This company was great until I had problems with leaks in my roof that they installed. The company does not honor their warranty, comes up with excuses for leaking such as "condensation," and refuses to even look at problems in person. They put plywood over old rotting plywood without removing the old stuff and did not attach the roof properly in areas over my garage and around skylights. The roofing material itself has been fine, but it was not attached at all or not attached correctly in several places. This led to leaking around a skylight, which I fixed myself with Gorilla Glue tape; leaking into my garage where the roofing pulled away from my brick wall where the sealant did not hold and was not anchored (Superior Classic claimed that my home is old and deteriorating), and then was not attached properly with flashing around my fireplace which has led to leaking, rotting of the plywood roofing below the roofing material, and black mold. The plywood that they put on was put on right over old, rotten plywood apparently (according to someone working on repairs). This is apparently one of the other things that identifies poor roofing practices.

Superior Classic was great...until I had a problem. They replaced my roof, but would not attend to a leak around one of my skylights afterward. When I called to talk to them about the leak, they laughed and told me it was condensation (and even texted me a definition of condensation). It obviously was not. I have a PhD in Natural Resource Science and worked for years as a Post Doctoral Scientist in Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering. I know a bit about engineering and science. They became belligerent toward me. I am in shock still regarding their behavior and unwillingness to take care of the problem.

We had an excellent experience with everyone from superior when we replaced two bedroom windows. Not only was the sales person very through, but the installers perform flawless work. I highly recommend working with them!

Bill and Troy came to give me a bid. They said they'll replace the roof. They lied to me by saying that they need more money for a different product as the original product wasn't available in the country. When we refuse to pay them ANY more money, They refused to give back the $46,000 down payment. They have done zero job. They claim that they used the money to buy materials from menards that they can return. We are taking legal action against them now. Please don't trust Them with Anything. They are scamers. I will be in touch with BBB as well as department of labor and the attorney General.

We're having issues with a home fire restoration project where he was supposed to remove the burnt trusses and didn't. Our homeowners association and the owner has attempted tor reach out to Troy multiple times for OVER 5 MONTHS without a response. If the burnt trusses don't get removed, the siding can't get put on nor the windows installed and the inside work done. He started this project in August, 2019 and it's still sitting there.

The team at Superior Classic was great! I asked for a quote on my flat roof through Home Adviser and they were the first to respond. The sales rep Billy was over at my place in days and provided a quote shortly after that. During the quote process, they were great at getting back to me with any question I had, and I had A LOT.
I was pleasantly surprised when their PVC flat roof product came back at a better rate than the EPDM product quoted by the other companies. Billy was open that it would be ~4 weeks before they could get the product from the manufacturer and finished up other jobs they had on the books. He was very responsive as I asked for updated during this time.
Finally, when it came to putting the roof on, the crew was great. If it wasn't for the pounding, I wouldn't have even known they were here. Billy kept me up to date on the progress throughout the 2 and a half days they were there. He also came back out to show me some pictures of the process and talk me through any maintenance items I needed to know.
I would definitely recommend Billy and the Superior Classic roofing team!

Great team. The guys are all professional and understanding. I had a deck built and a few seams were a bit gaping and the promptly fixed them no problem at all. The deck is beautiful and just like I wanted it. A+ company

Tell you one thing, then do another. I've been trying for a year and half to fight them on the blacktop job they did for me. It's very uneven, weeds are coming through, they used to different sealers. Had another company come out and tell me that they did not do this correctly. Sad that they don't listen to the customer and don't take you serious when you have honest concerns.
