My underground gutter drain is clogged. I called multiple drain/plumbing companies and was quoted very high price with no guarantee that the drain will be unclogged at that price. I thought about other alternatives like rerouting the gutter so it drains water to a different location instead of that underground drain. Chandler Steffy stopped over for a quote on possibly rerouting gutters. When he got to my house, instead of offering me a quote and selling me on services, he asked to see if he can use my water hose to try and unclog the drain. Within 5-10 minutes, he unclogged the drain and found the lid of the drain where the underground drain goes to. UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE!!! I offered to pay him but he said no. He just saved me over ONE THOUSAND dollars. I can’t remember the last time when a business is trying to honestly help me instead of trying to make money on services/products they provide. Chandler is an owner with business integrity. Before him, I have 2 other gutter companies coming out but they were only trying to sell me services. Chandler was the only one who is there to HELP SOLVE THE PROBLEM.

We were very pleased with the service provided. We were missing part of a shingle and didn’t know if we could get someone out to do that small of a job. Someone was out within 2 days of our call and brought the correct color of shingle with him and had it replaced within a few minutes. Super happy with this company!

I am so happy with the service of these guys! During one of Iowa’s crazy windy days, we had a cable rip out some of our siding, and our fascia started coming off. I reached out and within a day Chandler was out checking the damage, and we got scheduled for the repairs. In the interim I noticed I had some water spots going on which freaked me out, so I asked them to add that to the list of things to help us with. There were some issues with our attic and how exhaust fans were set up. Everything is fixed now! Which makes me feel so much better. Chandler and Will did a great job of showing and explaining exactly what the problems were every step of the way - and everything was done so quickly. They even recommended another business to help me out with my insulation, which could use some TLC. Overall I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend these guys.

I had my roof replaced in early 2021 after the derecho in August 2020.

Could not figure out why I was having random spots come through my garage drywall. So I would trace and date them to see if they grew. One spot continued to grow and others started popping up. I called in a different contractor to look. The picture is what he found. Water had been going in through the holes (from 2021-present) into my attic, through the ply wood flooring and insulation then staining the drywall in my garage.

Originally I would have thought twice about going public with this, but seeing as during the storm repair siding project (2020-2021)we actually had to have the foreman come back out as we found the contractors only put INSTALLION we paid for on the front of the house and not on the back.

I did have two pieces of facia fall off and they were quick to respond and put them back up, which was nice, but should they have fallen off in the first place?

I called and left a message. I will see how they respond and then change my review if warranted.

We can't rate this company highly enough. They met our high expectations on every level. Kail McCarter and all other personnel were excellent to work with.

This company had a representative show up at my door offering a free roof and siding inspection. After their "inspection", they said they found storm damage and recommended we submit an insurance claim. I had my regular roofing contractor inspect our roof the next day. They found zero storm damage. STAY AWAY FROM STORM CHASERS WHO SHOW UP AT YOUR DOOR!!

It’s always a positive experience working with Kail. From quote to completion, I appreciate having a point of contact like him. He provided expertise and let me know that I didn’t need a roof when others had told me I did. He also gave me ideas on where I could improve my home, and We decided to add new gutters. The work is good but what keeps me coming back is a great superintendent like Kail.

How this company is rated so well, I don't know. They're a joke when it comes to their actual work. They lure you in with the "free evaluation" only to try selling you stuff you don't need. Their sales reps no very little about the work they're selling. Their work is subpar, definitely not upper tier work by any means, which at the price they're at, it should be. I'd encourage anyone looking for work to be done to their home to stay clear of Superstorm Restoration. You'll be better off doing so.

My mom used this company after the storms in Ames happened and her rep was absolutely horrible. She could never get ahold of him & he told her things he would take care of that he never followed through on. I had to go up and make a couple repairs to her roof even as they didn't ever come get to it themselves & she was nervous about there being a leak as she had an area that had lost 2 shingles. She hired them due to them having such good reviews, but I honestly think these reviews are manufactured somehow as definitely don't see them as a company rated as they are.

My experience was Superstorm has been a very positive experience. Kail our rep, was extremely helpful during the process. They fixed my roof in a timely fashion. And gave me before and after photos. I appreciate how thorough they are, and I highly recommend them!!

Great job with the roof! Done in one day and great cleanup. Gutters and downspouts were done soon after and a wonderful upgrade.

My visit to Superstore was very positive. The marketing department seemed upbeat; also Chris and Allison were professional and friendly. They even had a Christmas tree in the lobby! Thank you for the great experience.

I've thought a lot about how I'd rate Superstorm, going back and forth between a 2 and 3 and here's why. The upfront relationship was great - very responsive and communicative and really helped navigate with the insurance claim.

However, my work was done after the major hailstorms and I think I didn't even get the B crew, more like the C crew. I know re-roofing is pretty rough and expect some things like a few errant shingles scraping the siding and nails showing up for several weeks but I seem to have way more than my share.

Here's my list of issues: My patio table was destroyed when their work radio fell off the roof (I actually witnessed it and while frustrated, it was cool in a way other than the glass shards we picked up for months), I had 2 windows scratched by falling debris, a piece of trim high up was severely damaged during the work, some of my gutters were damaged, a downspout was not properly re-attached and fell off, and some of the drip edge was reused rather than replaced.

To their credit, the table and the windows were well taken care of and the trim piece was replaced after I pointed it out, but just disappointing they even happened. As to the gutters and drip edge, just recently noticed that. For the downspout was told that there's no way the downspout would have been touched, but it rests on the shingles and I can't imagine that it spontaneously came loose.

To the best of my knowledge, I don't have any leaks so that's good and like I said, Superstorm took care of the big issues but not sure I'd use them again unfortunately.

Very happy I went with Superstorm Restoration on my repairs after a hail storm. They were very helpful navigating the insurance claim process and did a great job on all of the repairs.

Where do we start…. How about with the company rep Nick who was/is Professional, Respectful, Courteous, an Excellent/knowledgeable manager of our project with attention to detail and follow through, and a great liaison for insurance coverage. We will miss seeing his smiling face.

Now for the Shingling Team who was prompt, efficient and organized , skillful, respectful of our property, VERY hard working, pleasant that did an excellent and thorough cleanup of our property.

Overall 5stars/ excellent. So happy Nick knocked on our door.

They took a sample of my siding. Over the next two months, I kept reaching out to them to get updates. They kept saying they would look into it. After two months, they said it must have gotten lost and asked if they could get another sample. I wound up finding someone else. I would recommend you do, too, if you want the job to get done.

Superstorm kept adequate communication with us at all times. We were notified by mail, email, and phone for dates, schedules, etc. They arrived on time (even early) and worked steadily throughout the day. They had a few "extra" problems to deal with---such as our motorized awning attached to the roof; it had to be removed, but it was completed in a timely manner, keeping all parts. Very professional work and excellent people to work with!

Kail, our Super Storm Rep, came out on the recommendation of our friends Remax Realtors Bill and Sue Ludwig. He was great to work with. He came back out with the insurance adjuster. The hail and wind claim was approved by Nationwide. A little over a week later we had a new roof in one day. The crew was very nice and efficient.

We couldn’t be happier with our new roof and gutters! Quality product with 10 year warranty and fast installation! Tyler was great to work with through the entire process. I would recommend these services to others with hail or storm damage wanting a hands-off process in repair and installation!

This is a top notch Company. It is refreshing to see a company focus on the old school basics ethics of business and implement it with modern tech to improve overall production and customer satisfaction. This is definitely not a "Builder Bob" fly by night operation.

I had a great experience with Superstorm (rep Tyler). They provided great communication from the initial inspection through the last walk through. They were flexible and met with me when I was available, and answered all of my questions. When I ran into issues with insurance, they helped me navigate through and advocated on my behalf to get me what I needed. They sourced an attic inspection and provided detailed drone pictures of my roof and submitted them directly to my insurance company. They took a lot of the work out of my hands. Highly recommend!

Andrew, and Superstorm, as a company, were very responsive and helpful in the resolution of our hail claim on our roof. They clearly explained the process, helped me interact with my insurance company, and completed the job in a very timely, and clean manner, they were excellent to work with.

We were effected by the hail storm in august and didn’t think much of it. After we noticed everyone in our neighborhood had their roofing replaced I called to see if we could have ours checked. Sure enough there was plenty of damage. Carson was quick, responsive, and never made us feel like we weren’t his priority (even though we were late to the game). Great company to work with after recent hail storms in West Des Moines, Ia. We worked with Jacob Armstrong and he walked us through the entire process keeping us informed on all aspects of the repairs. Jacob was very professional handling all the details with our Insurance Company and the different trades doing the work.

After hail storm in March of 2022, I was wondering what to do about my siding on the house(less than 1 year old). Keegan from Superstorm knocked on my door and said he would look at the siding and roof at no cost. Afterward, he gave me the bad news that the roof needed replaced as well as the siding. He promised me he would take care of everything with the insurance company. He did that, meet with the insurance representative, took all the pictures and submitted all paper work. Timely put the roof and siding on, didn't have to do anything, he took care of it all. Highly recommend
