SWC Contracting

It's never fun when you're dealing with an issue inside your home but SWC made it better! I had a flooding issue in my basement and they really helped me take a deep breath. They never let me doubt their genuine care for their customers; which is hard to say these days.

They came out as soon as they could and were pleasant and compassionate on the phone. Keith arrived to thoroughly inspect my home and explained every step of the process to me, like why they were doing what they were doing, and even educated me on how to work with my insurance. They are, by far, superior to any other local contractor I have used in the past and fully embody the spirit of customer service and professionalism.

As a local business supporter, I highly recommend SWC as someone you can trust. Hopefully next time I call them it won't be an emergency, but even if it is, I know I will be in good hands. I refer SWC to all of my friends, coworkers and you too.

Above and beyond! These guys were absolutely amazing. The entire process from initial inspection to ordering and delivering supplies only took a week and a half. Not only was our entire roof replaced in one day but the clean up was spotless. They left our yard looking better than it did when they started. Keith is one of the friendliest most honest people I have met in a long time, you can’t go wrong with him and his crew. 110% would recommend.

Of all the quotes I got for the work his was the most honest and least stressful. We both expected there to be some hidden damage and he kept me informed of the additional damage found. Project was completed in a timely manner. I plan to use him again to repaint the house and possibly some other projects that need attention.

SWC Contracting worked so well with my insurance company and replaced my roof quickly. When done, they also cleaned up all debris and left the areas where they worked, spotless.
