My house was built in 1939. Since I purchased it in 2013, I have slowly renovated it - bringing it into the 21st century, yet keeping its style and old house charm. I have used numerous contractors and have never been fully satisfied - often thinking if I had more time or knowledge, I could do a better job, a more thorough and thoughtful job.

I don’t need to worry about that anymore, now that I have met Brent with SwiftCo Roofing + Construction + Real Estate. He has been to my house several times now for various projects, and I am continually impressed with his work ethic, attention to detail, and complete thoroughness from start to finish. This goes for his employees as well. It is so refreshing not to feel like I need to micromanage an entire project and can just trust that it will be handled properly. Brent has used his personal time to explain things to us and trouble shoot when there have been issues that arise, which usually happens when your house is 85 years old.

Lastly, with the ever increasing price of all things, Brent has worked with us on how we can achieve our goals but still remain within a certain budget. He has even told us when not to do something, in order to save us money, as it would not increase the value of our home or fit with the aesthetic of the house.

SwiftCo did an excellent job on my new roof, which can now endure heavier storms. It even looks better than when the house was just built! They were fast to assess and install. They were also patient and well versed when guiding me through what steps I needed to take with my insurance company and HOA, which was especially needed because it was my first time to deal with such processes.

Swiftco and team did a great job replacing our old wood deck with a new composite decking and replacing fences with red cedar fencing. In the process we needed some plumbing done which they also handled very quickly and efficiently. Brent and his team were easily accessible any time we had questions. We enjoy our deck every day and would definitely use Swiftco again.

I have worked with Brent and Swiftco many times over the years and always appreciate the quality and attention to detail. Brent built our house in 2013 and we still love it 10 years later. The work has held up and his eye for design has proved to be timeless. We have worked with Brent for outdoor designs and roofing and every time we are happy with the result. He is easy to work with and excited about what he does as is his team. He still responds immediately when we need something even though it’s been 10 years since our house was finished. I would definitely work with them again!

Finally! We have a beautiful, SAFE balcony deck off of our second floor media room! Our 35-year-old Pella door/window unit needed replacing because of water/snow/ice damage over the years. We definitely got our money's worth out of the unit but I wish we had picked up on the need before noticing rotting wood. We were able to get a double patio door unit (Pella didn't offer one) which is much more user friendly than the other unit.

Thankfully, Brent and his stellar crew knew exactly what needed to be done and completely redid the deck with more contemporary products that should outlast us! The railing never felt secure after we had the original wood replaced. The house was completed in 1989. The deck has been redone twice since then but the new epoxy-coated iron railing is sturdy, low maintenance and exactly what we've been looking for! Thank you, Brent, for recommending it! I will no longer feel compelled to follow guests around asking them to please not lean on the balcony railing!!! Knowing that the deck has all new roofing materials and updated flooring products that will stand up much better to the elements, brings us much peace of mind!

Brent and his team handled replacing roofs, guttering and other needed items (painting, replaced siding, fix broken windows, replace torn screens, basically everything we needed) for four properties we own after a hail storm. It was great letting them negotiate (fight) with insurance and take care of it all. One call, they did it all. Great communication and easy process. Can’t say enough about their work and ease of dealing with them.

I would recommend Brent Swift one hundred times over!
We had a lot of repairs that needed completed after our house was damaged by baseball sized hail. He looked over our house as if it was his own, and found serious damage that our adjuster had blatantly overlooked. He even went to our insurance company on our behalf to ensure our home was in the same condition as before the hail.

I completely trusted Brent as he guided me in the design choices that needed to be made, from garage door, to new siding, windows, etc. Our home has never looked better! His crew is top notch, we were very impressed with the quality of the craftsmanship. The timeline he set for us was exactly what happened, there were no unforeseen delays in work. In working with other contractors over the years, I know that is very unusual.

Will definitely work with this company in the future as we have plans to remodel our kitchen at some point.

After two other contractors bugged out, Brent and his team got my roof replaced. They fought my insurance company to pay for upgrades (decking) to be in compliance with new rules. They got it done in ONE day. It looks great and no more leaks.

April the 28th, 2021 I got a frantic call from my 82 year old mother on the west side of Norman, hail had broke out her window and was beating her home. I ran over to put some tarp up to cover the window but this would not hold more than a day or two.

Brent Swift with Swift Co. posted on Facebook he was boarding up windows to help residents at No Charge. We replied and Brent had the window professionally boarded up before noon the following day.

Of course we wanted to work with Swift Co on all the repairs to return his kindness and we already knew his reputation and we were confident he would do a good job.

Swift Co did not do a good job, they did a great job! Not only was everything repaired but it is now better than before the storm. And as busy with our day-to-day life and not knowing the details of residential construction work, let alone fighting the insurance company for the proper repairs, we felt overwhelmed. Brent Swift fought with the insurance company with very detailed and convincing documentation explaining and justifying each repair item.

Swift Co saved us thousands of dollars, and they will be our first call for any future work.
