T4 Contractors did a really nice job remedying a moisture issue in our crawl space. They are professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I highly recommend T4 Contractors LLC for crawlspace repair. I needed help with my parents' house in the area and these guys were amazing!!! Charles used his specialized equipment to track temperature, humidity, GPP, and dew point in our crawlspace. This let him find where moisture was getting in and figure out how to stop it. We got to see the data improve throughout the repair, which made us confident my parents' crawlspace was fixed right.

He is a super likable, down to earth guy and extremely honest. His team members are also very respectful and polite when they are helping him on the job. The quality of work is unmatched as Charles takes extreme pride in what he does, never cutting any corners. One thing that I love about T4 is that Charles is licensed to do multiple types of things, so it makes his company a one stop shop. It’s nice to use a company for multiple things instead of having to find multiple contractors. I always know when I use T4 Contractors that the project will be managed well and will be completed to the highest of standards. Honestly, I wouldn’t use anyone else!

They were able to see come take a look at our crawl space within 24 hours and got started on our job within the week.
