This year my Hayward pump finally went out. Have had Hayward pump and sand filter for 29 years with no problems. I called Sutton Pools and yes, I agree, Bryan and the guys all had friendly personalities. I was impressed at first. But instead of getting a new pump and just replacing sand, before I knew it I was getting a cartridge fifter, which I knew absolutely nothing about. Bryan said that sand filters were becoming obsolete and he didn't like working with them. So, I ended up with a cartridge fifter, which has been a nightmare for me. After he explained that I would have to clean the fifter everyday on maybe twice a day until my pool cleared up. Ok, I thought, I can do that. He also said, after the pool was clear I would only have to clean the fifter once a month, maybe twice a month, depending on usage. Here's the deal breaker that I have to pay for!!! My pool has been crystal clear for about 3 weeks, however I still have to clean the fifter every single day. Even after cleaning it, my jets stop rotating the water as they should, barely anything pressure coming out of them at all. I am now waiting for a reply from Bryan about this fifter, maybe it's defective. I don't have a clue, but I will not spend my days cleaning this "cartridge fifter". Something is wrong and needs attention to detail!! I can only hope they will do what's right and not try to charge me $250.00 to come out and check it. I hope I have a great update for everyone, because I'm really, really tired. Ok, this is absolutely ridiculous!!! I have done everything possible, cleaned Cartridge Fifter soooo many times and I mean cleaned it Good!@ Still, no matter how many times I have cleaned it, when everything is put back together ( and yes, I can get the top off) nothing is coming out of the jets!!!!!! Would someone please come and check this Cartridge Filter!!!! Why am I being totally ignored??? As much money as we paid, this fifter should work like a gem. Tell me, what do I need to do to get help??? I'm going to wear it out cleaning it so much. PLEASE COME AND CHECK IT ✔️ ✅️ . I'm trying to be patient, but it's now June and still here I am with a large in ground pool that has no movement. I wish I had just got new sand, new pump and stick with what I know. Bryan said he didn't like working with sand fifter, so you might say I was encouraged to go with cartridge. I let them install everything and now they don't seem to care about a customer one way or the other. I read all the reviews and everyone is seems to be happy with Sutton Pool. I would be to, if only someone would show just a tiny bit of concern!!! It's always possible to get something damaged. So Bryan would you Please help me!!
