I had a flat tire occur while driving. I stopped to see if I could receive any service. The owner, Barron, removed my flat and completely installed my spare, which was not easy to access, and did so at no charge. Thanks so much Barron for helping this "little old senior" !

I made a 13 hour drive for a family emergency. A rock hit and cracked my windshield along the way. They were able to get me in quickly to have me back out safely on the road again. I'm not from here but I highly recommend Powhatan Collision! Great work and wonderful costumer service! Thank you all!!

I would like to thank Powhatan Collison and Glass for a amazing job they did on my wife suburban, unfortunately my wife ran over our well at home. I called these guys as they were local for us. Me being unsure what to do they took me step by step through the process. They replaced the front bumper and even found more damage under car that I didn't originally see. They match the paint perfectly with the new bumper. My family was super pleased with their work. Everyone that works there is super professional and I'm very grateful I found them. I would recommend them to everyone and I will be using them agian. They are a family Powhatan owned company and thats what I want to support.

I took my 14 Mercedes here solely based off of google reviews as I bought a preowned car from a local Toyota dealership that had a very poor/rushed rear bumper cover repaint w/ streaks, overspray, and issues that stretched to a rear quarter panel. From start to finish Braden was awesome. The communication was great between email and text/phone. Insurance was sole reason for delay but the entire time I got updates or I would text for one. I never felt like I was putting them out or annoying them as the entire office is very professional and courteous. As far as the paint work/blending, it is EXCELLENT. The car looks at least 2-3 years newer now and really shows nicely. From now on I'll be recommending Powhatan Collision and Glass to everyone and taking my other car there at some point for a couple issues again...done by a prior body shop. Very happy customer.

I have had my car repaired, body work, about 4 times due to deer situations… anyway Barron and Ollie are the best in what they do. Excellent auto repair and excellent customer service. They stand by their work and it is done right! I highly recommend this repair shop for all of your auto needs.

The team was polite and tried their best to accomplish my windshield in a timely manner. Unfortunately, their supplier missed the boat on delivery. They gave us new wipers to make up for my lengthy wait. I/we would use Powhatan Collision again.

Excellent service and they are the best in the business. The staff is very responsive and very professional. I had a tree fall down in my lane while driving home in the rain and scrape the side of my car and hit the windshield and the car looks like new again. I highly recommend them for any type of automotive repair or windshield replacement. My car was even fully washed when I picked it up. A+++++ Service!

Went here thinking my windshield had a leak.
Turns out it was due to clogged drainage holes in my vehicles
Moonroof.
They fixed the problem and I haven't had anymore leaks since.

I would like to thank Powhatan Collision and Glass LLC for their top notch service today. My vehicle had a leak and the front passenger seat floor was getting wet after rain. I thought water was leaking from the windshield, but Braden and his dad found it was from the sunroof. They fixed the problem in a matter of a few minutes and charged me a very small amount. Somewhere else would charge me hundreds and replace my windshield to no avail. I appreciate their professionalism and most importantly their honesty. I wish I could give them more than five stars.

Powhatan collision is the most professional establishment in the Richmond area; their services were top notch and the quickness of the services exceeded my beliefs. I had a vehicle that it’s entire front bumper was destroyed due to an accident and they made the vehicle look immaculate, both inside and out! I'm so thankful for this small-town company! Me, my wife, and our two small kids were visiting from Florida, spending time with family here in Virginia over Thanksgiving week. Our car got broken into on Tuesday night, resulting in a smashed passenger side window. Every place I contacted on Wednesday wouldn't be able to get the right window in for several days (after we would already be headed back for Florida), and all in the hundreds of dollars. But Powhatan Collision and Glass ordered the part and got it the same day--the day before a holiday--at a fraction of the price. And they were some of the friendliest, most helpful people you could ever hope to meet. If you live in the area or if you're passing through, I cannot recommend them enough.

I'm thankful for this company, for my new window, and that we don't have to drive twelve hours with a plastic wrap covering. Thank you for being a lifesaver!

I needed a windshield replacement and they were able to order the windshield and install the next day. They were extremely accommodating. I spoke with both Randy and Braeden and they were both extremely professional and kind, listening attentively to my numerous questions and requests and were able to competently and quickly problem solve for me. These two people are an asset, being genuine, nice, kind and knowledgeable. I really appreciated their help.
Additionally, I was able to get faster service at a better rate than what the national brand could have provided me.

Needed a crack in my windshield repaired. These folks took good care of me, in a timely manner, at a reasonable price, and were courteous and professional. Yes, I would definitely recommend them.

PC and G have not even repaired my car yet and have been wonderful! The rental car company did not show up with the rental car, said they did not know anything about it when we had the reservation form and number in hand! The the Powhatan Collision & Glass staff jumped into action and even drove my husband to pick up the rental car that the car rental shop was to deliver. PC & G were very professional and helpful. It just makes you know that your vehicle is in good hands and our repairs will be done right!

Barron and his team are the ABSOLUTE BEST!! Very professional and honest!!! We are SO very pleased with the work done to our trailblazer. My husband hit a deer head on, did significant damage. Picked it up today and you can't even tell anything happened. Looks like its brand new. And mind you, they had significant dirt to get off of it, because we live on a dirt road We have also used them in the past for a couple of windshields as well. If you need ANY glass or body work, ABSOLUTELY bring it to Barron and his team !!!

Everyone at Powhatan Collision and Glass were very nice and accommodating. My car was hit while driving in a parking lot and the first place I was going to go for an estimate had me waiting 3 weeks to have it just looked at. Powhatan had me seen the next day and they were great to work with. Due to the extent of damage to my car, they had everything done in a little over 2 weeks and were great about giving updates. I would definitely recommend and I would return back for any other repair needs.

Phenomenal! They go WAY out of their way to help you! I have had the unfortunate luck to replace 2 windshields and a quarter glass on our SUV in the last 2 months. This team has gone out of their way to ensure everything was installed correctly. They were even able to find a used quarter glass panel saving us some $300. Thank you Powhatan Collision & Glass!
