We had a great experience getting set up for a porch remodel with Curtis and then our project manager, Scott, checked in with us multiple times to ensure we were satisfied. When we discovered a downspout hadn't been properly re-mounted, they quickly came out to correct the mistake. Not only would we recommend them, we already have!

The team came out and made repairs to our siding in a quick and efficient manner. Very easy to work with and get on their schedule.

They actually ended up coming a few weeks earlier than expected because they were in the area for another job so I appreciate them thinking about other customers when they’re in the area.

Curtis Smith, a remodeling assoc., spent as much time with my wife and me as we needed and answered all our questions.The work was started on the date we picked and was completed in one day except for the painting which was done a couple of days later and matched the color of the existing posts. They did an excellent job and cleaned up when they were done.

We had our house resided by Bon Air, including new gutters and soffit. I really couldn’t be more pleased with the work. Marvin and his crew were very meticulous with every aspect of the project and handled everything included in the original quote. I especially appreciated the crew’s dedication to removing any rot found in the previously wrapped door and window trim before re-wrapping them after installing the siding. I’ve attached a before and after photo and I really like how much brighter the exterior of our house now looks with the gray coloring! We were extremely satisfied with the work performed by Bon Air Exteriors. I wanted a screened in porch, but the cost of a deck, roof and screening was too extreme by all quotes received. Curtis at Bon Air worked with us to get a beautiful porch on our existing cement slab, minus the deck. We were aware it would take several months to start and complete due to their current jobs, weather and permits. Scott handled everything professionally, supplied us with all the information for HOA approval, submitted to county for permits, inspections and the final outcome is definitely sturdy and exactly what we had hoped for. I love to paint and will definitely enjoy painting on my new porch.

We recently hired Bon Air Exteriors to build a 400 square foot addition to our house in Midlothian. This is the third time we've worked with Curtis and team because of the great experiences we've had with them. Daniel (our project manager) was wonderful to work with. He was always responsive and clearly communicated all of the work and expected timelines. We have an infant at home so being able to rely on the scheduled construction times was critical for us to be able to juggle work, childcare, and letting the various contractors in to the site. We highly recommend Bon Air Exteriors if you are ever in need of a new roof. They showed up and responded each time they said they would. This is HUGE in the construction industry. Each person we spoke with from the person who gave us the estimate-Curtis, to the project manager-Scott, to the office contact-Angel, to the roofers were polite, kind and respectful. Our roof was a multiple day job. The roofers cleaned up the yard each day and placed all the supplies back in one location. They ran the magnet each day to get up all the nails. The project manager came after they finished and ran the magnet again and then again after the company picked up the dumpster. The product used was top notch. The price was fair. The work done (screen porch) is phenomenal! They showed up when scheduled, were very communicative, cleaned up at the end of each day and made sure the work was done correctly (no shortcuts). I would HIGHLY recommend them and will use them again if we have any more projects in the future.

Bon Air Exteriors did an excellent job transforming our home! Full removal of our old degrading siding, installed with vinyl. Good communication, workers showed up every day, if we had any issues/concerns they were quick to resolve them. They held to their original quote, no extra charges/fees. Job took a little longer than originally anticipated, but I'd rather they take their time and do it right than do a rush job. They rehung new lights we'd purchased, and honestly did more than I thought was included. I think it was all included in the quote, I just didn't realize it would be done. For example our front porch, they covered the wooden ceiling with vinyl so it's all enclosed!
Had a few very minor things and they returned within 30 mins of me contacting them to make it right.
100% would use again!

Our front porch stair stringers were rotting away and the previous installation of composite material was not done correctly (install done before we moved into home). Bon Air came out, listened to what we wanted and gave us some options and quotes. Demo and install took about two days and now we have evenly-spaced stairs that don't creak, are not warped, and are solid. Very happy

BAE rebuilt my deck and built a stamped concrete patio and walkway for me and everything was done exactly how I envisioned it and they fixed and didn’t complain about the couple punchlist items that I came up with for them to fix. The biggest downside was the wait to get started because they had a backlog of projects to get through before ours. Once they got started, however, it was full steam ahead. They tore down the old deck and had the new flooring replaced in only two days. They replied here that they are sorry they didn't meet expectations but they aren't willing to address the problem or offer a solution? Why not offer to call? Unless they don't want business ?

A great group to do business with. BAE designed and built a beautiful screened in porch for us. We use it every day. They are a pleasure to work with. The workmanship and materials are first class. The porch is very solid. Any changes we threw at them were incorporated without question or complaint. I would certainly use them again.

I live in a home that was built by Main Street Homes. MSH uses this company for the roof installs as well as siding etc. My roof is three years old. I have a leak in my kitchen, have had a leak in the bonus room as well. All these leaks are due to shotty work by this company. The bonus room leak was due to an improperly installed vent pipe boot. And now this latest leak is due to two attic vent boxes not installed properly. No ice shield was used, no silicone was used, the nails for the flashing weren’t sealed and the flashing itself was not sealed with silicone. This leak happed during the rain this past weekend so I called and left a message and they can’t even call back, likely because my message indicated a leak. Yep, no return call or anything, so I called another roofing company to address and fix the leak and that’s what they found- faulty installation. If you have a home where this company is doing the roof you may want to get an inspection done because these guys clearly rushed through it and now I’m paying hundreds of dollars to fix their mistakes. Thanks a lot Bon Air Exteriors way to stand by your work!

I can’t overstate how awesome these guys are. From beginning to end, they put in so much time and effort to make sure we were happy. We were looking for someone to build our new deck, and it was quickly apparent that Bon Air Exteriors was the way to go. During the initial estimate, Curtis took his time to explain every detail and answer all my questions. He was extremely easy to work with and we came to an agreement very quickly. Then once the work started, Perry and his team did such an amazing job. Not only is the finished product beautiful, but the care they put into everything they did was awesome to witness - cleaning up after each day, measuring over and over again to ensure things were leveled and squared, and were here every morning at 7 am on the dot. The team was super efficient by building what they could while waiting on inspections throughout the project, and the project manager, Perry, was here at least once a day keeping me informed and providing his team with whatever they needed. I am so grateful for these guys and so happy I found them. I will absolutely be calling them up for my next big project.

Called Company to get free quote on small repair. Was told they charge $250 just to send someone out to provide estimate and it goes up from there. So, the Free Quote on the website she said is only if you are doing the whole roof. Seems a little misleading. Not the best way to make a good impression. Wallet Flush!

I don’t know if the guy who came out thought I was dumb, or if me saying BAE was my first estimate made him think he was going to pull one over on me. $20k for a screened in porch and small wooden stoop...NO THANK YOU. Where is all that cost? Labor? Drive time? That’s almost 20% of the value of some entire homes in this area. Very poor first impression.
