Phenomenal experience I had with Peter and his crew from Svaras Roofing. They did a beautiful job replacing my roof, excellent thorough communication throughout the whole project. Super easy to get ahold of if there are any questions, fair competitive pricing and were able to knock it out in a day. I highly recommend you give Peter a call for your next roofing project.

I had a simple project for a small cottage. I was given exactly what I wanted (basic and no upgrades needed). There was no push for better or different products which I appreciated. Price was fair and they cleaned up so well that I would not have known they were there. I would give a 5 star rating but there was a delay due to other larger projects. I would definitely use them again.

They did a great job on our roof. We have used them at 2 different houses. I feel comfortable recommending them.

Peter Svaras does what he says he's going to do, when he says he's going to do it and does it very, very well. (And cleans up before leaving.)
He's torn off and replaced roofs on two of my homes. The 2nd one was a challenge but with a crew of 10 they completed in a single day.
I'd use him again in a heartbeat and recommend him without reservation.

I only have great things to say about Svaras Roofing. Pete came out gave me a fair quote. He had a team of about 8 doing my roof and each person knew exactly what to do. They were very professional and did a great job. They covered my air conditioner and deck and answered all my questions. When they were done they cleaned up and swept up all the nails. The roof looks great and even my husband was impressed with them and not much impresses him. I fully recommend Svaras as you deal directly with the owner not a large corporation.

Svaras reroofed my fairly large barn structure (about 3000 square feet) and did a superb job. From the tear off to the cleanup afterward, the crew was professional and very hard working. Svaras will be my roofer when the house needs it.

Very straight forwad. Pete gave us a great quote and let us know it could be a little higher if repairs are needed. He showed us a variety of samples so we could pick the colorwe wanted. They did a great job and cleaned up thouroughly. When they were done the bill was just what he quoted. Highly recommend!

At the beginning after receiving our quote we were given very helpful advice regarding our project before making our final decision on how to proceed. They explained how they would execute the project, when they would start and how long it would take to complete. Once the project started they continued to answer any questions we had and delivered their services as promised. It was refreshing to deal with a company that is dedicated to doing a good job.
