Vincent and the Surge Contracting team helped put my stress at ease. When our tenants left, they left behind so much damage to our home. I was heartbroken and worried who we could find trustworthy enough to do the work so we can put the house on the market. Vincent and his team CAME THROUGH!! The house looks amazing and we were able to get the house listed quickly. The team’s talent was evident in every aspect. Part of our house siding was melted by the tenants. Vincent was able to find an identical replacement that was NOT easy to find. Now it’s hard to tell where any damage was done. Thank you Vincent and Surge Contracting team!!

The Surge Contracting team did an excellent job with our property. We had tenants vacate and leave a ton of damage in their wake out of spite. Surge Contracting came in expeditiously and got right to it. They were able to fix everything and touch up the house on a short timeline so we can list our house for sale asap. Quality was not sacrificed, but highlighted by their work. Highly recommend to anyone in need.
