We had a great experience with Superior Gutters Solutions. Luis was responsive, professional, and friendly - as well as very informative, clear, and patient. He quickly assessed what we needed and explained how he would address our issues. While the team did run significantly late getting to the job, the work itself was completed in a surprisingly short period of time. We haven't had a hard rain yet, but our gutter was clearly securely reattached to the house and the new leaf guard looks ready to do its job!

The experience to date has been excellent. However the job was only completed this week, so let's see what the rest of the season brings. Based on my dealings with Luis so far I anticipate that any problems will be amicably resolved.

Luis did a wonderful job on my gutters! He took the time to come out and do a home visit to take measurements and walk the property to discuss where the downspouts should go and the best options for diverting water. He also went above and beyond to use a special hanger to ensure that the drip edge would not be touched at all so I can preserve my fortified roof certification.

It ended up raining the entire day of installation, but that didn't stop Luis and his team from pushing through to finish the job. I have worked with many contractors in all different trades, and this is the first company that came out and did what they said they were going to do, and produced a beautiful finished product.

I was able to reach them on my first call and set up an appointment for an estimate within a week for new gutters. They made a thorough review and showed me a diagram of the spacing of the downspouts. I selected colors and he had a very reasonable price. I was able to make a decision and set a date for the installation at that meeting. I am very pleased with the installation of my new gutters. The recent rains have put them to the test. I called because I had a question on the extension I bought for one of the downspouts. Since he was in the area he came by and securely attached it for me. They were recommended by a friend and I had the same great experience.
