Rang the bell around 9 pm after a storm soliciting business. I was in bed, wasn't pleased, but oh well. I took their card and then I immediately put up a sign "No Soliciting" so no more visitors would stop. Next day this same company comes at dinner time and knocks on the door RIGHT ON TOP OF THE NO SOLICITING SIGN. No soliciting means no soliciting. Seriously.

Hiring the correct roof replacement company is an incredibly important step in the process. This not only involves doing your own research on the numerous companies that claim to be the best, but also meeting with that companies team, from sales, to billing, to quality control team etc.I spoke with many within the Superior Builders team, and do not regret my decision to have selected them for our roof &gutter replacement! A sturdy, stable, well built roof is crucial to your homes integrity, I would argue it may be the most important part of a well built home! From the start of the project, my insurance was a headache. David B and his team made this process more easier!! They fought for the needed repairs on my home.

From the start to finish, the process was over a year! But David B and the team never wavered.. and ensure the finished product was 100% to our liking.

I worked with Tyler Galston on an insurance claim for hail damage. He was extremely helpful, went out of his way to explain processes to me, stayed on top of the project, communicated with insurance on my behalf, and was genuinely honest and caring about our project. He even came out on his own time to investigate a leak that turned out not to be related to the roof. His level of professionalism and customer service is something I’ve rarely encountered in the industry. He made the process extremely easy and would recommend anyone work with him.

We had an amazing experience working with Tyler G. from Superior Builders. He talked us through the process from start to finish to make sure we had a clear understanding of what to expect as we started the process of filing a claim with our insurance company. He met with our insurance adjuster, got up on the roof with her, and made sure she took note of every bit of storm damage that was present (which he was well aware of having been up there to inspect it himself several times prior to this meeting). This resulted in our insurance company covering the entire roof and gutter replacement. The crew that came to our home to do the replacement was timely, courteous, and extremely tidy - they removed two layers of shingles and replaced the roof all while not leaving a scrap behind. Tyler was sure to check in throughout the process to make sure any concerns were being addressed head on. I highly recommend working with Tyler and Superior Builders on your next roofing project.

I worked with Liam at Superior Builders to get the roof on our garage and house replaced after hail damage. He was very responsive and professional as was the rest of the individuals I was in communication with at Superior. There were times when communication could have been better, but overall a good experience.

They got the job done quick and helped us throughout the insurance process so everything went smoothly. The crews that came (one crew for the roofing and another for the gutters) were friendly and professional.

Great crew of roofers, very responsive project manager start to finish. He even went on the roof after for a close inspection and also did a 2nd clean up sweep. 2 days later a quality control agent came and also went on the roof for a close inspection. Their attention to detail and customer satisfaction is unparalleled.

If you dont quite understand insurance claims or the process of claims. DON'T TRUST SUPERIOR TO HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING. Superior will not take accountability for anything.

I didn't understand claims and insurance. A rep(Liam) from Superior approached me and said he would handle everything for me if I filed a claim. He told me my deductible was 1k and putting a sign on my yard would take $250 off. Short story, Liam is no longer with Superior and now they are trying to collect 7k from me. Superior taking no accountability for Liam's lies/scam, but happy to collect on his little scam.
There is a lot I want to say, but it would be a novel. I don't want anyone to get into the same predicament and be scammed/swindled. Its a terrible feeling to be scammed and preyed on. Definitely ruined the holidays for my little family. Protect your friends and family, don't do business with Superior.

Superior Builders Inc. replaced our roof. They did exactly what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. The result is a quality roof with roof vents and furnace chimney painted to match the gray color of our roof.

Liam our salesperson worked with us presale to make sure we understood everything about the project and our project options. On the day the new roof was being installed, I went and bought grocery. I have a bad leg. Without my asking for help Alex the rood project manager helped me carry the groceries into the house.

We now have a roof covered with quality materials that are installed correctly.

Tyler Weller and team worked well with the insurance company, obtaining permits, and keeping me informed. The actual roofers were super hardworking, removed and installed new roof in one day -- very impressive! There were a handful of nails I've picked up, but otherwise, excellent job and recommend.

They replaced my siding and added house wrap after a major hail storm. My insurance company didn't want to fully pay for it but they helped make that happen. My house looks great!

Liam and Andre jones are the two individuals that are the reason I use them for my personal home and at work. They have been amazing since day 1 and never left. If you use them make sure you ask for their mascot Bubba. He seriously makes the whole process just a dream.
