Throughout the project, their team was professional, communicative, and attentive to every concern I raised. After the roof was installed, I noticed a ceiling leak in my garage had persisted. They promptly came out to inspect it and confirmed the issue wasn't related to the roof but due to a bad window seal. Still, they took the time to caulk the affected areas and resolve the leak—completely outside the scope of their work and at no cost to me.

Travis and his guys did a great job replacing our roof and gutters. Shingle removal and replacement was completed in a day and they did a great job on cleanup. All of our gutters and downspouts were also replaced in a single day. Travis worked with our insurance adjuster throughout the process which made it very easy for us. Finished product looks great.

Sometimes insurance companies are not “like a good neighbor.” Sometimes insurance companies won’t give you a new roof, even though the damage to your roof is there. If they are doing that, he’ll let you know that as well, and he’ll let you know what you can do to deal with the insurance company that is not treating you properly.

I would highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors, and we did. And as a result, several friends and neighbors have gotten new roofs as well.

Nate at Swingcoast was great to work with. I received my initial estimate and then Swingcoast started the claim process. There was additional hail damage on the garage door and Swingcoast provided a revised estimate and got the insurance company to agree. Nate scheduled the installation and the crew showed up on time and completed the job on time. Nate came out after the roof and gutters were installed to walk through what was done. The roofing and gutter crews did high quality work. I talked with Nate and he mentioned I should receive an insurance discount since the shingles installed were impact resistant. I called the insurance company and they agreed after they confirmed the type of shingle. I had a great experience with Swingcoast.

Shawnee, KS, was hit by a severe hailstorm in the spring of 2024, with golf ball-sized hail pummeling the area for nearly 30 minutes. The damage to homes and vehicles was widespread in particular, our cul-de-sac alone saw every house needing a new roof, and numerous windshields were shattered.

We had a hail storm hit our area for the second time in recent years. Our experience with another roofing company after the first storm was difficult from start to finish. The Swingcoast team had all areas covered to protect from damage. I have a nice landscape lighting system that they even purchased buckets to protect them from damage.
