I chose Swag because they were in the process of doing a neighbors roof I cannot express how helpful they were, Garrett waked my wife and I through the entire process he assist with the adjuster that came out from the insurance company, once all was approved and job complete a couple things needed to be resent to the insurance company and they handled all of that i did communicate often just to stay in the loop but not much had to be done on our part i highly recommend this company first, also the workers that came out were extremely thorough in their clean up they ensured no mess was left or nails for that matter as they walked the entire perimeter 3 times cause i was worried about our dogs in the back very very helpful.

I, like many people was leery of using an out of town contractor for my roof replacement after the storms in May of 2024. Zac stopped by unsolicited & offered an inspection and some repair options. my roof was 20 years old & I anticipated a fight with my carrier regarding coverage.
Zac assured me that he would work with the insurance company on my behalf & get me the coverage that I would need. I was skeptical, but decided I had nothing to lose.
Zac & Swagg did every single thing they said they would do, i walked away with a brand new premium roof replacement & my ONLY out of pocket expense was my deductible.
I didn't have to deal with insurance adjusters, I didn't have to wait 6 months for them to do the job. My wife works from home & having a new roof put on would have made work from home difficult for her, so Swagg came out on a Saturday to further accommodate my needs. I honestly cant say enough good things about this company & Zac in particular.
My roof has a lifetime warranty & Swagg has a lifetime customer.

They have many options to choose from in shingles and they are quick and efficient in their service. They had our house and separate garage finished within a day. They also offer a wonderful warranty on their products. They went above and beyond in their service and followed up to make sure we were satisfied.

We had hail damage on our flat roof and Mark and crew went to work. They contacted the insurance and it took 10 months and an engineer to verify that it had damaged the roof. We had 3 layers of roofing on most of the roof so they had to remove all of that and install TPO and it turned out great. We could not be happier. Thanks to you and the crew.

Caine and crew did a great job. Caine was involved in the process from beginning to end. We had 2 others contractors come before Swagg and both dropped the ball. Roof looks amazing.

The crew members working on the house were very kind and worked quickly. We had some difficulty communicating with the company about what needed repaired per the insurance claim and navigating the insurance in general. The owner of the company actually reached back out to us quicker than the project managers.

If you are fed up with dealing with your insurance company with claims, then you need to find a repair company that totally understands and deals with insurance.
For me that company was Swagg Roofing and Siding. They helped across the board with all the different contractors that were needed as well. Their work was 100 percent perfect as well. That truly was hard to believe!!! Together we brought my home and out buildings back to wonderful!!!

The crew he sent to my house did an excellent job, they did great work, they were polite and the clean up was outstanding. Garrett also over seen the subcontractor that took care of my new gutters. Had Swagg replace our roof and siding summer spring /summer of 2023. They did the roof first and broke the trim on one window and when I brought this up to them they said they would take care of it. The siding must have been done wrong on the garage door because over the winter the water ran down the door and made an ice wall on the door causing the door to break. Now making to where I have to open door manually because of the spring being broken. I have reached out several times to them and they have yet to take any action I’m left with having to hire 2 other contractors to fix what they did. Their warranty and guarantee of satisfaction is not being upheld. I do not recommend them.

If you want a contractor that does NOT communicate, leaves the roofing materials in the most inconvenient place in your yard for weeks and does not care, takes several weeks to complete the job, has laborers that are so rough on the roof that your dining room chandelier falls down, and then ignores your calls and texts to get invoice so you can pay them- then this is contractor for you. Absolutely terrible and frustrating experience. The general contractor was rude and hung up on my husband. Would never recommend this company- steer clear!

It's hard to find a good contractor in Billings. I'm an easy going person. All I ask is for honesty. Do what you say and say what you do. After meeting with 4 companies I was let down. Tired of the sales pitch and never being able to get a straight answer. I met Garrett at a gas station for SWAGG construction. He followed up a day later and explained the process in and out. Everything he explained went to plan. We did have some issues during the build. I thought I was going to have to come out of pocket. Garrett was on the phone right away with my insurance company and documenting the process. Garrett made sure my house was built correctly. I appreciate his effort. I would highly recommend Swagg construction. Hopefully you get the opportunity to work with Garrett.

Due to hail damage to our home in Kalispell, they replace the roofs, rain gutters, and siding. They had it all done in 3 phases Total of 5 days. Great job and workmanship!

Wouldn’t have known I had a hail damaged roof, I was gone the 4th of July when the storm hit Bozeman. Caine stopped by with Swagg and inspected with his drone. The guys got the work done very quick. The last roofer missed the flashing but these guys got it done right without me asking. My insurance company shortchanged the estimate but Swagg helped me get that squared up so I could get my roof done. I would recommend them to anyone looking.

Came the same day I called and did a great job cleaning mud and leaves off my very steep roof. I’m extremely happy to have the job done.

Had roof replaced several months ago due to hail damage. I have told them it looks bad, I was told it would settle down after several hot days. Shingles still puckering up in spots, not laying down as they should. Installers were so rough up there, it knocked 2 interior lights down. We have called and complained but no one has come to look at the shingles. I am really disappointed that I went with this roofing company.

We used Swagg after a hail storm blew thru and damaged our roof and siding. Dustin and Caine are exceptional business men. They were quick to assess the damage and get the work done. The crew that worked on the roof did excellent work and clean up. The new roof looks amazing!! They are very quick to respond to any questions big or small. Dustin and the entire SWAGG team were so professional and efficient! They helped us replace our roof and gutters that were damaged by hail and worked with our insurance so well!! They got us in before the weather turned and fit us in when we were ready for gutters after we painted! They were amazing- through the inspection, insurance meeting, completing the work, upgrading us where needed, and the warranty! I called in for a quote on gutters. The women demanded to know the exact amohnt of money the insurance gave me for the repair. When I told her I just wanted the bid and didn't feel comfortable giving her my financial info she accused me of committing insurance fraud because she said "we are entitled to all the insurance payout."
I quickly corrected her mistake informing her what insurance fraud was and that I would not be subject to giving her my financial information."

She became rude and hostil.

Response To Your Response- delete this? Btw, unless something is in writing home owners pay pocket extra insurance money!!! (Read that again) I only spoke the truth. Your "mom" attempted to extort me for money by claiming I'm committing fraud by not divulging the amount of money I got on my insurance claim.
I believe she did this to try and achieve the maximum dollar amount on a job rather than bid it for just what it's worth to you and NOT using this hail disaster that devastated the valley to $$$OVERCHARGE people.

These guys were to robotic quick I mean come on a new roof in twelve hours from the first hammer swing to the last of the cleanup it was amazing. Also Cain does an excellent excellent job correlating all this . Thank you very much.

I changed contractors from Bartlett Roofing to Swagg Construction. I switched to them because of their warranty and that they could help me with other areas like my gutters as well. I was very satisfied in the time frame in which work was completed (within 1 week of receiving my insurance estimate) which is important because winter sets early in Kalispell. The roof was completed within a day. The workers were courteous and professional. They did a good job with cleanup and the roof looks 10 times better than what it did, that's for sure! Very satisfied!

Kudos to Dustin and the Swagg Roofing team for the outstanding job that they did on removing our cedar shake roof that was nearing the end of its life and replacing it with a new class 4 rated shingles as well as new gutters. Dustin and his team were fast in the removal as well as the replacement . They did an excellent job of controlling the debris as well as the post install cleanup.. I am located in Missoula, in the Orchard Homes. My old metal standing seam roof was leaking so I called Garry at Swagg. He was beyond professional and attentive. 1/3 of the decking was rotted. They had no problem replacing the decking. They replaced the roof with a TPO single ply with insulated cover board underneath, all done in 2.5 days.I highly recommend Swagg.

Swagg construction replaced my roof in Bozeman. They were fast & did an excellent clean up! Either Gary or Dustin were on site for
the entire job and followed up once the roof was completed. I highly recommend their work & was very pleased. Swagg was professional and the best price of the other bids I received!

After a hail storm the ceiling in one of the upstairs bedrooms had some water damage. They were able to determine where the damage came from, as well as other areas where more damage came from. They worked diligently with the insurance company to get all of the roof replaced due to the damage. The replacement of the roof and gutters was done quickly, professionally and with the utmost quality. Extremely easy and pleasant to work with.

Everyone I worked with at A-Swagg Roofing & Siding was very professional and helpful during my complete roof and gutter replacement. Dustin was inspecting my neighbor’s house next door when he noticed some damage on my roof. I wasn’t home at the time, but when his roofers began replacing the neighbor’s roof, Caine stopped in to let me know that there was some damage. It just so happened that a few months earlier we noticed a small amount of water damage appearing in the ceiling of our family room, so I had A-Swagg Roofing & Siding inspect the roof.

Dustin inspected the roof and identified extensive hail damage. He gave me an estimate and was great to work with. My insurance company sent out and inspector and agreed that the roof and gutters needed to be replaced. Dustin worked with them to get the job completed in a very short amount of time.

The roof (see photo) is about 34 squares, cut up, multiples levels, and includes a couple difficult relatively flat portions. His roofers showed up on a Saturday morning and had the entire roof torn off and replaced by early evening. Derrick oversaw the roofing and siding work and was very polite. He kept me informed of their progress and each of the small issues they uncovered. His crew had to tear of and replace the entire flat portions, including the decking, and the siding of an adjacent wall. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure the roof would no longer present any problems.

Dustin will be getting a call from me the next time I need help.
