Had a small patch of mold developing on my basement ceiling. It was caused by a leak in the pipe. With just a slight delay after signing the estimate, the job was completed in one day. It involved cutting out a section of drywall, repairing/replacing a section of the pipe, drying out the ceiling and wood, replacing the drywall, and painting the ceiling to match. The workers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They took care to make sure my belongings were protected from dust and debris. Prices did increase since the last time I used them in 2020 but it was worth getting the job done all at once.

Superior did an excellent job on our very exstensive full basement and 1st floor remodel. The subcontractors had great work ethic and came on time every morning. The craftsmanship and end results are stunning. All in, they are very professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to their craft. Highly recommend them.

I used Superior to install a bathroom in our basement. I was very pleased with the professionalism and work performance of this business and their crew. They kept us informed of all work being done and even with the delays during the snow, they were there with updates and continued good service. I was equally pleased with the completed project and will more than likely use them in the future. I recommend this company for your construction projects.
UPDATE: I'm not so sure about this company now. I don't want to change my review because the work was good and we were pleased, but after not selecting them for our next job, they haven't been back to fix an issue we originally spoke about and was promised would be taken care of. I believe the contractor was upset that we couldn't go with them due to costs and now they're breaking their promise. That's not good business.

They arrived at our home on time, fully prepared to complete the work needed to address the water leakage in our basement.
Made sure everything was dry and mold-free, cleaned thoroughly, and removed items for disposal. Kept us informed throughout the process. Very satisfied with the service provided.

I would use these guys again. They were timely, professional and courteous. Did the job well and cleaned up after themselves.
