Dillan and the team were very easy to work with and made sure our issue was fully resolved. They helped dry out our ceiling after a toilet overflowed, and helped remediate mold that had started to grow in the area. They also arranged for a contractor to come patch the hole and repaint - if you didn’t know what had happened, you would never notice that the ceiling had been repaired.

We recently saw mold appear on our ceiling in our condo living room. A plumber came out and said there had been water coming in and portions of the ceiling had been replaced before! News to us, but I was very anxious to see what kind of issue we were dealing with. I contacted three businesses that did mold remediation in Richmond and SRS is the only company that responded to my call, and Dillan called within a few hours. He came and quickly assessed the issue and we had a plan to take out a large portion of the ceiling by the next day. Dillan was extremely professional and I had a great deal of trust in what he was telling me. His crew was great - friendly, professional and willing to do anything the condo required contracters to do in our building. He also managed to secure someone to put the ceiling drywall back up when the leaking roof was fixed. The communication was A+ from start to finish and I would definitely use this company again if we needed help. I can't recommend them enough.

SRS is the best! When we upgraded our appliances, we discovered an issue under our dishwasher. We called SRS immediately.
