My new roof is wonderful but the best part of the whole process was the roofers discovering that I had a lot of rotten boards on the back of the house. Rusty came out and inspected my roof after a recent storm had blown some unknown roofing debris into my yard. He came out and within minutes had a professional and honest drone-based analysis of my roof and assured me that everything was in tact. He even scouted the neighboring houses and pinpointed exactly where the debris had come from.

There are still a few amazing businesses remaining in America! This is one of them! I selected them based on highly favorable reviews and they proved themselves true. Rusty came out the very next day. Arrived on time and inspected my roof problem. My problem is likely a fire place chimney design /install fault and not the roof. Rusty made a minor repair for me while up there and gave me his card in case of any further issues. He did this all as a courtesy. I’ll never call another place for roofing problems. These guys have earned all future business from me. Amazing people!

Advanced installed my roof in 2016 (its now 2025 and out of warranty). Recently, while I was cleaning my gutters, I noticed that I had a single shingle that had detached. I called Advanced to come and repair. Billy came out and checked it out and within an hour Brandon came out and got me back into a good configuration very quickly. Excellent job!

Brandon with Advanced Roofing & Construction was a great help. He came out the very next day of me calling to perform an inspection for a roof leak, and he quickly identified the issue and even resolved a few other ones--replacing some old pipe boots and removing some debris from a dormer that was causing water to pool. He did all of this free of charge. I'd highly recommend their services for anyone needing roof repairs.

Our home was in need of a new roof. I have friends that went through roof replacements in the area that were terrible experiences. Mostly the companies doing the bare minimum, cutting corners, not showing on time, not showing at all, and leaving a mess. I had three companies come out and provide quotes on our job. Of the 3 companies, only one of them showed on time to do the estimate. That was Dereck from Advanced Roofing and that was positive number 1. He climbed on the roof and spent about an hour assessing the work that needed to be done. He then spent about another 30 minutes developing the quote and then we walked through the items before he left. I will tell you that the quote was more than the other two that I received. My evaluation process included my confidence in the person (Dereck was head and shoulders above the other two), the importance of meeting the time that we established to get the quote showing respect for my time (Dereck was the only one that showed on time- others were not even close), the review of the items that needed to be done and the approach for getting those done (again, Dereck gave me the most confidence), general professionalism (Dereck gets the check again), and then price being last. My feeling on price is that it needs to be a fair amount for the roofing company to make money on the job and incentivize them appropriately to make it right. Lowest price in this market tends to lend to long term problems and the contractors looking to cut corners to actually make money after they get the job. So I don’t mind paying a bit more for quality work.
I decided to move forward with Advanced. I worked with Derick on the items important to me which were getting started within a reasonable timeframe (within 3 weeks of contract signed), finishing within 3 days of starting, no smoking on the job site, no loud music, and exceptional cleanup every day. The materials were delivered within a week to the home. First phase of the work started on Thursday that week with dormer work that included replacing fascia and hardy board along with painting. Josh was the site supervisor for this effort and made the work very efficient. He kept me informed as to what was happening and on the progress being made. I received a notice that the crew would be at the jobsite the following Monday to begin work at 6 am on the shingle replacement. Sure enough they all showed up at 6 am (what a concept to arrive at a time that you say you will arrive!). There was a large crew that got to work immediately. There were also two supervisors on site helping to orchestrate the effort, Mike and James. Both of them were very professional and supported the team as they went to work. The crew was unbelievable. They worked together to be very efficient and make great progress. All three days of work started at 6am and ended around 6pm. The final two hours were always spent on cleanup. It is hard to believe that the debris was cleared along with all the nails each day including using leaf blowers to clean up even the asphalt granules.

I will also mention that one of the structures that they were doing for me had a couple of challenges associated with the framing. I observed the team doing the work, noticing there was a problem in the way the drip edge went on due to the frame, tear out the work that they had completed, and then spend the appropriate time/engineering to get the job done right. How many contractors would have taken that extra time versus just hoping I would not notice? With the project being complete, I am 100% happy with the choice I made. Advanced showed up, did the job we agreed to, cleaned up each day with attention to detail, and made sure everything was done right. I am also confident that if there were ever any issues that it would get attention immediately. This is what you get when you have a company with values and treats their reputation (both personally and corporately) as the most important thing. I appreciate all of you and the work done!

Rusty performed an inspection of our roof today and did a great job assessing the condition of the roof, took photos of potential areas of concern and discussed potential courses of action and timelines. I did not feel pressured in any way and no attempt to upsell as sometimes occurs with other companies. My experience with Sam who scheduled my appointment to my time with Rusty was excellent and I am convinced that Advanced Roofing and Construction is a trustworthy business. When I need any of their services, I will be calling them.

I called Advanced Roofing due to a leak that appeared during a heavy rain. Before my appointment I received a link ao that I could track the inspector as he drove to my house. It was not an easy leak to find but Rusty and the other man (so very sorry I can’t remember his name) found it quickly and repaired it. I definitely recommend Advanced Roofing and will call them for any roofing problems. They showed up when they said they would, they were knowledgeable and professional, and very easy to work with. We had three roofing companies come out to give us quotes after we noticed some sagging shingles. Brandon Walker came out with Advanced first, and thoroughly explained the process and his recommendations. Of the three companies, only Brandon believed we should file an insurance claim because he had documented several instances of hail damage as he inspected our roof to prepare his quote. Because he was so certain, and because Advanced had hundreds of 5-star reviews, we went ahead and made a claim. Our insurance almost immediately denied the claim, but Brandon suggested that we contest it and request another inspection (we didn’t even know you could do that). He supplied us with photos documenting the damage and helped us use the correct wording to make a case to our insurance adjuster. They sent out another inspector, who saw what Brandon had seen, and they sent a revised report saying they would cover a large percentage of our roof replacement. Brandon said their estimate still seemed low and asked to see their itemized estimate. He found they weren’t accounting for several things that were their responsibility to cover. When we asked if he would speak with our adjuster directly on our behalf, he did…not just once, but he continued to follow up with them several times, even when they put our claim on the back burner for months. After several rounds of back-and-forth, insurance agreed to cover our roof replacement in full, and it’s all thanks to Brandon and Advanced!

As far as the replacement itself, the process went very smooth. Sam was very patient and helpful in going over shingle samples as we figured out which shingle color would best match our siding. They communicated with us clearly about when our project was scheduled, showed up on time, and completed the job even sooner than promised. They communicated with us via text throughout the day about where they were in the process of replacing the roof. They took care to cover our plants and remove string lights that we had forgotten to remove. And after the process was over, they rolled the yard with the magnet many times for stray nails. We LOVE how our new roof looks and have received many compliments on it - the color, quality of materials, and workmanship. Thank you, Advanced Roofing & Construction!

I honestly don’t have enough good things to say about Brandon, James, Mike and the Advanced Roofing team. I have a very involved complete roof replacement, and I trusted them to do this work from across the country. There were serious framing repairs I needed, along with having way too many layers on my roof. Brandon came put multiple times to ensure that the scope of work was complete, was upfront about costs and potential changes, and communicated every single step and change without having to hunt them down. Very happy with my install and the quality of work performed.

I recently bought a house and discovered a leak in the roof. Upon investigating, I learned that the roof was installed just 3–4 years ago by Advanced Roofing & Construction, LLC. When I reached out to them, I was informed that the warranty does not transfer to new owners even when I was told it would. This was frustrating, especially since the leak is the result of poor workmanship. Both my insurance company and another roofing professional confirmed that the roof was installed incorrectly.

The issue lies at the transition between the main roof and the porch. This area was not done properly, leading to sagging, water collection, and eventually, the leak. While I’m disappointed about the non-transferable warranty, I also want to bring attention to the substandard installation work.

Making an inspection appointment was very easy, and the inspection happened quickly. I was not prepared for the information about maintenance needs for metal roofing.

Nobody tells you metal roofing requires maintenance when they sell it to you. So all the photos and information was vitally important. With that information, we made a well informed decision to get our surprised maintenance done asap.

It took some time for our supplies that were ordered to arrive, which doesn't surprise me at all with our wonky home. Once everything was in, the job was scheduled and completed in 2 days. The difference between the minimal materials that were on the roof, and the materials being installed was a HUGE impact. We feel like our roof is definitely secure now.

Local businesses are always the best way to go. They know the weather for the area, and how to keep your roof operational for many years.

Highly recommend this company. They are our go-to for all things roof related.

Edited again post new roof installation: Once again we received 5 star service. Advanced Roofing worked with us to match our insurance settlement. We had an issue with a gutter that was not specifically addressed in the proposal, but Advanced Roofing found a solution that worked for them and for us. Just knowing that we were working with a company that cares for us as customers and that we could trust them to
provide 100% satisfaction gave us so much peace of mind.

Edited to add: Advanced Roofing definitely cares about their customers and is committed to backing up their work. Our roof repair had an extra complication that I don't think could have reasonably been foreseen, and Advanced Roofing responded right away and identified a solution and basically included the additional repair as a warranty service. They are a 5 star company.

Would def recommend. Advanced Roofing was the only company of several that I called that answered the phone when I called, scheduled an appointment while I was on the phone, and had their project manager show up when scheduled. Brandon provided a thorough inspection and gave us practical solutions to our roof leak problem. Scheduling was a little rough, but the commitment to provide quality service was there. The work looks good from what I can see from the ground (ha!) and I have confidence that they will back up their work.
