We had them come out to replace our roof, soffit facsia, and sky lights on our new house. Wendel & Rhonda have been nothing short of amazing. They got us on their schedule due to insurance reasons on our end within the following week and had the work completed within 2 days. They are extremely genuine people and are amazing to work with. Their crew was great too and cleaned up the mess wonderfully. They communicate efficiently and timely. They are very transparent with communication. We had a small project to replace aluminum flashing on one of the second story peaks that came off during a windstorms. After many companies that said they would not do it, Two 22 came out immediately(same day we called), gave us a fair price, and had it done within a week with great communication and great service. I was referred to Two 22 to have gutter guards installed. I contacted and Rhonda responded immediately providing dates for a quote. They were very thorough in answering all my questions and provided sample of Shur Flo and a prop of how gutter guard would look installed which was very helpful in making my decision. What a pleasure working with Wendell and Rhonda. Had a leak that appeared on kitchen ceiling. Called a few different roofers, 222 roofing was the only one who responded in a timely manner. Wendell came out identified the issue and gave me a quote for the repair. Upon further inspection stated you will need a roof in about 5 years. I asked for roof replacement quote. I received quote next morning with winter rate discount. Very reasonable. We decided to hire 222 roofing knowing prices will only go up in the future. We were having trouble choosing a color. Wendell drove us around to look at roof colors. He also took the time to nail up 5 different color shingles on our roof, which was extremely helpful in making decision. Looking at colors online, we probably would not have choose the color we went with. His crew was very prompt, respectful and extremely hard working. Job site was cleaned up beautifully. About a month ago, with all the rain, found a leak in my ceiling. Checked BBB website and saw that 222 Roofing was A+ and Accredited with BBB. Called and spoke with Wendell (owner) and set time for him to come out. Showed right on time and went and inspected roof area that was about where leak was happening. Took pictures and found much wear on roof, hail damage, missing shingles, lack of quality shingle material left. My roof was 22 years old and it looked like it was time for replacement. I just retired and this was not something I was looking forward to. Explained situation with Wendell and he said since it was winter time, and things are a little slower now, he would do his best to work with me on pricing. Did a complete evaluation and put together a quote for the work. I was very pleased at what Wendell worked out and the pricing fell within what I could handle to get job done. Agreed to have work done. Had very bitterly cold days with snow so had to wait a little to get the right conditions. Found a day that showed to be dry but would still be cold. Scheduled morninhg supply company showed up at 7:30AM and dropped off materials, 8:00AM crew started in tearing old roof off. Crew worked all day and were able to complete job in one day! New roof looks fantastic and very happy with how job was handled and priced! Would definitely recommend this company. Thank you again Wendell!

Had my roof installed be another company who then immediately moved to the other side of the state leavening me with no warranty. Unfortunately, I had a few shingles fall off rather quickly. I had damage to my siding from an act of vandalism. I contacted three companies with Two22 being one of those. The other companies never showed up for a final quote. Two22 did show and gave me a quote. I went with them to do the job. The owner Wendall was very informative and did an excellent job. It took a little longer than expected to start the job but was worth the wait. Contact Two22 for all your siding and roofing needs.

July’s wind and rain storms played havoc to the roof of my mothers home in Macomb. Also, causing interior water damage. I called 222 roofing and Wendell was out within 2hrs to examine and secure the roof with tarps. We ended with a completely new roof. They did a fantastic job in a timely manner and a better roof than before. Rhonda is also very involved getting the job done. She is very kind and was helpful with some decisions that needed to made. My old gutters were so leaky they degraded my bricks and costed me thousands in repairs. To preserve these repairs I fixed my gutters and im glad I chose these guys. They were prompt and worth every penny. Highly recommend

Last week my daughter and son-in-law were having a room leak fixed at their house that has been a persistent sporadic problem for several years. They have had several contractors look at the problem with no success. They contacted 222 Roofing to inspect and repair the problem. They asked me to stop by and meet with Wendell, the owner of 222 Roofing when he was inspecting the problem. I am a retired general contractor with both a Michigan Builders and Professional Engineers license. With over 50 years of construction experience, I have been involved with numerous roof leak repairs and determining the leak source can be tricky, this situation was no exception. Wendell found that the vent pipe roof boot was bad and replaced it, but the main source of the leak, was actually a bad joint on air vent pipe located below the attic space and above the second floor drywall ceiling. It was impossible to make a visual determination because the bad joint was below the fire-block sealant and hidden in the ceiling space. This was difficult problem to determine and my hats off to Wendell for finding the problem which several other roofers failed to do. Wendell handled the situation in a very professional manner, and I would highly recommend 222 Roofing for any roof replacement or repairs you are considering!

Called several companies to get an estimate for replacing shingle blown out due to strong wind. Called 222 Roofing to repair a few holes left in my roof after a tree limb came down and ripped off a couple of braces of a satellite dish. They came out the very next day at the time the quoted, removed the satellite dish and patched the holes for a very reasonable price. I would defiantly recommend them.

Few months ago we had roof damage due to high wind. I placed few online requests for quotes ,call couple numbers for quotes. Some of them never responded, some did and requested $150-200 down payment up front. Finally I talked to Wendell from "222 Roofing and remodeling". Talk to him around 9am by noon he was already on site. Placed old shingles back in place ( just in case of rain) Gave me reasonable quote, everything was done in three days ( extra day to find best possible match to existing shingles).

I waited until November to even begin looking for someone to clean out my gutters and the first three places I called were either booked for the season or unresponsive. Wendell answered the first time I called and I could tell he was very busy.
However, he promised to try to work me in" As promised, he and his son drove his wife's car to my house, because his work trucks were all at other jobs, and did the work I'd asked of him. He could've easily said he was too busy, but he went out of his way to help me out. I'll definitely use him again next year for covered gutter installation. We reached out one evening and immediately had an appointment scheduled for the following morning. We have been so pleased with their responsiveness and level of service they provide, not to mention that they are just genuinely pleasant people. We will definitely reach out to them for any needs we have in the future.

Wendell and his wife just completed the resurfacing and staining of my back deck. I am completely blown away by the before and after. I was seriously considering of replacing the deck until I talked with Wendell on what he could do to restore it. They completely surpassed my expectations and I doubt there is another company out there that could replicate what they did to my deck. He was friendly and thorough on explaining what he was going to do to the deck and fulfilled every promise. Five stars isn't enough praise to give to this business. I reached out to few companies to see if I could get someone to come out to fix a roof leak due to some missing shingles. Most companies that I reached out to were either too busy to come out quickly or had a $600 minimum to come out for a repair.
I was beginning to lose hope, then Wendell from 2 Twenty Two called me back after reaching out online for a quote. I was reassured that not only could he come out quickly, but the quote to come out was much cheaper.
i asked that while he repair the roof, that he also do a roof inspection and provide replacement quote. His honesty in his response to providing a quote really made me realize that I chose the right guy for this repair. His honest response was that he'll "come out to repair the missing shingles and will happily provide a quote; but that he encourages me to reach out to other roofing companies so that I'm reassured that I'm getting the right price." Most contractors I've dealt with are pushy and want to you sign immediately, Wendell's response really was so honest that it took me by surprise.
The work done was very thorough and Wendell explained everything that was going on with my roof. He took photos and provided explanations to what is going on, and what will need to be replaced for when we're ready to get the roof replaced. I had some siding blow off my house in high winds on a Friday night and was calling multiple businesses but could not get a response. Wendell called me right back Friday night and was at my house Saturday morning to assess the damage. He showed up on time Monday and made the repair for a very fair price. Wendall carefully removed ice from our gutters on one occasion and then came right out after a snowstorm and thoroughly removed snow from our roof to prevent ice accumulation in our gutters, and on our porch and sidewalk. We were very pleased with his work.

I needed some shingles replace on the roof after we had some high winds. Did not have any luck in finding someone to come and take a look at it until a friend of mine put me in touch with Wendell. I called him on a Thursday evening and we was able to shift things around and came out Friday morning to fix my roof. Two 22 Roofers installed chimney cap on my house. I ordered a wrong size chimney cap (9x9) by mistake. Wendell climbed on the roof to install only to find out it was not the right size! I offered to pay him for coming out and climbing on the roof but he didn't even charge me and asked me to order the right size (13x13).
When I got the new cap, I called him again, he promptly came next morning and installed. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and his price was very reasonable too. Loved Wendell's work and highly recommend anyone in Macomb area.

We hired Rhonda and Wendell to install new siding and gutters at our home in Troy, after some wind damaged the old siding. We were very happy with the job they did, and how beautiful our house now looks! This company should name itself 111 roofing. When Wendell did the estimate, I hired him because I felt right away he was sincere and capable. The crew came today as planned. But they did more work than scheduled. They even painted the replaced gutter and fixed another partial gutter. Nowadays it is easy to find good people who go the extra steps.

I had another contractor for my repair, but they never responded. I searched for another and came across Wendell and Rhonda. Wendell was great at communicating and promptly replied, gave me a quote and showed up on time. On top of all that, he took the time to replace 2 skylights with precision and care! He also fixed another side issue with a vent I had, that he pointed out, while up on the roof. His prices were great, literally 1/3 the quote I received from the company that originally installed my roof and likely caused the leaks in the first place. Top notch, highly recommend these guys! From the moment I called 222 Roofing Gutters and Remodeling they showed absolute professionalism. I talked to Rhonda who was very helpful in asking for my information and having Wendell return my call regarding my job in which he fit in his schedule very quickly. They both came out and not only took the time to examine my damage but Wendell actually gave me a full roof and gutter inspection for free as well as sharing some very helpful information on proper insulation and ventilation and informed me that this is .also very important on maintaining my roof. What started as a simple roof repair ended with a repair that was done with such great quality and care and an education on roof maintenance . I referred them to my brother for a full roof . I definitely will be calling them back in the spring for new gutters and gutter guards.
