Great group of professionals! We had a black spot on the boards of our roof inside the attic that finally got damp. After googling and contacting several roofing companies, Bob was the 1st to actual contact me back. He scheduled an estimate quickly and came out to assess the situation. He addressed our questions about the issue as well as other roofing questions. The team came out a few days later. Bob certainly prioritized us due to the tons of rain we've had and clearly didn't want us to incur more damage. His team were quick, efficient and answered any questions I had. So appreciative if the fast service and contacts through their portal and texts/calls throughout. We plan on hiring again for updating our shutters as many have fallen off.

I couldn’t have had a better experience from start to finish. I originally needed a repair and they responded quickly. Then when it came time to replace my roof the process was seamless. The price was less than most other quotes for the same products. The roof looks great. My neighbors have complimented it. The workers were great and everything was spotless when they left. I would recommend 100 times over.

WARNING !!! WARNING!!! WARNING !!!WARNING !!!

On July 8th I hired R&T Roofing to replace the roof on my home and garage. They came and did the work…that day I was suffering with kidney stones so I was unable to fully check on their work. When they were done I immediately paid Bob the owner a check and total payment was $13,599.00. When he left I noticed on the peak of my house roof there is a small piece of clear plastic sticking out,and garage ridge vent that was on the original roof was not installed on the new roof and the front porch they cracked my cedar siding and just did a terrible job with the flashing as shown in the picture. I included before and after pictures ….before is the black roof …check out how perfect the flashing line is …and the after picture is the grey roof with the flashing job that looks like a 12 year old did it…I contacted Bob and he came back to look. He said he would be back first thing in the morning. I waited all day he never showed up. I contacted him again and again he said he would be there first thing in the morning. I waited all day and he never showed. I contacted him again and he promised to show again first thing in the morning. I waited all day he never showed. Now I texted him and told him now that he has my money he just is not going to show up. He got very insulted and said it would be fixed by the end of the week. It has now been over a month of no show. If this is the type of person you want to hire so be it …he will not come back once he has your money … beware !!!! Now I will have to pay someone who knows what he’s doing to fix his screw up !!!!! Be SURE to check the Better Business Bureau report on this company before hiring !!!!!!!!!!!!

Bob and crew went above and beyond from the start and did a fantastic job with replacing the roof on our garage and part of our house. More than that, Bob was honest, kind, and a great communicator. This stood out to me almost immediately when Bob got up on our roofs to give me a quote. He was very willing to be straight with me about which parts of our roof needed replacing first, something other roofing companies would not do. In fact, without even me asking him, he told me that part of our roof had been replaced a lot more recently and he would hold off on it if he were in my shoes. This impressed me since it went against his own economic interests and reduced the work his group would be doing this year. The actual project was done promptly, the quality of the work was excellent, and the price was far below what we were quoted by other contractors. We were actually away during the project in the midst of an unexpected stay at the hospital. During this difficult time, Bob responded to my messages immediately and with great empathy and professionalism. This project was the first we did with R & T and I hadn't actually heard of them prior to finding them on the internet and calling for a quote. However, this certainly won't be the last time we use them as I have learned they do a wide variety of other home improvement projects.

They did a great job at a good price. Bob explained what needed to be done very well. Told me what variables there might be and how much each would cost. They had to replace some of our slate roof to add flashing. I watched the guy doing the slate go through a whole pile of new slate to find some that matched the existing slate, it looks great good match. The crew also cleaned up very well when they finished

Bobby was very professional. He provided a detailed quote for the renovation project in Richmond and delivered. His team knocked out the roof by the date he promised and it looks phenomenal. Extremely happy and will use Bobby and his team again other projects.

R&T put on our new garage roof, repointed our chimney including flashing the chimney and repaired the interior Sheetrock resulting from the leaking chimney. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the workers were professional and friendly!

I feel bad I promised to leave a review a year ago but better late than never. Last year in March we had hired R&T Roofing
to redo our roof. He was amazingly considerate throughout the whole process, showing up for a quote, returning calls, working around my own anxieties. His workers showed up and dove right in. they worked hard all day long and finished my roof in one day!!! Then a week later we had a storm and he called to ensure that the roof held up..he knew it would but knowing my anxiety he took that extra step
