To be honest I never leave reviews, but in this case I didn't have a choice. Our project consisted of a new commercial roof and façade. This project turned out to be a can of worms with difficulty's at every turn. When considering a contractor Superior Renovation came recommended. When issues arose, they offered only solution's not excuses. They were extremely professional, timely, and always made communication a priority. Lastly when considering a contractor, trust me certain contractors are Superior than the rest.

Superior Renovation & Property Maintenance LLC has been providing property renovation's for me since 2017 - I purchase distressed condemned homes and Superior has rebirthed these uninhabitable homes into beautiful desirable homes - services to include rough framing / finish / garage builds / roofing / gutters / brick / drywall / plaster / windows / kitchen / bathroom / basement remodels as well - Superior also provides all aspects of my property maintenance in a timely / efficient window / A+ on customer services ....

Superior Renovation & Property Maintenance did an amazing job on our kitchen/bathroom remodel. We had a flood and they gave us a beautiful new space that we are so happy in! Very professional, hard working people! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Nick and his crew we're great! They helped me out on short notice when my other incompetent contractor walked off the job leaving my roof uncovered. They came over with 2 hours of daylight left to tarp the house. Will come back to finish and fix mistakes first contractor made. Highly recommended - Thanks!
