Swan Roofing just replaced my roof due to hail damage. This was my third roof replacement during the last 10 years and this was by far my best experience with a roofing contractor. Jason Perez, the Swan representative who managed my project, was a pleasure to work with. He thoroughly explained the roof replacement process, answered my numerous questions and was excellent at communicating the arrival timing of the various contractors who worked on the project. When some of the costs exceeded the insurance company's estimate, he provided the insurance company with the information needed to have a supplemental payment issued. Norma and Fatima in the office were also very helpful with scheduling and answering questions.

During the roof replacement, I was very impressed with how the crew cleaned up debris throughout the day and not just at the end of the job. In fact, a neighbor who lives across the street informed me that she was impressed with how clean the job site was maintained.

In summary, this roof replacement was a positive experience and I will definitely use Swan again for any roof repairs or replacement.

I just had my roof replaced with Swan Roofing after a bad hail storm. This was the second time I had used them, and am very happy with the work they did. I especially wanted to write this because both jobs were managed by Jimmy K and he was awesome. He is great to work with and a nice guy, and he never forgot the things he promised me - which isn't the case with many contractors. Choosing a company to replace/repair your roof is hard because there are so many options out there, and you hear so many scary stories... After researching a lot of different businesses, I went with Swan to do my roof in 2017 and I'm so glad I did! They did an excellent job, and everyone on their team was super nice and helpful. After a hail storm last month, I asked them to take a look at the roof to see if it needed any work, but it was still in great shape and just needed a couple of minor touchups, which they took care of in a timely manner. Overall, they provide great service and do great work, and I've been very happy with them.

Swan Roofing replaced my roof win 2003 with Class 4 (hail resistant) shingles. Multiple Texas hail storms finally took their toll, and the roof was recently replaced, again with Class 4 shingles.

From original estimate, to final inspection, Jimmy Kissamitakis is the true caring and efficient professional. His crew showed up on time and went right to work. They are a well coordinated, well trained group. Jimmy remained on site to handle any problem that might come up. (There was only one, minor, and he took care of it right away.) In this hot Texas summer, he also saw to it that his crew remained well hydrated and took appropriate breaks. The project was completed in a timely manner, and my new roof is beautiful.

Swan roofing put a new roof on our home about 5 years ago, recently we had damage to our roof from all the high winds and heavy rains and developed two leaks in our home, one in the dining room, other in the garage, water was pouring in from the rain and the sheet rock was leaking, we immediately called Swan and within hours we had two gentlemen out here fixing the roof leaks, about a week later they did the right thing and sent out a sub contractor to our home, Joseph and his nephew Benny, the did all re repairs to the interior of our home and charged us nothing, they did the right thing, something not many companies would ever contemplate, we thank them for their help and will recommend them to anyone needing a roofing company that will do the right thing.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Swan Roofing and Paul Hammett. We requested several roofing companies to provide an inspection and estimate for the roof replacement. Most of them took additional calls to have someone come out. That was not the case with Swan. Paul returned my call the same day and was over the next day for the inspection. He answered all of our questions and provided advice on how to extend the life of our roof by installing additional soffit vents. While they were not the lowest bid of 5 companies and our insurance company was not paying for any of the replacement, we thought Swan Roofing/Paul Hammett provided us the most comprehensive approach and guidance. It was estimated to take 1 ½ day for the roof, but they were basically done in 1 day with minor follow up the next day. They had a very large crew up on the roof at 7:00 am and worked until dark. We had to coordinate for the gutters to be removed and then the painters before the roofers could start. All of that took place through coordination between Paul and Lisa in the office. We were kept informed every step of the way regarding who would be on our property, when and what would take place that day by Lisa. Inspections following the roof were timely and the last part of the project was the gutter replacement. That too was through Swan Roofing and it was completed as expected within 1 day and they did an excellent job. If you want to work with a company that is thorough and cares if the customer is satisfied, use Swan and Paul Hammett.

Julio from Swan roofing did a great job managing our project to add some gutters and add a attic vent for our kitchen hood! He was prompt to address all of our concerns and make sure we were happy with the work.

Swan Roofing just finished replacing our roof, gutters and painted our siding. It looks fabulous! Mr. Swan replaced my roof about five years ago. I had several bids. He was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. He was fair and struck me as honest (as compared to some of the other guys I interviewed, who only seemed interested in how much insurance I had).

He was also extremely personable, friendly, and did exactly what he promised. On time. In budget. No surprises.

Furthermore, I have reached out to him several times since about other issues (I thought I had a leak, I wanted my dormers reshingled, and I wanted new gutters). He called me personally within a day each time. Even in the week after the tornado!!

I needed turbine vents installed and some exhaust vents for bath and kitchen. The guy they sent was awesome. He and his helper did a great job! There was great communication and follow up all the way around. Was very pleased and would definitely use them again.

Having no knowledge in roofing I called swan roofing for a leak I had in my roof the receptionist was friendly and I was visited by Jose De la cruz within a few days. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in what to do with my leak which turned out to be multiple leaks thanks to him all the leaks were found and repaired and he was kind enough to follow up with me after the repair was finished to make sure everything was perfect.
