I would not hesitate using Marco and the SureRoof team again. We had a hail damage to our home and these guys got us through every step. Hunter did a great job working with the insurance company and the install was efficient and professional. It was so nice to have a company who cares about there customers.

SureRoof did a phenomenal job on our residential roof. Hunter quickly and efficiently coordinated with our insurance company and communicated throughout the whole process. A team showed up and completed our roof much quicker than we anticipated. We noticed a few areas that needed changed and they were happy and quick to adjust. We’d use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service, and excellent work quality. Marco and his delivery team did an excellent job on our roof repplacement and communicated very effectively throughout the entire process. They did all the communication with insurance so I did not have to deal with much of that. Would absolutely recommend SureRoof!

Sure Roof did good work for us on a rental house and quickly. We contacted one of their reps on a weekend and he was there Monday noon to resolve the problem of an ice dam that was heavy on the gutter and bending it. He shoveled the snow off the roof as well; all the work was done in one hour! We will go to Sure Roof again for roofing needs.

Sure Roof was very responsive with all communications. They did a professional job clearing snow, icicles, and ice dams under extreme weather conditions. Friendly and provided much peace of mind.

We had a windstorm destroy our roof. We had a lot of back and forth for months with different companies and in the end, Marco contacted me directly, made everything right and within a week from our call had his team replacing our roof. The team was so amazing, hard working. We couldn’t resist to buy them food and provide a tip at the end because we were so impressed with how quickly they got our roof on and cleaned up all the debris! We are very thankful for their hard work and professionalism!

Marco and his crew did an amazing job, again. They did such a good job on our new construction home that we had them also do our shop. Both jobs went smooth and professional. Roofs look great.

Recently my wife and I had Sure Roof replace our 28 year old roofing. Working with Marco was so pleasant for us. He was professional and set up the work for the same week we hired the job. The Sure Roof crew was very polite and efficient. My wife is very particular about the details of appearance, and they worked with her and made a couple changes for her with smiles. They even made repairs to some bad ventilation issues for me which were not part of the contract. All of this in just under four days. Anyone needing a roof, be sure to stop in and talk with Marco! I'm sure you'll be happy with their work.

Marco was super helpful throughout this entire process. He worked directly with our insurance provider to make sure this was a seamless process. From start to finish I think the removal and replacement of the roof took about 4 days. What could have been a complicated process was made easy by these guys and the results were fantastic.

Sure roof driver cares not for the lives of others while driving. Would not hire to fix roof. This driver purposely sped up to almost smash into the cars in front of him and then with NO room to merge he wove into me and almost smashed the front of my truck. I had to slam on the brakes multiple times with the stuff in the back of the truck sliding forward. He then continued to weave in and out of traffic and almost hit other cars. This driver is not sure roof but sure death and damage.

Here is what to expect with Sureroof: fast communication, clear expectations, honesty, and hard work. If I could give Marco and his team 10 stars I would. My roof was damaged by hail and Marco also helped me navigate my insurance claim. I wouldn't have known what to do without him, as insurance companies don't always live up to being like a good neighbor.

SureRoof was great to work with. Our roof had been damaged in a hail storm and we used SureRoof to replace it through an insurance claim. I didn't have to pay extra money out of pocket (other than our insurance deductible) because SureRoof's estimate was quickly and easily approved by insurance. I didn't have any hassle from insurance adjusters on the roof damage claim. Communication with SureRoof was easy and everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I also appreciated that they were local, with an office in Bozeman.

I was struggling with the insurance company regarding claims for other portions of my house that had been damaged by the same hail storm that damaged my roof, so that delayed the start of the roofing project. But once I sorted those issues out and I was ready to schedule with SureRoof, installation was very prompt.

Lobo Construction worked with my Insurance company to get full coverage for hail damage. It took 4 years to complete as their were some problems but final work done to my satisfaction.I want to acknowledge Cesar who worked hard to get supplemental coverage from my insurance company.Also want to acknowledge Dave Duncan who no longer works for Lobo Construction.He managed much of the work that was done and installed 2 skylites on his own time when workers at Lobo damaged my previous skylites when improperly removing them.If it had not been for Marco at Lobo Contruction helping me submit the claim to my insurance company they would of only repaired a portion of my roof. With Marcos help,I was able to get a new roof,new siding.new windows and window trim,new curtains,2 new outside doors.

Excellent quality and I appreciated the fact that they stayed on the job start to finish. This was followed by good cleanup.

It’s always a challenge to find great craftmanship when hiring a contractor that you will rarely use. We highly recommend SureRoof, they are a 5-star professional operation. Lobo Construction did an amazing job on our large and complicated roof. We also had multiple skylights replaced. They were incredibly hard-working, prompt, respectful and went above and beyond to not leave a trace. I highly recommend them.

We loved working with Lobo Construction and Cesar! We were in the middle of selling our house and ran into some roof issues. We called Lobo and they quickly worked with our insurance company and got the job done. Cesar was friendly, reliable, and on time. When we eventually got a buyer for our house they had another roofing company come and check Lobos work - they said it looked awesome and couldn’t find anything wrong. The roof replacement performed was done quickly and the job sit was left clean.
The staff was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Their ability to work with the insurance people was very helpful and in the end the roof looks great.

I had the pleasure of working with the owner of the company and I gotta say, him and his project manager were pretty awesome. They were super friendly and easy to talk to, and they really listened to what I wanted. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the work and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Our experience with Lobo was not great from the very beginning. It was over 8 months ago when we first contacted Lobo to do a siding job on our house we're now sitting in the dead of winter with no siding after being forced to walk away from them. Despite many affirmations from the owner Marco that he would be sure we are satisfied, his lack of communication and care was incredible. Do not do business with them.

I can't say enough good things about Lobo construction. Everyone that we dealt with was very professional understanding and willing to explain to us the process of roofing. Our house and they also did new siding on our house with hardie board siding. I've had several people besides my wife and I look at it and they all tell us how great it looks. The best thing about them is the fact that if you called them 99% of the time they answer their phone and if they don't answer their phone they call you back as soon as they possibly can. We all so plan on having them put rain gutters on our house this spring

We've been through 4 new roofs on our home due to hail damage, and each time we prepare for a long days of noisy pounding and then major cleanup (shingle pieces, wrappers, nails) for several days after. Marco's crew at Lobo were a GREAT experience: great communication (Marco and Dora), fast (less than 2 days) and tidy. Amazing work, guys! We hired our granddaughter to pick up nails, but she couldn’t find any. So I had to sprinkle some by the shed for her to find, like Easter eggs! Thanks again, Lobo crew and Marco.

Lobo Construction was recommended by a neighbor. Cesar and Marco did a great job throughout the entire process! They were quick to respond, came out to inspect the roof within days, provided guidance in navigating the home insurance claims process, worked with the City of Bozeman to ensure the permitting process (obtaining the permit, dry-in check, final check), and their crew got the work done super quickly (3 days from start to finish to replace a roof!). All documents are available to be signed and viewed electronically. Will be recommending Lobo Construction to others!
