Clinard recently installed vinyl siding and gutters to our home. We’ve been very happy with the results! We’ve been through some big storms since installation & everything is holding up very nicely! They were prompt, courteous & hard working. They came in just a bit above their quote, but that was because there was extra rot needing to be replaced. I highly recommend them!

I had to replace aging patio doors, front porch railing, and columns. Tony Heath at Clinard Home Improvement is my go-to person. He helped us with our roof after wind damage years ago. Always kind and professional. My doors look great! The gentlemen did a great job and were kind, professional, and cleaned up after their work. They asked if I had questions and alerted me about the hardware before installing the incorrect ones. I look forward to seeing the front porch work too.

As a single woman, I have been disappointed many times in the past (with interactions and work completed) for services to my home. This had made me very hesitant when needing home repairs. When researching to replace my deck and the rotting wall to the house butting against the deck, I called dozens of “recommended” services and was alarmed at the unprofessionalism of either the company or the representative.

From the first call to Clinard to the most recent, I have only talked with individuals who were kind, professional, and answered any question I had. My calls were responded to in more than a reasonable time frame. I cannot forget to mention how very pleased I am with the work completed! The deck is so sturdy I have no concerns whatsoever of its safety and durability (not to mention the look is spectacular). The siding placed is so pretty that I cannot wait to continue with the improvements!

Clinards helped us with replacing some old windows and did a fantastic job! We couldn't be happier with the work they did. Not only did they do a beautiful job, but they did it AHEAD of schedule, finishing 2 weeks sooner than we were originally quoted. They stayed on budget, were professional, cleaned up after themselves when they came, and the end result is really a huge improvement over what we had before. We will definitely use them in future when we eventually replace the rest of our windows.

We have had two major renovations by the Clinard Team. The latest result is beyond expectation. They combined two bedrooms into a Master ensuite, with laundry . Work was started on time..There was complete demolition of more than a quarter of our home and we were still able to live in our home. All subs arrived at scheduled time.. Contractors Covy and Jackie were here to inspect every aspect of construction. The subs were absolutely fantastic. Covy and Jackie did much of the construction too..This was a stress free project which when considering the scale and the amount of decisions to be made is quite remarkable..
Cost was exactly as initially presented.. no surprises.. The quality is first rate . The Clinard team converted our screened in porch to a gorgeous living/dining room center but that will be my next review.

Covey, Danny and team have done three major projects for us and we would recommend them to anyone. Their work product is great and they do what they say they will do. Their pricing is very fair especially considering the cost of materials these days. We have hired people in the past who given good fishing weather didn't show up so there was no pressure working with this team.

We love our covered patio addition! We are very pleased with Clinard Home Improvement from the day we met Phil to the completed project. The communication from Phil & Jackie was great which is super important to me to know when someone is arriving & what to expect. No hidden fees or surprises. I just had a significant home improvement project completed by the team at Clinard Home Improvement, and they deserve all of the praise that I can offer. Complete Hardie Board siding, a glass room enclosure with HVAC, two exterior decks, a complete front arched portico, gutters, doors, and on and on. Obviously this project costs a few dollars, but not only was the price quite reasonable, but the work was PERFECT. Here are a few takeaways other than the price and quality: They have excellent vision in bringing our wants to the completed products. Even with our annoying multiple changes, they never became frustrated with us. There was never a "nickel & dime" attitude when it came to asking for small things, such as an extra few outlets, moving water faucets, etc. Here is the biggest one: My wife and I were provided with EVERYBODY'S cell phone and email. From the electrician to the owner. Quit searching for a contractor, just make the call. I am so appreciative of them, I will offer this...if you are considering them, ask the person that is working on your quote to bring you to my home in Gallatin to witness exceptional quality craftsmanship looks like.

I hired clinard for a gutter system, paid 75% down(paid more than they asked), waited for nearly 2 1/2 months for the system, came to inspect upon completion and you could see daylight through the system which immediately started leaking, I showed them the leak, and they told me they aren't going to fix it, to sue them. I have made multiple calls to the owners, I have been polite everytime after being cussed as by one of the employees but it's apparent this company is a joke when it comes to keeping their word and appreciating clients that pay up front. Pathetic.

I had new gutters with gutter guards installed on my 1700 square-foot home. The techs left so much metal behind. We found sent pieces of metal screws scraps all over my yard in the leaves on the driveway. It was just beyond unprofessional. One screw got into my tire and I got a flat tire. They came back with a magnet and cleaned up the property after I called and they also replaced my tire. However, they were supposed to give me a referral fee when I referred them to my neighbor who ordered Gutters through them. They never gave it to me even when I called repeatedly to ask about it - they ignored my calls. I would not recommend this company.

Clinard is top notch! Honest and professional. New roof, gutters, downspouts, gutter guard system and a beautiful new large back yard deck with a gable roof that ties into our new roof and gutter system. Beautiful addition to our home and the work is solid. We will definitely be calling on Clinard in the near future for our next home upgrade project.

Clinard replaced all our windows & exterior doors. From Lou giving us a straight-forward quote (no pushy salesman tactics at all); to Robbie and all on the install team, we were treated well. Install went like clockwork and the team respected us and our home. The finished product looks amazing.

This is the second time I have used Clinard Home Improvement and they were as wonderful as the first time. They replaced my gutters and did a beautiful job. Perfect service - GREAT value. NO hassle.

Clinard recently replaced our home’s windows and an exit door. We priced the job with several companies and Clinard had the best quality at the best price. Their installation team led by Donovan was exceptional. They were very prompt, courteous, and professional. Work was completed quickly and thoroughly with attention to every detail. Jackie came out and quickly completed the finishing details needed for our door. From start to finish of the project Clinard took steps to ensure the job was done perfectly.

They built us a screened porch with a side deck. They did a great job, and it turned out as good or better than we envisioned. It was finished out nicely, in spite of some structural complexities in the part of my house to which this was attached. The main structure went up quickly, and we were able to enjoy it on evenings and weekends as they were finishing up. My input was invited and adjustments were made along the way. The project manager was onsite at every important design and decision point, and he did some of the work personally. The company is big enough that it employs specialists for each aspect of the build, but small enough that you can sometimes find the president on site doing some of the finishing and managing customer satisfaction. The final price was exactly as quoted, in spite of the rising price of lumber.

Buyer beware!

We are currently dealing with $6000 worth of mold, and water damage due to a window that was installed improperly by Clinard. We are positive that this is the case, because we were told after 3 separate inspections by an insurance adjuster, a general contractor, and a window installer from a different company. They were all appalled by how poorly this window was installed. We are also paying an additional $1100 to have a more reputable competitor replace the window, and inspect the other windows in our home that were installed by Clinard. Clinard refuses to take responsibility for the poor workmanship, and replace this window. Honestly, we probably wouldn't let them near our home even if they changed their mind, and decided to do the right thing. They obviously don't do quality work, and do not stand behind their service. I think that the positive reviews on here are mostly Clinard employees, and customers with no construction background who have no idea that they have been bamboozled. I am writing this post to hopefully save others from the expensive headache we are currently experiencing.

We got a new roof with their closed cap gutter system. The work was done professionally. All the workers were professional and courteous. The supervisors of each phase kept in touch with us, letting us know the next step and who would be contacting us. We are thoroughly pleased and will be using them again shortly on our separate garage building. Call them. The visit is free and you truly will not be disappointed.

My house was severely damaged in the March 3, 2020 tornado. Clinard came that very day to assess and to begin preparations for renovating and restoring. They had to rebuilt half the rafters and the roof with new gutters and gutter cap. They installed new windows and repaired walls that cracked and floors with water damage. The floors are beautiful and the painting and repair inside is just beautiful. I also added at my own expense new kitchen cabinetry, flooring the bathroom and kitchen, and remodel in the bathroom with a shower replacing the bathtub. Clinard saw to every detail and made sure everything was right and working properly. I completely endorse and highly recommend using Clinard for your home improvement and repair jobs. Thanks to Covy, Danny and Jackie and many others who did a beautiful job!

The rating serves to correct a mistake that I , the customer , made in my initial rating. There is a difference between who installed my gutters, and the company that installed my gutter caps. ( Clinard) After speaking with Mr Keel Hickey today, the Clinard rep, we have come to an amicable resolution to my gutter issue. Based on Mr Hickey's positive response, I feel this deserves a rating to reflect this. Thanks Clinard and Keel Hickey.

Clinard replaced our gutters and did an excellent job. Their bid was lower than the competition and Paul came out to talk to us twice and was always very considerate and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Clinard replaced every window and my house looks so much better. The windows are so energy efficient that my only regret is that I did not do it sooner. I also had the gutters replaced and it is so nice not to worry about having someone clean them out. I highly recommend their services.

Seemed to do good work but I am no expert. I was outside watching them work and one of the installers told me to go back inside. I was not happy with his comments but did not say anything. I thought it was rude and may not consider them the next time I have gutter work. They have replaced two sets of gutters for me. I would like to make this comment to the owner. This type of customer interaction is the silent killer of many businesses of which there are many who have failed to stay in business for over five years. Train your installers to keep their mouth shut even if they feel they are justified. This one was not justified as I did not speak to him.

We had a 27x17 covered area added over our deck. Roof line designed to match existing roof lines. Great quality work! If I found something I did not like, all I had to do was make a phone call and it was changed to my liking! They added beautiful vaulted wood ceilings. Great to deal with. I would recommend this group of professionals to anyone. Call and ask for Danny he will treat you fair. Thanks again to the Clinards group! I will definitely use for future projects.

I would like to thank Clinard for the great job they have done to our home. They installed siding, window trim, gutters and wrapped all our wood trim and new gutters with gutter guards. Clinard installed gutters for me and they still look fantastic over a decade later. I found them to be trustworthy and honest. Plus, I enjoy trading with locally owned businesses.

We had a salesman from Clinard come to our home in July for SCHEDULED work in October. When the workmen showed up (late) THEY COULDN'T DO THE WORK BECAUSE, OH BY THE WAY, you need to have $2800 in electrical work before we can do the contracted work! Now, they haven't shown up to finish a partial residing of our home and we face losing a farm we were in the process of buying!
UPDATE: 12/03/16 Got a call about why I hadn't paid a second invoice that I never received. The project cost 35% more than I was quoted. I have paid it all. See for yourself the "quality workmanship"! I lost work, lost money, and may have lost the sale of my house to these people!

7/14/16- Called for estimate on R&R roof. 7/15/16-Rep came out, said would have installers come look, then give quote. 7/22/16- Called rep. Gave excuse that I could not understand. Said would have quote to me by 7/25/16. Zero. 8/8/16- Called rep again. Claimed had e-mailed quote; will send again. 8/9/16- Received e-mail quote at 2:00, dated 8/9. Quote was "one-liner" with most of the items to be quoted not mentioned. 8/10/16- Called rep again, explained needed quote on all items we had talked about. Said would come out later on way home. Did. Went over all items again and requested additional ones. Five weeks later I have yet to hear anything. This type of non-performance is shameful, wasting the time of home owners and adding overhead costs that will surely be added into future charges for their services (or lack of!).

Bryan Cox came to our house to install a new gutter. The installation was done 100% correctly, but looked crooked due to a poor job that the previous roofing company did.

Bryan came back and re-installed the gutter the same day so that our gutter wouldn't look crooked. This was above and beyond the original agreement and speaks volumes for how much Clinard cares about making their customers happy. 5 stars for this great local business.

We had our deck covered, new gutters, and new siding installed last summer. Clinard showed up on time every morning and cleaned up every afternoon before they left. We recently had storm damage. Clinard was very prompt in getting out to us and making the repairs. We use and enjoy our deck so much more now. We are very pleased with the work Clinard has done on our home.

I had an EXCELLENT experience with Clinard. They have done 2 home improvements for me -1. did insulation in attic and 2. replaced siding and put new gutters with screens.

Clinard installed new gutters and gutter guard last year on our large A-frame home. The installers showed up on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. They added a ten foot section that was not in the estimate, and did not charge me. The color matched well, and looked good with our roof. It's been nice not to clean gutters- our house is surrounded by trees, and the leaves just blow off the roof or fall with the rain. Highly recommend.
