Taylor Construction came out and helped me with my grading job. They were professional, quick and made sure to explain everything as we went. I appreciate the time they took to get things done. I will definitely have them come back out to help me finish my pole barn in the future.

Nick and his crew came and did some work around my pool with retaining walls and earthmoving. They showed up on time, communicated well and the job got done quicker than expected. Very reasonable rates. I will use again!

Taylor Construction did a great job on our roof. Nick provided a free estimate with pictures that clearly showed poor construction by our builder. His team was on time and thorough with the repairs and even returned when we had additional requests - at no charge. He will definitely be our "roof guy" moving forward. Also he has great ideas for interior modifications and upgrades. Highly recommend.

Working with Taylor Construction on a roofing project was easy and professional. Nick was always checking to make sure all was going smooth. I was in a huge rush and called Nick on a Thursday night to come see if he was able to help. He quoted my demo and rebuild job that night and also had his heavy equipment delivered at 10pm. By 5am his guys were hard at work. I can’t begin to thank him for how hard these guys worked to meet my 4 day deadline. I even threw them some curveballs and added doors and windows that we didn’t initially include. He laughed and said bring them on. Nick was very responsive and was on site many times a day to oversee all work and kept me informed of all major issues or delays. I was very impressed with their work ethic and speed. 10/10 from me!

His team got it down & done by lunchtime and were very professional and efficient. Will be using them again for future projects!

We had an estimate from Mr. Taylor for drainage solutions on our home. He came out, gave a good quote for installing multiple French drains around the home, lifting up the settling/sagging side porch and replacing some bad footers on the rear deck. The quote also included river rock installation. It was a very fair estimate but we were hoping to wait a bit before starting the project. Some heavy rain changed our plans, we had water in the basement and we called Mr. Taylor. He was able to get us on the schedule quick. The scope of the project changed when we found out there were no exterior foundation drains. His team worked relentlessly to hand dig out down to the foundation line under the deck, then under the porch to put in the drains we needed. They replaced the footers for our deck and fixed a broken septic line. Then they came out, put in the additional French drains we needed, jacked the porch, and replaced rotting boards and removed dirt that would compromise the integrity of the porch. They rerouted electrical, dug up our landscaping and replanted it, replacing pine straw with mulch and river rock, taking the extra effort to stack the rocks so the gravel underneath wouldn't show. This was a monumental undertaking they completed in a week and it looks 100% better than it did. We have the security knowing our basement is completely dry, no more rivers in our yard when it rains. Every snag that came up, Mr. Taylor communicated perfectly and clearly. Anything that was done incorrectly by the previous property owners, he had a solution that worked for us and was up to code. Can't recommend Taylor Construction, Nick and his whole team, enough. They are even helping us install a porch swing. He's good with dogs and horses too, so you know he's a good soul. If you need anything done, contact Mr. Taylor. He will hook you up. Truly outstanding work. Thank you Nick and team! You are the best.

Great referral - I was having several projects completed at our home and had a final project of fencing I was in a hurry to have done. A friend recommended Nick Taylor. I called him, he showed up that evening to review my requested project and commenced 2 days later. He gets 5 stars in communication skills, had a great aim-to-please attitude and constructed the fencing we wanted at a quality level of sturdiness and appearance above what we expected. Nick and his crew came out and took care of a massive drainage issue at my home. He came out, looked at it, took some measurements and checked the grade, sent us the quote right away. He showed up when he said he would, did exactly what was discussed and quoted, and everything worked as planned. A catastrophic event destroyed my home. Nick Taylor expertly and efficiently handled Insurance estimates and claims covering all damages and repairs working with my adjuster to get us what we needed.

Nick began work ASAP and worked around the clock. Nick was available, on-sight and highly communicable throughout the demo and re-build, providing photos throughout. Nick corrected any and all issues in a timely manner.

My experience with Nick Taylor was nothing short of exciting and finished with a spectacular result.

We had a major structural issue at my home, that another contractor created or should I say handy man. Our floors were buckling, and we had sheetrock cracks over doors, doors that wouldn’t close any more. When I say a nerve racking nightmare, it’s what those dreams are made of. I had several contractors scheduled to come out and look at it, out of all 3 actually showed up, but repeatedly I was told that it was to big of a liability to take on, and the insurance company denied the claim. I was referred to Nick, he came out looked at it, recommended several options, and informed us, we needed a structural engineer to scope the work and write a protocol. He didn’t seemed one bit timid to do the job. We got the engineer out, and we got the protocol back and Nick and his team jumped right on it. He worked closely with the engineer and executed everything flawlessly. He gave us a 15 year warranty on the structural repairs, and even knocked out a few extra things while they were here. He and his team were great to work with, the commutation was great, the quality was on a craftsmanship level, and he brought a peace of mind, that was worth its weight in gold. He is definitely our go to for any issues or remodeling plans for the future. We have recommended him to several people, and he keeps delivering. He is definitely one to have on your side.

Nick and his crew at Taylor Construction were brought in at short notice after a water pipe froze and burst and did a lot of water damage to a finished basement including a ceiling and the floor above. They performed the mitigation and dry out, bringing in a lot of professional equipment to dry the house after packing and storing all items. Nick worked day and night when it was important to do so to prevent further damage and get repairs started. He also worked to provide the insurance company information and documentation so that they could disburse funds to me, which I then paid to Nick - this took a few weeks after work was complete and he was helpful through this process. The total was significant, almost $20k for the mitigation work, and another approx. $5k each for the "pack out" and "pack in". Knowledgeable and prepared for this kind of work, with complete documentation & photos posted to a website, etc. Would work with him again. (The work described here was Dec 2022 - Jan 2023)

I have had 2 or three emergencies at home and work over the past few years. Once when my pipes bust in the late of night, I called TC and they came out worked till the middle of night and didn't use the emergency to inflate the price. Really earned my respect. Nick and his crew came out to install a driveway, grading, install gravel, remove a pile of trees and debri. They did a great job. Zoning showed up halfway through to check on everything as they were already in the subdivision. Nick patiently showed him certificates and licenses. Twenty minutes later everybody was back to work.
