Recent May rain in Denver showed that there was a leak coming from out kitchen skylight. Ricardo with T Bare was able to get out promptly for an inspection. I had two other inspections and I felt Ricardo was the most knowledgeable and provided the best option to address the skylight as well as other roof maintenance. When the work was completed, I was happy with how the work was presented with photos.

Brad and Juan were on our property doing some follow up work for us today. The picture of their truck in the previous negative review is not the same crew that was at our property on Tuesday this week. Unfortunately our front lawn area was not large enough to accommodate the work needed and the crew did expand into our neighbors property. We apologize for that and will reach out to them. T-Bare and especially Brad and Juan have been the best crew to work with. They have gone out of their way to be respectful of us our property and our project. We cannot be happier with the result of our roofing project and would not hesitate to use this company again. We will highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof in the future. The work Brad did following up with our insurance company made our process as seamless as possible and took a lot of the stress out of it for us. We are sorry that one day out of many in the past did not work out for all parties involved. We have been extremely satisfied with this company.
An effort was made today by Brad and Juan to clean up our neighbors lawn area and they did try to reach out to our neighbor but no one answered the door. This is a great company that over-all does great work.

They came to do an evaluation, initially with a newer guy and then one of their more experienced guys followed up. The damage was surprisingly minor despite the severe storm as I have impact resistant shingles. I didn't end up needing my roof redone but I appreciated that they were honest and not pushy in their assessment.

"NO SOLICITING" prominently displayed means that your representative should not ring my doorbell, which they did twice this week. That is a crime.

EDIT TO ADD: Mr. Bare: I don't need to call every business in Denver and tell them not to ring my doorbell. Do you know why? Because I have a sign that says "NO SOLICITING" clearly posted. This is in accordance with the Code of the City of Thornton. You are prohibited from ringing my doorbell, and doing so is a violation of Article I. Sec. 38-180 and Sec. 38-179.

As instructed by the Thornton city website, I called the police nonemergency phone number immediately to report this so that the officer could attempt to catch the culprit. If you feel like "educating" (also called "soliciting" when you do it at the curtilage of a home) someone, educate your employee not to push a record button while he's committing a crime against the owner of the camera.

Sec. 38-1 "SOLICITOR means ANY INDIVIDUAL, whether a resident of the city or not, who engages in or attempts to engage in ANY TYPE OF CONTACT for ANY PURPOSE at point of entry to ANY PRIVATE RESIDENCE." This means you. I will not call you. Train your agents not to ring doorbells with no soliciting signs. It is a crime.

T Bare Roofing team did what I would characterize as an outstanding job on my roof. One might ask, "it's a roof, how outstanding can it be"? Great question. All of us home owners have to deal with contractors or so-called Handy Man types of fixer uppers. Many of us have been burned by low quality work or people who don't treat home owners well through the process. I dealt directly with Paris Johnson, who ran my roofing project. I can honestly say that I've never seen a contractor provide as much of a personal level of service as Paris provided for us. I highly recommend T Bare Roofing if you need your roof replaced! We had a great experience with T Bare Roofing! Amanda was thorough with details, including plenty of photos, explanation of the various shingle types and explanation of how insurance would work, as well as clearly communicating the company’s schedule. She helped lay out the changes needed for our gutters and put it on paper to avoid confusion. When serious damage was done by the gutter crew (totally done by accident), T Bare was quick to accept responsibility and assist us in the process of rectifying the problem. A shout out to Dawn for seeing the cost of the repair was completely covered and paid quickly. Our roof looks great and along with the gutters, appear to have solved our previous leakage problem. Amanda was a wonderful project manager who was responsive in communication and very pleasant to work with. The job was done in a timely manner as communicated. We would recommend this company.
