Anthony Dominguez walked me through the whole process of the roofing and explained to me how the insurance company go about dealing with roofing. He even took the time out of his schedule to come back and put up security lights on the side of my house for my wife.Had to get Anthony away, because my wife had a summer list of projects for him to do.Anthony a great young man and definitely will help you and (wife) with your roofing problem

Sales people were coming door to door thru our neighborhood. When I saw them coming up my driveway I instructed them we were not interested. We have a no solicitation sign on our front door as well. Today, I noticed despite me saying we were not interested and the no solicitation sign on my front door that Brandon Sibbett and Joaquin Charre had left their business cards under our door mat. This is extremely disrespectful as both myself as well as the sign on my door make it clear we do not engage with door to door sales people. I've seen a lot of your signs in my neighborhood and likely would have called you all for an estimate when our insurance was done, but now I will not. PLEASE work with your sales people to let them no that "NO" is an acceptable answer.

I contacted Roofing Force because they are 1 of 2 top metal roof companies in St Louis area. One company never returned my call. Mike Youngblood at Roofing Force called next day and set up appt. I’ve done my research on roofing and was ready. After Mike looked at my roof he spent time with me and I learned more about roofing. I am impressed with the product. Mike was so patient and great to work with. Due to storms in St. Louis every roofer was busy. Roofing Force brought in a crew from Kansas City to help. Crew arrived early and started right away. Boy did they know how to work and do it right the first time. Mike and roofing crew are amazing. Now my Dad is getting a roof from Mike. My Uncle and brother are also working with Mike. All my neighbors are impressed and love my new metal shingle roof. Now I have a metal helmet covering my home, plus discount from homeowners insurance is also nice for having a metal roof.

We had our roof replaced a few weeks ago by a different company. We had a few questions/concerns about the install so we called Roofing Force to see if they could come out and inspect the job that was completed. Rick and Derek were very helpfully in answering our questions and sent someone out (at no charge) to check the work. They told us that the roof and gutter job that was done was really pretty good and said they did everything like it should have been done. They didn't try to sell us anything unnecessary. They did point out a couple of siding spots that we may have issues with in the future but nothing immediate. We are very happy with them and will be reaching out to them for any roofing or siding projects in the future. Great company, great people, and very knowledgeable!

Earlier this year I woke up to water leaking into my house. I called Roofing Force to take a look at my roof to help identify the source of the leak. Working with Randy Blundell, Roofing Force was able to fix the damage to the interior of my house as well as the exterior. Overall the process was smooth and the work was completed fast. It has rained a few times since the work has been completed and I have had no issues.

Couldn’t recommend this company enough!! We’ve had the most amazing experience with everyone we’ve dealt with in our roof replacement process. Randall Blundell has been such a huge help in the process as this was our first time having to have major repairs done to our home. He went above and beyond every step of the way, especially dealing with our insurance. Great people working for a great company!

We recently had Roofing Force replace our roof and gutters due to hail and wind damage, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. Anthony Dominguez was our salesman and main point of contact, and he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

He went way above and beyond his job to make it an easy transaction and explained everything with no pressure.
Something he didn't need to do is he went up in our attic because we had a leak in our ceiling to look for wet insulation and he found rusted pipes that goes to our hot water tank and furnace. (Which we would have never have known that need to be fixed if he hadn't went up there) This is the first time we have ever dealt with contractors that we never had a single problem with. Anthony was very easy to talk to. If we had a question he answered it right away . Made it a very easy transaction and made us fill at ease. This is a great roofing company to use. Preston was very helpful in pointing out the problems with our roof, and he made sure to stay on top of the project by helping us every step of the way. I called for a pre winter assessment and Kyle came out, identified storm damage and instructed me to file a claim. Now I’m super excited for my new roof and gutters!! We had a couple of minor roof leaks/dings and never had any luck getting a roofing company to answer the phone to come out and give an estimate. We also weren’t sure if our roof needed to be replaced overall. Shane and Ricky stopped by my house one afternoon and offered to get up on the roof and put a free estimate together.
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but their explanation that the roof was still in good shape and didn’t need to be replaced yet was perfect and made me feel much more comfortable in my home. Carlos Luna has done roofing for me for the past 20 years and has always been responsive to any requests or problems. The quality of his, and his workers, roofing has always been exceptional. The most recent job was last week and the quality and workmanship were great.
Carlos just completed roofing repair (2/13/25)after storm damage from a tree falling on our roof. The repair was excellent and the entire roof was cleaned up with no debris left either on the roof or on the surrounding yard. The quality of the repair was exceptional. Great job!

Terrible employee jumped out of his truck and started threatening an old man that he was gonna beat him up. He was speeding through the parking lot at a QuikTrip and about hit a car pulling out of a stall. This is totally unprofessional. If this how your employees act, don’t want your services. There are so many "Storm Chasing" roofing companies in our area right now. Their workmanship is substandard, the California Valley is the preferred install, and you are given just 1 year warranty on workmanship. Carlos and his crew repaired the flat areas of our roof this spring after significant hail damage that caused leaking into the garage/attic.

I called Roofing Force looking for company to re-roof my house. It was the best decision I could have made. Rep. Zack Smith who came out promptly and set the ball rolling for my new roof. Zack was there when the insurance appraiser came out and handled the entire meeting. The roofing crew who arrived did a fantastic job and were particularly careful with my outside plants and yard furniture. After the job was completed the roofing crew expertly cleaned up all the old roofing material and left my property perfect. 2 Stars - Roofing Force

I recently hired Roofing Force to replace my roof, choosing them because the initial consultation impressed me. The representative was punctual, knowledgeable, and instilled confidence. However, the project execution fell far short of what I expected, especially considering Roofing Force was the most expensive quote I received.

Communication Breakdowns:
Immediately after the contract signing, communication became a significant challenge. It took multiple attempts to get a simple form completed and delivered for my insurance discount.

Delays and Disruptions:
The roofing crew arrived for the scheduled installation date, but no materials were delivered, they had to reschedule, causing me to take additional time off work. Material shortages during installation further caused work stoppages.

Lack of Oversight:
Despite promises of regular on-site supervision, there was a lack of management contact throughout the project.

Uneven Finish and Quality Concerns:
After the roof was installed, I discovered a few issues. One was the unevenness of the new roof - while my old roof was completely flat, the new roof has visible waves. Additionally, the metalwork appeared poorly executed. These issues raised suspicions about the overall quality of the work, as they might be signs of more significant problems only professionals can detect.

While Roofing Force addressed the minor issues I found, the communication problems, project delays, and poorly executed work left me disappointed and frustrated. For the premium price I paid, I expected a much smoother and higher-quality experience.
For this reason, I wouldn't recommend them.

Worked with Rich Dickerson here in St. Louis and got a new stone-coated steel roof in the Pinecrest Shake style. It looks beautiful and has been the talk of the subdivision. Lots of compliments. It was worth paying a bit extra. This last hailstorm that we had (May 2024) didn’t do any damage other than some pings on the box vents.

We had a great experience with the roofing force. Carlos was just amazing. He was able to repair the roof in under 30 minutes. He immediately found the issue and also looked around the whole house to see if there were any additional issues with the roof. The 4.9 rating Roofing Force has on Google is warranted in every way. A hail storm came through and we called Roofing Force that same night for an inspection. The next day John Kincaid from Roofing Force came out and inspected our roof. From the beginning John has been a pleasure to work with and has helped us navigate the entire process including filing a claim with our home insurance provider. John stayed while I called our home insurance provider to file the claim and has answered all of our questions along the way. John also came back out to our house when the adjuster came out to inspect the roof to ensure everyone was on the same page. Within about two weeks of calling Roofing Force, John and his team had already replaced our roof/gutters/window screens that were damaged from the storm. We can't thank John Kincaid and Roofing Force enough for how they've gone above and beyond in helping us through getting our roof replaced. If you're researching a hardworking, knowledgeable, and trustworthy roofing company I highly recommend you stop your search and go with Roofing Force.

Honestly had a pretty great experience with Roofing Force. Doug was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and it always felt like I was being treated like another human being. The roof looks fantastic, the job was done way quicker than I was expecting, nothing bad to say about the whole process!

We just bought a new house with a ten year old roof installed by Roofing Force. We had concerns about the condition of the roof so we signed up for an inspection. Carlos Luna came out to inspect and let us know of a few minor maintenance tasks along with an optional power-washing option. We so appreciated his honesty and sincerity. Shortly after, during a heavy rain we verified an issue with a gutter that he mentioned needed a splash guard. Since we had water intrusion in the home, Carlos came right out and addressed all of the issues with that section of gutter, before our maintenance was scheduled! His workmanship is outstanding. I can't speak highly enough of Roofing Force and the fantastic job they did installing a rain diverter on our roof. Derek and Manuel were absolute gems throughout the process. As someone who knows next to nothing about roofs, Derek's patience and thorough explanations were a godsend. I own a metal roof and wanted to replace my 30-year-old gutters. The roof was installed by Midwest Lifetime Roof Systems in 2007. I wanted a gutter system that included an integrated cover to keep leaves and other debris out. I first looked at LeafGuard, a nationally known and industry leader for gutter systems. They wrote a contract, but when their installers showed up, they indicated their product would not work on my type of roof. I recently contacted K-Guard that installs a similar product. Again, I had a contract, but their installers declined the work. Both bids came in at about $11,000, which I was more than happy to pay, but frustrated that neither company would do the work. I do credit both companies for their honesty that their product wouldn't work on my metal roof. I finally decided to call Midwest Roof to see if they could recommend a company that could install the kind of gutters I was looking for. They put me in touch with Carlos Luna at Roofing Force. He was familiar with my type of roof and assured me he had a crew that could install gutters with a cover that would work. Within a short time after talking with Carlos, he sent a crew out to inspect the roof, take the proper measurements, provide color samples and two different cover options. During that initial visit, the crew was polite and respectful. As cold as it was outside, they didn't even want to come into the house for fear of tracking in dirt. Within a few days, Carlos sent me a detail contract that included the high quality products I was looking for; the 6" gutters with 3" x 4" downspouts, all the connections necessary to tie into my drainage pipes and a substantial gutter cover. The total price was more than $5,000 cheaper than the national brands. The installation went perfectly. The crew showed up on time and removed and disposed of the old gutters and installed the new ones within a half of day. Their clean up was impeccable; no debris left behind at all. In addition, during their initial inspection, they found that the roof needed some maintenance. It was now 16 years old and some of the vent pipes and small areas of the roof was a little light of the granulers that cover the metal surface. While installing the gutters they completed this repair. Of course, this was an additional cost but very reasonable and the roof never looked better. I highly recommend Roofing Force for any type of roofing needs, gutter needs or repairs a homeowner might need. They did an EXCELLENT job!!!

We contacted Roofing Force because we noticed some water staining on our interior ceiling and we wanted to get a professional opinion on what was going on. They were very responsive and came out within 2 days of calling them. They went up on the roof and diagnosed the issue as coming from the chimney, and they told us the roof itself was actually in good shape. We wouldn't have guessed that was the issue but they showed us pictures they took, explained the issue clearly to us, and advised us on what steps they recommended for us to take next. We would definitely use them in the future. They go above and beyond the average roofers.

UPDATE: We had a tree fall on our roof and needed a replacement, so we gave Roofing Force a call to see what they could offer. Carlos and Rick came out for a bid and we were sold on a stone coated steel roof after seeing a demo of how durable, attractive, and energy efficient of a roofing system it is. The install went perfectly smoothly, and the end result is exceptionally attractive as well as very energy efficient. We saw a reduction on our bills immediately, and our upstairs is much cooler as well. We couldn't be happier with Roofing Force!

UPDATE: I called Carlos Luna for some help with some oak tree debris that was up higher on the roof than I could get to. He came out very quickly and cleaned the roof off for us, proving yet again that customer service is what Roofing Force is all about. A year into our new metal roof and it's just as excellent as if it were brand new. We definitely made the right choice to go with this company. Thank you, Carlos!
