Quality work for a fair price. Paul's crew worked late to get my gutters done in one day. The gutters look great!

Paul and his crew re-sided a 2-story 125 year old rental house for me. His price was almost 20% lower than another contractor, and didn’t have all the disclaimers and potential cost extras of the other guy. Project took about 2 weeks.

They tore off and disposed of all the old asphalt and aluminum siding and replaced with new house wrap, fan fold insulation, and vinyl siding. They also installed custom-bent aluminum over all existing wood trim.

They dealt with bad weather without missing a beat. Paul kept me well informed throughout the entire process. The project was completed on time and for the estimated price. I’m very happy.

We went over what was wrong with the badly installed gutters I had on my house.
He was very clear about what needed to be done to correct my drainage problems. He took accurate measurements and prepared a quote.
His estimate was soon emailed to me. It was clear concise and fair.
It was rather late in the fall and we were hoping he could get the work done before winter hit.
Unfortunately the cold and wet came on fast and I thought for sure I couldn't get the repairs done until spring but Paul watched the weather closely and called me up when he saw a warm day approaching.
He arrive just when he said he would. Paul and his crew did an excellent job. The gutters look great. There is no gap between them and the house/roof. There are now the correct number of downspouts. They cleaned up the work site very well.
My gutters and gutter guards are all properly installed now and I am happy.
I had gutters installed 1.5 years ago from a different Pittsfield seamless gutter company and they were horrible.

Paul Roman and his crew with Gutters & Siding LLC did an amazing job for us! Paul called me back within about 15 minutes after I first left a message requesting a quote. He was able to come out and measure within a day, then had a competitive estimate to me within 48 hours. He kept in communication about scheduling the job, and the day the crew started they were there at 7am sharp to take care of business. The gutters look and function perfectly. Paul was even able to come back out after the install job to install a few additional hinges on downspout extensions that we had requested for ease of putting them up for lawn mowing etc. The Wave website they use for invoicing and payments is user-friendly and easy to use. Overall a highly positive experience - five stars all the way, highly recommend! Thank you for the terrific customer service.

On 7/18 Paul measured the house and I had the quote on 7/22. In less than a month he had the new gutters installed and a few reconfigured to work properly. These guys are very professional and ON TIME!!! If I had questions, he responded in a timely manner! He called me the very next day to be sure I was satisfied with the work. This was a Sunday!!! I did have a couple of questions and he came over within a few minutes to answer them. Good quality work and people!!

Paul and his crew mate came on-time and were VERY professional throughout the entire process.
