My dad had a huge mold problem in his three story house. I called a couple of cleaning places and they told me the ceiling was too high for them to reach. I was told to call Terry Ryals, and boy I’m glad I did! They were able to clean up the mold plus much more. There was more involved in just cleaning the mold. I am very pleased with their work, the house looks brand new and they took such care in daddy’s personal belongings, covering everything up and moving things out of the way. It’s a relief to be rid of the mold! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who might need their help!!

Not all companies do a mold swab test to see EXACTLY what type mold is in your home—
I was terrified it was black mold which would be extremely dangerous. The lab work came back within a few days and thank goodness it was not black mold.
As quickly as the lab results came back they scheduled an appointment for the following day. They showed up on time were quite professional. Nicest guys ever. Very friendly Mississippi Southern gentlemen. I HIGHLY recommend!!

T. Ryals came out to inspect my roof very promptly and found the issue without difficulty. He instructed me of when I would need to replace the roof and was very honest about the life left in my roof. I will ALWAYS call him in the future with any roofing, mold, or repair needs I have.

Terry was very prompt in answering my call this morning and has already been to our home, examined it, swabbed for testing, and treated our home. Terry’s company replaced our roof a couple of years ago. Terry was very professional and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. While sweeping the pine straw off the roof a couple of weeks ago, we found some soft spots. I called the office, and Terry came right out. He checked the roof, and he also swept the pine straw that had accumulated on the roof because of the recent storms. Terry didn’t charge me for the house call. Now, that is what I call service!

I wanted someone to come out and look at my roof to see if it is time to replace the roof. I also wanted them to just check for leaks or mold to see if anything stood out due to us having bathroom plumbing issues when we first moved in. They came over the same day and looked at everything!
