Royce has been my go-to-contractor for various projects over the last few years including a new porch and a new roof. He has been nothing but professional. He always listens to what I need done and gives me various options/advice that will sometimes enhance the project. His bids/estimates are always fare, and in some cases, well below other bids. He always ensures that the work is done to my satisfaction. I am very satisfied with Royce, and highly recommend him and will continue to use his services.
