They recently assisted a client with an insurance claim that resulted in a gorgeous, fully covered new roof. And they just did a fantastic job replacing a damaged specialty window in my personal home. I never hesitate to recommend this company!

Can’t say enough good things about Juan and his crew! From start to finish - the best. Found them because my neighbor was having his windows redone and while Juan was on the job site, he came over and gave me a quote and there was never any pressure as you will find with other companies. We got a beautiful new roof in 2023.
December of 2023 we had tornado damage to that new roof, and once again Cannon's Roofing came through for us, putting our roof back to perfect condition. Two of their representatives came by the day after the tornado, to check on the roof!
They always returned calls promptly (their man Marquis). Never a dispute or problem with pricing or promises. All above board, all honest.

We are thoroughly pleased with our choice to have Cannon Exteriors install Hardie siding and new Provia Endure windows on our home. Juan Aquino is an absolute superstar. Not only is he a knowledgeable sales/product specialist, he's an outstanding project manager, foreman, and he has become a trusted advisor. He was always just a text or phone call away, and made sure to clearly explain every step of the project and managed expectations exceptionally well. I believe he made a point to visit our worksite every single day.

After a horrible experience with a rip off roofing company, Cannon came out to the property within 10 min of an initial call! They handled every little thing with insurance company and they was professional, efficient, and EASY! Marquis, made sure that I did not have to go out of my way on any matter and worked diligently in getting things handled perfectly! 10/10 recommend to anyone for roofing or metal carport replacement needs!

Cannon Roofing did a gutter replacement for our home. Their work was perfect and every interaction was professional and the information was accurate and precise.

We noticed damage from the March 3 winds and I asked Cannon's to take a look. They coordinated seamlessly with my insurance carrier and did an outstanding job on removing the old shingles, replacing decking and gutters where necessary and did a beautiful job on the new roof. It looks fabulous, as do the replaced gutters and soffets that were damaged. Juan Aquino is a true professional as well. Thanks!

Cannon essentially inserted themselves in a real estate transaction: we could not sell without a new roof. They did not clean up well - granules and pieces of shingle were left all around the property. Then, after boasting about how well they handled insurance claims, they insisted on being paid completely before the insurance payment was received. They apparently did not trust us. Very disappointing to have to do business with such a disreputable outfit. Don't trust Cannon - they won't trust you!

Response to company 8/14: my review is lengthy and you may have not read it entirely. The power was shut off 2 hours after the crew arrived, safety cannot be used as an excuse. I can’t imagine the number of customers that wouldn’t have noticed your crew skipping venting a section of their home. I shouldn’t have had to call and demand your crew come back to finish the job.

Original review 7/5/2023: My insurance company recommended Cannon Roofing for my claim and Juan Aquino came out to start the process. He had to be here twice for an estimate. The company now has had to be at my house 6 different days and again TODAY.

After the job took two days (I have a small 1,100 sq ft home) when told one day from 7AM - 3:30 PM (I had to shut the power off) I was frustrated. Then when Juan told me I needed to give the company my insurance check that included depreciation and the paid when occurred costs, I really lost my patience. I should not be responsible for the incorrect estimate and the additional work to remove a second layer of shingles. I knew there was a second layers of shingles and had said there were two layers. Juan told me he would tell the insurance company I kept the check as though I was stealing it. He called and apologized however being told I’m stealing doesn’t sit well.

I then had to to call the company back because the crew didn’t vent the back end of my house. Juan said he would come out and inspect it however he was supposed to do this when he collected his check. He came back out and said what I already knew, a crew had to come back Friday or Saturday. I didn’t hear anything else until he called Saturday and asked if the crew can still work on my house the gate is locked. I assumed they weren’t coming I wasn’t home and didn’t hear anything about a time.

Now Juan is supposed to come by and check the ridge vents which should have a MINIMUM 1.5 inch gap on both sides, again something he should have checked during his “inspection.” I wasn’t given a time and he asks to stop by around 1:45, I leave for work at 2:30. He reschedules for Today. I reached out to him first because I want this over with. I sent a picture and he says nothing is wrong with the vent and called. Things escalated over the phone and I do not want him anywhere near my home. I do not trust him.

I know the roof is not fully vented I went in my attic to check after watching several videos about roof vents. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt maybe it was a newer crew but I can’t deal with Juan. I’m very much aware I’m not your only customer, no need to tell me.

David and his team came out and inspected my roof after storm damage, and quickly made the necessary repairs.
I would highly recommend Cannons Roofing and Exteriors.

I had called & spoke with Luke Hill, he came out right way to give us an estimate, once the estimate was done I contacted Luke back to tell him we were excited and ready to get our new roof. We chose our color and was given different options of materials we chose Shingles. It was no time all the item’s came on a pallet & wrapped. The following morning they were there & before the end of the day the job was complete & looked amazing. Thank you Cannon Roofing we love our roof. Everything looked great. On a 1-10 scale your a (10) thank you for the peace of mind.

I am an out of town owner of a Hendersonville home. I needed a roof that was badly damaged by years of weather including high winds, hail, and rain.
Cannon's roof gave me a fair free estimate along with pictures of problems and potential future problems with the roof. I got 3 estimates and went with Cannon's. The roof was finished in a few days, they sent me pictures of the roof in progress until completion. It looks beautiful and I would trust Cannon's to any roof any day. It was a perfectly smooth project. I appreciate a company like this in today's day and age.
