Superior Gutter & Exterior

I coordinated having my gutters replaced with another company that replaces roofs. The roofing company set up replacing gutters with Superior Gutter. I was not told a specific date they were going to come out to do the gutter work. Yesterday they just showed up and started working, no forewarning of any kind. They did park their truck and trailer in the middle of the drive, it a huge issue today, but would have been if the ground was soft.

A notice of any kind besides the sound of hammers pounding on the house would have been nice. They hit the ditch marker at the end of the driveway while they were backing out, breaking the solar lamp and damaging the post anchor.

Guys were friendly enough, gutters, down spouts, gutter covers look good. Can’t wait until the next rain to see how week they work. We have waterfalls on every side of the house when it rains hopefully we won’t have any during the next rain storm.

With all the rain we've had, I know any repairman will be busy. When his wife called to say he was available to do estimates, I gave a time he could come. He did not show on Wednesday. I called to reschedule for Thursday. Again I gave him a time he could come. When he did not arrive by dinnertime, I called to cancel. We will not be calling again. I prefer to use small local companies when possible, I'll be calling a larger company out of Columbus. I'm sorry I cannot rate his actual work.
