Extremely happy with the job that Chris and his team did on the new flooring for my entire house. Chris was upfront on any product delays and completed our job within days of the flooring manufactures delivery of the material we picked out. I would recommend them highly.

Excellent bunch of guys! They are easy to talk to and easy to work with! Chris was knowledgeable and was interested and motivated to give us the best job he could ! There product is quality and I will use them over and over again !

This Company completely ghosted me. Been waiting on quote for 4 months. Read the reviews, and now wonder if that was for the best. The materials they use seem cool thought, so I made it 2 stars.

In answer to your response below: You know full well that you blew me off. You quoted me months later (after promising 2 weeks) and it was a quote for something far different than we discussed. I called and emailed umpteen times to ask about how to move forward and how to fix the quote. No response. Only reason I kept trying was I liked the products and you are the only Sunspace around.

BUYER BEWARE:
As you can see by a few other RECENT post this company does not get back with their customers.
Awning's are an investment for you home. It's pretty sad when this company won't give you a call back with a tentative date to come look at the problem before the manufacture warranty is up. Yes all this was brought to their attention.
I would suggest before you hire this company do a little more home work and maybe get a few more quotes. A few dollar more spent on a product will save you a headache down the road.
I don't know about you, but I'm really getting tired of excuses from companies. You don't have the man power? Then stop taking on more work until you have helped the customers that have paid for your services.
And yes still waiting for the call of when they are gonna come by and look at our awning~

Responding to review: 1) No the awing did not work great up till a few days before the warranty ran out. It started last yr and progressed threw last season to present. It was getting worse. When my husband heard it he said this is not good need to get the company out here.
2) I guess if someone would of came out and looked at it all that would of been explained into detail. I'm just curious on what was told to the manufacture that the problem is? Their response was slow getting back to you. You were able to tell by the video and not physically seeing it? Just wondering.
3) We considered it very blessed that it was still under warranty when we got the paper work out, to get the number to contact your company about the issue. Usually things have expired when issues arise. But thank you for comment and trying to point the issue out AGAIN about the warranty / time.

My husband called and they said a quote would take a week. Sent them all our info requesting a quote and they never got back to us. So weird. We waited 4 weeks and not a peep although I know they received our email bc my husband called and they confirmed. I don't understand how they run business but if they can't even get back to us, even just i let us know they're busy or whatever, then how can anyone trust them to provide a quality product? So disappointing bc their windows are exactly what we were hoping to get. Can't recommend bc they're clearly unreliable, for whatever reasons.

Chris is great. Done quite a few jobs with him and he’s always honest and up front about the best options and choice. Responds fast and is always on schedule. Thanks for the great work and we’ll see u on the next one.

Spectrum came over the Owner and gave me a price on a Deck. They arrived 2 weeks later and had it done in 2 days I was very impressed with their proffessionalis and knoledge of the deck!!! Thanks you Spectrum crew Steve

Chris and his team stripped and shingled my garage roof, put up new siding, and replaced the door. They did an awesome job! Chris and Elaine kept me in the loop along the way. Everything was cleaned up and it looks amazing.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the deck and and deck cover that Sunspace put in for us. From the very beginning Chris gave us lots of good ideas and suggestions and answered all of out questions. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. The crew that built the deck did a beautiful job. They are real pros. They wasted no time, were respectful to us and our property, and did a good clean-up job. We highly recommend Sunspace to anyone wanting a beautiful, well-constructed deck and cover.
