brandi was on the phone with my evaluator as the project was happening to ensure everyone was on the same page regarding standards to get my certificate approved. They left my yard spotless and even skimmed my pool even though they had put a tarp over it! Taylor Made truly cares about not only their customers but also the community as a whole. They know that every fortified roof is a step towards better insurance rates for everyone. They knocked it out of the park with quality and customer service on top of beating every other quote I got for my project!

Mike and Brandi are great. They installed a Fortified roof on my home quickly, professionally, and left a clean site. Mike and Brandi helped me find ways to keep costs down, and just as importantly, helped me navigate the Louisiana Fortified Roof grant program. Can’t recommend them enough.

These guys did an awesome job and finished it all in one day. The roof looks great! Communication is on point and they never left me hanging with questions. Definitely recommend!

They came out and put on my fortified roof. Throughout the process Mike and Jason were very professional and answered all my questions promptly. They were very thorough and experts on the fortified process. Highly recommended.

Jason did an amazing job for us! Not only was the job done with speed and perfection, Jason went above and beyond to help us through the rather cumbersome grant process. I'm not sure we could have pulled it off without his help. The crew worked from early in the morning to nearly sundown and finished in one day what would usually take two days at least. They cleaned every speck of trash and left not even one nail to damage our tires or feet. Highly recommend Taylor Made!

They did a great job installing my fortified roof. The team worked more than 12 hours(!) on the first day and finished in 3 hours the second one. Very thorough clean up.
