Superior Seamless Gutters - Pittsfield, MA

I recently left two messages with this company on Oct. 25 and Oct. 26 about needing additional gutters on my home. Today is Nov. 11, and I have not heard back. In the meantime, I contacted another gutter company also around Oct. 25, and they called me back within a half hour. So today it is Nov 11, and I have my new gutters with this company (Gutters and Siding, LLC.), and while they were here, I asked them to check out some previous gutters I had installed a few years ago. These gutters I had installed previously were by this company I am reviewing, Superior Seamless Gutters. These older gutters were always leaking between the edge of the shingles to underneath the gutters. I did ask Superior to come back and fix the problem. They came back and said they were now fixed. Well, they weren't any better. So while the new company was here today installing the new gutters and checking out the old gutters, they told me the older gutters were not installed correctly. While they were here they actually fixed one of the gutters for me for no extra charge. I was told the gutters were never correctly tucked under the edges. Thanks Superior! Bad communication, and worse quality. Maybe it was a new guy working on my gutters? But I swear I remember the worker telling me he was the owner. So, I have had a terrible experience with this company, and hopefully they do a much better job with others. Roll the dice or do your homework.
