Took my truck in for some work a few months ago. It’s been in a couple times since. Still doesn’t shift down right. Anyway I was changing my oil and realized someone had removed my air filter cover. It wasn’t put on tight or properly installed. I removed it and checked my filter to find that someone had deliberately put a hole in it. Only one place has worked on my truck. Do Not take your vehicle to this place. They do things to make sure you have problems.

Unfortunately I bought a 4xe from them, vehicles nice and got a good price but they won't complete the required 15400 irs form on line so that I can electronically file my taxes, even though they are required by IRS to complete within 3 days of the sale. It's unfortunate I tried calling several people to get this 30 second form done online and was basically told "we don't do that, file a paper return." So next year when I buy my Bronco, it won't be with them.

Our experience is of course limited to just one sales person, so keep that in mind. Everything was good until we got serious about buying. Then the pushy sales tactics started. He kept pushing me to pick the more expensive vehicle even after I said that wasn't even an option in my mind. I wasn't sure I wanted to buy that day. I gave in and we bought a vehicle. The finance guys were great. However, shortly after that, things changed. There was a significant scratch on the one door we hadn't noticed. They pointed it out (after the car was washed and we were about to leave). They assured me they would fix it. They did. However getting it fixed and the add on coatings applied was a huge headache. I have several things that are already going wrong and I dread calling them because you get passed around like a hot potato. No one wants to help. The salesman made promises he didn't keep. He called me about a vehicle I didn't buy...he mixed up numbers and names. There are two recalls and the issues I mentioned before. I guess we will see how it all gets handled. For reference we bought our vehicle at the end of August 2024.

We came from Pocatello to get our jeep serviced because Lithia Pocatello has the worst service department! Sara Allen of Tadd Jenkins is top notch, she took my call, addressing my concerns, and made my appointment, diagnosed, parts ordered then we returned for installation. Everything is working now per design. Please take care of your techs that take care of you! Many service departments are suffering, so if you have a good crew, keep them happy and continue to build on making your service department great!

The 'Service 4X4' light came on in my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I went to Lithia CJDR in Pocatello to have the codes pulled, because it is closer to me, and my car was making such an awful noise that I wasn't comfortable driving it. The service advisor at Lithia was absolutely awful to me (apparently it's nothing new for that advisor to treat people so poorly), so I decided to give Tadd Jenkins a call. The advisor that answered, I believe his name was Rob, was so nice and helpful, and he was able to get me in a week sooner than Lithia! When I went in for the appointment, everyone was extremely kind, and I was kept updated on the status of my vehicle. My Jeep has been driving great since I picked it up, and I will take it to Tadd Jenkins from now on when needed!

Angel was great to work with. Had the Jeep ready and waiting when we got there and was very informative on how everything worked on it. Financing was fast and easy to work with. Great experience and love the Jeep.

Do not get an extended warranty through this company. They will not honor it. My wife and I got a 2018 Jeep compass in 2020 got the extended warranty was told it was good for 100,000 miles from the day we bought it. The Jeep had 26.094 on it when we got it. So the warranty should be good for 126.094 miles. Now a 109,300 miles the head gasket is leaking and they saying the warranty was only good up to 100,000 mile not for 100,000 miles. So in the end the warranty was really only good for 73.906 mile not 100,000. I will never buy from the snake tongues again.

Called service around 330 pm yesterday and spoke with Rob, letting him know we were on a long road trip and Jeep had an error we couldn’t clear. The “ exhaust system service required see dealer” error.
Rob was honest that they were busy but would at least scan to see what the error code said.
We arrived around 430 pm, Rob greeted me in the lobby and had my boyfriend’s Jeep in the shop before I returned from the restroom.
Rob and his team went above and beyond and ran a regen on it right away, fixing the issue and wished us a safe and fun trip. He is the embodiment of excellent customer service. I am so pleased and very thankful for this experience at Tadd Jenkins!! Thank you!

I took my vehicle. A Ford Edge in because of the check engine light had come on. The diagnostic said was the PVC hose. That was fixed, but not in time for my cruise. So that was disappointing. Then when the car was picked up the check engine light came back on. Turned out it needed a new sensor also. I was very disappointed, because that caused a whole extra bill to pay. I feel like I should have some kind of discount on the second repair, since it should have been fixed the first time.

The service department took care of my vehicle in a timely manner especially after my frustration with another service department in town advising me that something different was wrong with my JEEP. Thank you for getting it fixed the same day! Very professional and efficient employees!

Update regarding service department....terrible experience. Took my truck in for oil change and also explained that it was shaking while driving. I asked if the tires needed to be rotated or what was wrong. They told me they checked and the tires did not need to be rotated and said they could not balance the tires because they did not have the equipment to balance a dually. Suggested I go to a tire shop. Went to Les Schwab who could not believe that I was told my tires were fine. I had a serious issue with one tire which had separated. Very dangerous that they sent me away. Obviously never checked tires. Will never buy from them again and certainly will never take any vehicle there for service. Beware!
