I am the maintenance supervisor of two apartment complexes. I moved to Nashville from Pensacola/Fairhope area where I was an estate manager. Never! Have I had the professional experience as I have had from Roof Doctors in Nashville. They answer the phone or call me back if I leave a message. They treat me as their number 1 customer. I get calls from the service tech! They send photos of what they found and the invoice is completely up front and not overcharged. If you have ANY roof issues, please do yourself a favor and call them. Have been in the service industry all my life. 30 years automotive and another 15 estate/apartment maintenance. You do the math. I don’t recommend anyone unless they deserve it.

Roof Doctors replaced my entire roof professionally, brought my roof up to code, made all the repairs in a timely manner. They stayed in contact with me for the entire process, and now NO MORE LEAKS. Thank you Roof Doctors. 5 out of 5 stars .

Rex and Roof Doctors are easily the best, more professional and highest quality roofers in Middle Tennessee. From our first meeting and inspections through to our roof installation and beyond, they helped us with everything from type of shingle, underlayment, pipe boots, and most importantly handled our difficult insurance company and got them to pay for a full replacement. Dylan Cunningham was here immediately upon our call. He answered all of our questions and explained the whole process in terms that we could understand. Not only did he meet but he exceeded all of our expectations. Consistently, he went far above anyone we have used in the past- and we have put more than a few roofs on in our time as homeowners. Dylan also was extremely efficient in dealing directly with our insurance company and working as a professional liaison between all three parties.
Ryan Brody was the supervisor in charge of the roofing crew. Ryan did an excellent job as well and when the job was interrupted by thunderstorm, he made sure our roof was protected until the next day when they came back and completed the job. Our roof could’ve been done in one day otherwise.
Henry was the person on the roof that oversaw the crew in their work. I cannot say enough about Henry and his crew. They were very professional- they did the work in a very timely manner and did not cut corners. The best thing was hearing them laugh and have a great time while they were working on a roof where the temperature definitely exceeded 110°. Everyone on the crew was very friendly and answered my questions directly in terms that I could understand.
All in all Roof Doctors went above and beyond in many areas including the quality of workmanship, protecting our home as they did the work, and doing all of this quicker than we expected. I would urge everyone to give them an opportunity should they need any roof repairs whatsoever. Should we need another roof, they will be the first and the last that we call.

I have needed a new roof ever since I purchased my property.
The last straw was when I came home to find shingles all in the yard after a storm. I called a local roofing company to come give me an estimate. I was not expecting to get the roof replaced, I just wanted to see if it could be repaired. Rex, the Roof Doctors agent, went on my roof and made several marks and measurements on the roof. He kept telling me that he saw enough damage for grounds for a new roof replacement by my insurance company. I was very skeptical. He continued to make marks and mentioned again that he believed I qualified for a new roof. A few hours later he completed his measurements and sent the findings to my insurance company. The insurance agreed with all the findings and granted me a new roof. Roof Doctors, LLC did exceptional work on the roof replacement. They laid out tarps to protect the landscaping and hauled off every bit of debris and nails. Roof Doctors, LLC did exceptional work and the customer service was perfect. I will definitely refer them to anyone who is any need or roof installation!

Rex, Ryan and the rest of the crew did a great job from start to finish. They communicated with me throughout the process. From start to finish it only took 3 weeks. The roof was completely replaced in one day. They even came back and corrected a minor issue in my attic. I will use them again (hopefully not for a while).

Rex was quick to write up his estimate for my insurance company, which was approved without issue. The work was scheduled and completed within 2 weeks and looks absolutely fantastic. No more leaky roof.

Let me begin this review by saying Mike Suddoth was great. He came to my home for an estimate on a leak and was very professional, friendly and informative. He emailed me a repair estimate by the end of the day, as he said he would. Now while he was great, the customer service department at this office could use more training. After receiving the emailed estimate, I contacted the office about scheduling the repair and was told I would first need to reply to the email, accepting the work order. I thought that was strange since I was agreeing when I called to ask to schedule the repair, but I assume this is their way of me "signing" the agreement. So I did. And then I waited. Obviously when you experience a roof leak it is a very urgent matter since, well, there's water leaking into your home. And I understand the high demand, given Tennessee's recent unpredictable wet weather and companies may be unable to complete work orders until 2-3 weeks after the estimate. I get it. What I do not understand is that even after emailing my agreement, there was no follow up until I called today to ask to schedule the work and was told I would receive an email with a date on Friday--IF I'm included in that "batch" of work orders. It made absolutely no sense. I'm expected to wait for a date that I may or may not be available for? And one that may or may not come this Friday? In any case, I canceled the repair request, opting instead to go with a more accommodating company.

Roof Doctors installed our new architectural shingle and standing seam roof and it looks fantastic. We replaced our bay window roofing with fresh copper and all the gutters are half-round, which look fantastic. The changes have really improved the look and curb-appeal of our home and the crew worked hard and cleaned up well.

We were very pleased with Dustin's communications and the time he spent looking at our house and talking us through ideas and options. He pays very close attention to detail and when he inspected the roof after the job was done he found some minor angles and fittings he wasn't pleased with and had them redone. He treated it like it was his own home.

Thrilled with the results, especially the front porch metal roofing and the gutters - these make a big difference in the look of the house and have gotten a lot of praise from other contractors and from friends.

Roof Doctors did great work on my house installing a new roof, gutters and fascia. Pat was very easy to coordinate with and very helpful. He even noticed that we had been overcharged for materials and personally gave us a refund check for almost $1600! I would definitely recommend them

The guys at Roof Doctors are great! I am new to the Nashville area and didn't know who to call but had seen them advertised. I took a chance on calling them and I'm glad I did. The guys came out and provided a free inspection. They identified a problem area and fixed it on the spot. Same day service! They care about their customers and their company reputation. When I'm ready for a new roof, I'll be calling the Roof Doctors. They will treat you right!

Cody patiently worked with the insurance company and got me a new roof. He arranged to provide all the details the insurance company required and was present when the assessor did the inspection. Cody went the extra mile even though he did not have to. The roof work done was exception. The worker's on the roof worked over 12 hours that day in the heat and their attention to details was evident. The put new shingles, insulation, attic fans and gutter. Early next day they did a through inspection and cleaned up old shingles, nails and other roof debris. Overall excellent workmanship, highly recommend roof doctors .

I contacted Cody looking to replace my roof expected to pay completely out of pocket. He stopped by for the quote and explained that my home owners insurance would cover some of the cost. He made himself available to meet with the insurance claims adjuster and collaborate on the estimate.

All told, Cody saved me money out of pocket, got the work on the schedule very quick and stayed on contact with me throughout the process. Couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Roof Doctors did an excellent job with my roof install. Pat Malone & Garrett Spitler were great to work with and handled the communication with my insurance company. They were patient and helpful with picking out materials and roof colors. They had a cancellation and were able to install my roof within a few days. The install crew did a great job and had it done in less than a day. They also did a great job with cleanup after the job was done. I can highly recommend Roof Doctors!

The install crew did a fantastic job and it only took them 1 day! I recommend this company to any others affected by storm damage or looking to update their roof.

So far so good. Great sales experience Eric could answer our questions and offer suggestions. The roof crew was respectful of our property and very prompt! Also, the repair crew came out on a Sunday to fix a leak very fast. We are waiting on the gutter crew, but we're on the schedule and expect good things from them.

This company really worked hard to keep us informed and make sure all details were clear.
Cody, in particular, worked to get us as full insurance benefits as possible. We are pleased with the roof!

They came and fixed the rear section of the house fairly quick. They forgot the front which was in the contract back in February. I contacted them a month later reminding them of incomplete work. They still didn’t come out. I contacted Sarah and Eric at the company both saying they’ll get someone out to fix it. Not a month later they call asking for payment saying the work was complete. They also sent the first and final notice of payment due. I contacted Eric again to resolve the issue. I asked if it was ok to pay and here it is July and ghosted. I have all the text messages, photos, and contract for supporting documentation. I should not have to constantly check behind a company to do their job. I would not recommend Roof Doctors to anyone.

A straight and honest person, who took care of our problem and was able to fix right there and now. Even though other roffers wanted to charge me for something that Roof Doctors only took ten minutes. I will highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Thanks to Roof Doctors for their on time appointment schedule as I was expecting to have to purchase new gutters. The gutters on my house needed cleaning and were sagging Roof Doctors honesty stated new gutters were not necessary and was able to secure and clean them for clear operation. Thanks

I rarely write reviews but unfortunately in this case I feel inclined to do so. I have had two separate appointments for consults both of which I had to take time off work to be home and available and was left with no one showing up and no notice until I called the business after the scheduled arrival time had passed to find out where the person was that I was waiting for. The first time I understand that things happen and I was happy to reschedule but when the exact same circumstance happened a week later I am very disappointed and would have appreciated at least a phone call that no one would be showing up so I could go on into work or go on about my day. To make matters worse, upon me calling to find out why no one is here, the receptionist then offered to reschedule and me pay $400 dollars for a water test which was never mentioned before. I wish no harm on this company and the receptionist was very friendly and apologetics but feel that this situation could have been handled much better and hope that this review will help with future business.

I called for a roof inspection prior to buying my house cause there was one spot that really concerned me. He said that he would trust it for another couple years due to the condition of the shingles and the pitch of the roof. We finally received a good rain storm and the roof is leaking. Luckily I caught it before any other damages happened to the ceiling in my daughter's bedroom. Didn't really know what he was talking about I guess.

I was very pleased with the consultation from Eric. He was knowledgeable, kind, professional and made sure all of my questions were answered. Sarah the office manager was a pleasure to work with and was helpful when I needed assistance. The finished product was just as promised and I would recommend Roof Doctors to anyone looking to repair or replace their roof. I was so impressed when there was an issue that arose and I was able to speak with the owner and get the issue resolved. He stands behind his company and the work.

I had made an appointment a week in advance with Roof Doctors. My appointment time came and went. Nobody showed or called. I called the company and was told that my rep, Eric, was running late and tried to call me, but they had copied my number incorrectly. I was told they had sent me an email with a number to reach Eric. I called the number, and it went to voicemail. I called the office back and asked them to contact Eric and have him call me as I was still waiting. I never received a call back. I called a third time (2.5 hours past my appointment time) to finally reach Eric and be told he was not keeping my appointment. I do not appreciate having my time (pretty much an entire day) wasted. I will be finding a roofer that can keep an appointment.

These people were amazing! From the first call to the last one, exceptional service. They were fairly priced and the quality of work was top notch!! Highly recommend this company!

First I must tell you I got four different quotes from different roofers.I didn't know if I needed a new roof or if it would last a while longer. They sent a guy out he crawled up and over my roof and inspected everything and explained it all to me so I can understand each thing. He also told me I needed a new gutters. They sent their crew in. The crew got done in one day. I walked out to investigate and make sure everything was intact and I have never been more pleased. I didn't find a single nail on the ground. My kids play on the back deck a lot so usually I have trash on the deck. The deck was cleaner when the roofers left than what it was when they arrived. Great job everyone I am very pleased. Eric was great to work with and made the entire process easy. The team that came out to complete the work were very efficient and friendly. We had a leak in our kitchen and thought it was a problem with the roof. After the technician looked at the roof he suggested adding an additional downspout to our home because the water wasn’t draining correctly. Well, it’s been several months since the work has been done and we haven’t had any water leaks since. They actually came out and did the work while we weren’t home. It looked so natural that it wasn’t noticed. I called to see when they were coming and was told they’d been there the day before and the work was completed. Great job and excellent customer service! Eric came out and helped us super promptly to reseal some flashing and remove birds nests in pockets of the roof, and top of that, was very kind and clearly explained what the issues were and the work he did. Highly highly recommend Roof Doctors!

A Very professional guttering job by Roof Doctors, Eric was both personable and helpful, he listen to my needs and quickly explained what he could do to make my wishes work, If a problem came up it was quickly solved, this made the holidays so much easier I would would recommend them to my family and friends.

I had a great experience with Roof doctor they came out and assessed the roof and recommended me to call insurance company to change my roof which was 15 years old with hail and wind damage.We ordered the material the next day they came out and replaced roof. And they did a follow up call and collected the check I think it was 7 to 10 days later .
