T. Harrer Construction is great. They did work on my home after it was damaged by a hail storm. They put a new roof and siding on my house and added a front porch on. I contacted them to check the front gutter and they came out and checked it and fixed it. I would definitely contact them if you are in need of a contractor.
I want to thank Tim Harrer and the team of his employees for a job well done on replacing my roof. The weather was a bit cloudy, with rain in the afternoon they continued working and finished the job in 1-day. The team worked with a short lunch break, and back to work.
Tim went over everything with me, explaining all the warranties, and asked if I had any problems call. The experience of everyone was excellent, warranties were unmatched and communication every step of the way.
I highly recommend T. Harrer Construction.
I do not want to forget the cleanup, excellent, all nails cleaned in the yard, everything covered, picked up and clean, no mess at all.
If you are looking for top-notch service call Tim, pleased and they all get ten stars.
Thank you to Tim and the team, job well done.

Having a roof replaced seemed an overwhelming task, and I was on my own. During the introductory phone call owner Tim, he put my mind at ease with the care he put into his words and the amount of reading and research he completes to stay up to date on roofing processes and materials. As a single mother with no idea what I was doing, I was very concerned with pricing and the age of the roof on my house built by my grandfather. I am very transparent and upfront about my situation and budget, putting all my trust into the contractor to deliver an honest and sound product.
I did take another bid prior to Tim’s visit, which left me in tears - Not only for the amount of damage described but also because I was told my late parents (limited income) were given a scam repair/replacement which was the “worst” he’s ever seen. Though I was confused because I had never noticed a leak, I trusted this “expert, “ but was discouraged when his bid was $10k above my “worst case scenario.” He also said my price would raise by another $20,000 if I did not commit to him within 3 days.
When Tim arrived, I warned him of what he would find, based on the prior bidder, and expressed that I was most heartbroken over my parents being taken. Tim instantly walked me around the house and showed me my current roof craftsmanship. He said while there was extra layer of sheeting, it was OK. He pointed to the straight rows of shingle and assured me it was a good job. My heart was eased. Tim used a drone to survey and measure the roof and quoted a firm bid price that allowed room for repairing damaged wood if found and a warranty that will carry. I never told Tim the prior bid price I was given, and prepared for the same or worse, but Tim’s firm bid was less than the prior bidder’s best - and did not come with a deadline.
Due to Tim’s transparency, I shook his hand that day and canceled the remaining bidders. Tim scheduled my roof replacement for the following week. The workers arrived on time and worked all day, cleaning up the yard and completed small details such as taking care to move flowerpots to my porch and covering my shrubbery to prevent damage. Tim was on site and also on my roof alongside workers, and kept close contact with me via text with progress updates. He returned to do a final inspection and detailed cleanup by himself before accepting payment. Imagine my surprise, in the end, when he said all of my wood was in pristine condition, noting its color and showing me pictures for proof. No repairs needed. I was saddened to realize the prior estimator was dishonest and ready to take advantage of a vulnerable customer without moral guilt. Tim said he would not sleep well at night if he did not lead each day with honesty and ethics.
Tim was friendly but professional; his work team the same. His company and its reputation are important to him.
In the end, I was simply given good, honest work and a solid product earning rave compliments from critical neighbors. I would highly recommend T Harrer Construction LLC to anyone seeking the same.
