Pink Roofing replaced the roof on our house after a storm. Our area was swarming with roofing contractors, (some from out of state) and I saw a Pink Roofing truck. I met one of their reps, Frank M. After a quick conversation, Frank grabbed a ladder, walked and inspected my roof. The damage was obvious and I asked for a quote. I wanted a contractor from the area and after reviewing the bids, chose Pink roofing. We also had Pink roofing install new gutters as the old ones were also damaged by the winds and hail. Throughout the job, their rep was there. Before starting they protected the landscaping and a/c. The roof went on quickly and when finished, they cleaned up the area around the house. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received.

Frank was a huge help getting my roof done. The crew showed up on time and got the work done on time and the roof looks and works perfect.

I was in desperate need of a new roof on my summer cottage in Eagle River Wisconsin, I was having pizza from Dino’s in lake in the hills and saw an ad from pink roofing on the pizza box, I love the pizza so I took a chance and called.. I talked to Frank Mondelli about a roof, and we hashed out the details. The roof color choice was discussed and I saw pics of the product. Can I tell you I was ecstatic at the guidance on the color, the logic of a lighter color given we have no AC and keeping the attic temperature as low as possible. I cannot tell you how happy I am with pink roofing and specifically with Frank, I extended an invitation to our Independence Day cookout, and honestly I’d be comfortable having Frank over to watch my son if I were in a pinch. 100% go with Frank for a roof, or gutters or siding, if he wasn’t married I’d try to rope him in for my niece. Pink Roofers did an excellent job replacing our storm damaged roof, on our single family home. I had Pink roofing do my roof and some siding after a hail storm. Frank came out, assessed my house, and showed me the damage. He also came out when the insurance adjuster came and helped point out damage to get me approved for a new roof.
The roof work was done quickly without any issues. The crew worked on one of if not the coldest days of the year to get it done.

Great job by Pink Roofing. Michelle made the entire process easy. She was an excellent communicator with every detail, including filing a claim with our insurance. The guys worked on our difficult roof even after a light snow with only short lunch breaks, working well after dark each day. The men were courteous and careful with our property, including the clean up. The big crew was able to complete our job in just two days, which minimized any inconvenience for us.

Pink helped us review result of a hail storm and pointed out concerns for both roof and siding to us and the insurance company. We reviewed their suggestions and agreed to replace roof and siding. Once the insurance company agreed, the Pink teams completed the roof, gutters and siding quickly and did quality work. I can recommend Pink.

Our roof , gutter guards, and garage door were damaged in. June, 2024 hail storm. Michelle was in the area and did an inspection and found the damage. Michelle was so easy to work with. Michelle was wonderful to work with. She and her team were very professional, prompt and friendly people. I was shocked when I came home from work that they had just about finished the whole roof. (Large roof) They had to replace a lot of plywood. GREAT work cleaned up after they were done.

Frank came out to my house to look at the roof because I was worried about hail damage to it. I was shocked that after frank looked at it he said he didn’t find any hail damage. He let me know that I will be kept in the system so if there is another bad storm frank will come back out and inspect the roof again and compare photos. I was very impressed with his honesty and not someone who was just trying to make money.

Frank was great to communicate with, and worked with me on the scope of my gutter and gutter guard project.

I live in Kildeer, IL. I met Jeff when he knocked on my door, letting me know he was happy to inspect the roof for hail damage. At first skeptical, I said ok, and sure enough I had considerable damage from a hail storm a couple months before. Jeff was fast to get this covered, and had my roof replacement scheduled to be done within a couple weeks. Our roof is on the larger side, but the team completed our entire roof in 1.5 days and did a phenomenal job.

A sales rep came to my doorstep based off a previous encounter while he was at another company. Either way another sales rep took over my project of getting a new roof and skylights put in. The job was done quick in a days time however when they put in the skylights, they ruined my dry wall on the interior. When I told them and sent pics they said they would take care of it “on the house” and it’s not normal for what they would do. Okay sounds good. That means some random dude from their company showed up who doesn’t normally do dry wall patches and used pieces of trim to basically hide it. No professional finishing was done (not expected) and I needed to hire someone else to caulk and paint it. They apparently charged my insurance company $580 for this fix which was not worth $580. I did not pay them that portion since it was supposed to be “on the house” and I did pay them $26k+ for the roof, skylights, and 4 plywood boards. They decided to send me a letter stating they are canceling my warranty for not paying the $580 for adding trim to hide drywall cuts around the 4 skylights. This is a revenge type of company. I’m okay not paying them the $580 but for them to void my warranty for labor was not right. I paid 97% of the bill.

Be wary before choosing this company. Now I can’t even call to ask them if they touched my attic fans since they aren’t working. All the contractors said I should ask my roofers…

I gave them 3 stars for being nice in the beginning since they wanted the business and for the hard working roofers. If they didn’t cancel my warranty for the $580 I had to use to get the interior of the skylights fixed professionally, they would’ve got more stars…

We had such a great experience with Renowned! We asked for a quote on the roof and they were able to get us a full roof, gutters, AND siding all covered by our insurance! They were very professional and responsive to any questions or concerns and they did amazing work. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof checked out.

My daughter called me in a panic when she saw the floor in her attic was wet after a heavy storm. It was late on a Friday and I live an hour away so I called 3 roofers. Renowned responded in less than an hour and was able to stop by Sat to take a look. He quickly determined the cause (chimney flashing had failed) and provided a ballpark estimate. The work was completed in less than 10 days and quality of the repair was excellent. Renowned fixed the issue before either of the other roofers returned my call. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future should the need arise. Fast, professional, and fair. Steve (owner) is the best!
