I couldn’t be more pleased with the TPO flat roof installation completed by ARHT Solutions! I got my shingles replaced by a different company, but the company didn't do work on the rolling roof. As a result, I ended up getting some leaks and hire a different company to address the problem.

I got estimates from a few other companies, but decided to go with ARHT because of their track record and fair price for the job. From start to finish, the ARHT team was professional, organized, and efficient. We were able to get get the estimate, draw up a contract and get financed in about two hours. After a brief wait for the weather to warm up a bit, I was able to get the new TPO flat roof system and gutters installed in just about two weeks.

I really like that ARHT doesn't outsource their labor - the roofer who completed the job, Juan, was directly trained and employed by ARHT. Juan arrived on time, worked diligently, and impressively completed the job in just one day. He kept me informed throughout the process, ensuring I understood the progress and timeline. Not only did he do excellent work, but he also left the site spotless before leaving.

I made sure to wait for a few rainy days to come and go before submitting this review, because how silly would I look if I gave a 5-star review for a new roof and still suffered from leaks? :)

ARHT Home Solutions' team had done a great job on my project. Sales team and Install team were both very professional and patient in dealing with multiple parties; they also provided update and expected timeline very clearly. The install team executed the projected in a very efficient and swift manner. For a big project like mine, they kept the property very clean and cleaned up very well. There wasn't anything sign that a large team was working around the house at all. They presented a very fair and accurate quote and wrapped up everything ahead of schedule. One can always find lower offer, however, Warren Buffett once said: “Price is what you pay, value is what you get.”
And ARHT is the textbook example of that.

Josias and company sealed my attic and added 18 inches of insulation. They also performed a blower test to measure the air leaks before and after the sealing and insulation. ARHT Home solutions helped us upgrade and increase the size of a window in our house to help bring in more natural light. We are very happy with the installation process and the build. When the window first came, the frame was cracked but they ordered a new one right away. We were told the install could take up to 3 days due to various factors however the team completed it all in one day which was great. Definitely recommend ARHT Home Solutions and we will be happy to use them in the future for any other needs we may have.

Mike from ARHT and the entire team did a phenomenal job from start to finish. We have an older home that we are renting and a new roof was imperative. With the fluctuating temps and weather in MD, you can only guess the wear on the old roof and the declining insulation of the skylight windows. The consultation and contract process between us, our landlord and with Mike, was thorough and not rushed. With multiple parties involved, not a line of communication was missed; a timeline, cosmetic options for the shingles/new windows, pricing options (went through insurance), and scheduling was completed without any problems. The day of the job, the crew arrived on time and began working right away. An overseer was on location with the team, who greeted my Husband and I. He was able to answer any questions that may have come up throughout the process. It ended up having to be a 2-day job, which was relayed to us promptly. We provided them with a cooler of water and juice to keep them going; they were working non-stop.

The skylight windows were installed first. Keep in mind that debris and dirt may fall down into the room/space, which required minimal sweeping to clear it all. We did have to mop too. But, this is an older home, so be mindful that some of the outline of our windows were broken down. Therefore, a little extra clean up was needed for those areas. All equipment for the next day was left neatly and out of the way. The crew returned for day 2, and completed the job in about 5hrs. The site supervisor returned with the crew and gave a run down of what they were finishing up on. At the end, we did a walk through to observe the finished roof and windows. He showed pictures of the roof before, during and after - we could not be more pleased! They even cleaned out our gutters! Every crew member was polite and respectful of our home. Mike followed up with us at the end of the day to see if we had any questions or concerns. Mike is very personable and knowledgeable with his work. I would definitely recommend ARHT for home roofing, window repair/installations.

I hired ARHT Home Solutions to rebuild my chimney and conduct a full roof replacement. The company provides high quality material and labor. They do not cut corners on any step and paid close attention to all the details necessary to ensure the roof was completed appropriately. This includes identifying failed integration of window dormers and roofline causing leaks and rot over time from external storm damage. 5 Stars.

ARHT did an outstanding job with the insulation job in my attic. They identified two bathroom fans that were not vented properly and provided solutions to fix the issue. They gave me a fair price quote after reviewing several options available to me. I felt a noticeable difference in the house temperature soon after the job was completed and am confident that the work they performed is a great value for the services provided. They told me that we would receive the materials the day before work began and that the team would show up early the install morning. We requested a later start time due to having an infant in the home, but we were also informed that it might result in a completion delay. As we worked together, the onsite project manager was proactive with keeping us informed of his teams' development due to some rain delays and having to replace worned plywood.

He said I have a great company for you called ARHT Home Solutions, of course I asked are they reliable and he said yes. After contacting them I was met by Michael Anthony their Rep who came out and went over the entire process with me. He was great with explaining the process to me, answered every question I had and was very professional. I went online to their site and read their reviews and went online to BBB everything I checked came back good so I decided to go with them for my roofing project. ARHT Home Solutions did an excellent job replacing my roof. In Chevy Chase, MD, there is a lot of competition for contractors, and ARHT home solutions stood out. They had consistent and frequent communications throughout the process, keeping me informed of scheduling, materials delivery, and job progress. I did upgrade to the GAF HDZ Architectural Shake-wood colored shingles and synthetic underlayment, giving me a 50-year roof that looks great. They were able to match the flashing to the roof color, which made a big difference in the look around the chimney.
The day of the installation, they arrived on time at 7:00 am, something that is hard to do in DC traffic without careful planning. They unloaded the roofing materials and cleared the street of their vehicle quickly, spread tarps around the house to catch debris that couldn’t be tossed straight into their dumpster, conveniently parked in our driveway, and showed exceptional professionalism throughout the removal and install process. Even though they were missing half the crew because of sickness, they worked diligently and completed the work to high standards and within the estimated time window. This included the cleanup, which, being fall with leaves all over the ground, made it clear that they were committed to leaving the property cleaner than they found it.
The post install walk-through was great to close the process. My point of contact had pictures of the installation process to show the condition of the planking under the roof; the roof install process; the craftmanship in installing flashing around the chimney, gables, and skylights; and ridge and valley treatments on my roof’s many hips. It brought context to the final walk around to ensure I was satisfied with quality of the work.

ARHT home solutions was fantastic! From the time I realized I need roof repairs in April until the final walkthrough yesterday, they have been proactive, communicative, responsive, and polite. ARHT Home Solutions was the only roofer willing to re-shingle my sunroom the way it needed to be done. The roof of my 21 y/o sunroom consists of 2” thick insulated metal panels where the original shingles were glued directly on to the panels. When those shingles started to come off, I spoke to a number of roofers who all told me the only way to fix my roof was to attach plywood to the top of the panels and then nail the shingles on top of that – a process which would puncture the insulated panels and likely lead to future maintenance issues. Widman Calderon of AHRT Home Solutions was the only roofer who understood the importance of avoiding nails and did the work the way it was originally done through the more labor-intensive process of gluing the shingles on -- which is exactly what I wanted!

ARHT Home Solutions was a joy to work with. They were extremely responsive and communicative through every step of the way. Better yet, I signed the contract on Wednesday and job was completed the following Saturday. I was able to observe the high quality of their workmanship as they did the work, my yard was carefully cleaned-up when they finished, and I now have a beautiful sunroom roof.

ARHT Home Solutions just replaced the roof of my home in Burtonsville, MD and the workers craftmanship is amazing!!! The GAF HDZ Architectural charcoal colored shingles and chimney flashing, rejuvenated the look of my home. ARHT gave me the space to provide feedback and ask questions regarding the process/contracts without pushy salesman tactics. Suzanne, Widman, and Mike’s GREAT communication skills make me feel safe knowing that I was getting the necessary repairs done to fit my budget. Even with weather constraints, ARHT got the job done timely and in a quality manner.

ARHT Home Solutions made the roof replacement simple by detailing the various steps we needed to get the roof that we wanted. Since we had damage getting our insurance involved was a different approach to the project. We needed several upgrades like a ridge cap and skylight replacement. Suzanne our consultant was very helpful and simplified everything. ARHT scheduled the work around my wife’s meetings which was great since she works at home. The installation went smoothly as the shingles portion was done in one day. The end result was a very good looking roof with all the extras that we needed. They did a great job cleaning up after completion so I couldn’t tell we had a new roof installed. The roof looks great and no mess. I would recommend ARHT if you are looking to have your roof replaced.

ARHT evaluated our roof leak in June of 2021. They were very thorough and professional. We greatly appreciated how much time they spent with us to educate us about our roof situation and what our options were so the we could make an informed decision that we felt confident about. The work went smoothly and the end product, which included new roof, new gutters, new dormers and a skylight, looks amazing. Not only did it significantly upgrade our home's curb appeal, it has made our home much more energy efficient. Before the new roof, I used to constantly dial the thermostat up and down because either the house was too cold or too hot. Since the new roof, installed over 8 month ago, I have only adjusted the thermostat once or twice. Additionally, our upstairs level dryer, which vents out through the roof, seems to work much more efficiently. ARHT is FANTASTIC! We will definitely call ARHT for any future home needs.

Arht Home Solutions did an amazing job fixing the roofing to my home. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to complete the job. Their workers were very professional and kept us updated when they were working on our roof with any adjustments that may have needed to be done.
