Frank and his team were amazing. They moved fast but did great work. Especially coordinating with the insurance company. This was a first major repair I needed to have insurance cover and the instructions were clear and expectations were set. Frank is super personable too!

Its time now to write about my experience with All Weather Restoration. I highly, highly recommend Frank Rueda and the entire team to you!
Our first loss from water, when we chose All Weather Restoration and we met Frank and Company. We were 100% pleased then.
This time our loss was plumbing related and we called Frank and asked for his help.
Frank is an honest man full of integrity. He does what he says he will do. He ma naged everything!!
He coordinated everything with our insurance adjuster and kept us informed. He "drove the bus" for us through the whole process.
They packed out our entire basement in one day. The plumbers dug up the floor in our basement to remove broken pipe; an unbelievable mess and very upsetting.
Frank guided us every step of the way. We could stay calm because we had Frank and company working for us.
They ran into asbestos tile and the job doubled. He contacted our insurance adjuster and together they managed all the remediation requirements.
They do excellent work..painting, tile and carpet. His people are good people. They are a team. They care and they serve. They work hard and they all can be counted on. We had peace of mind. the whole way because of Frank Rueda and his people. Professional Personalized Restoration.

I have delt with other contractors and it wasn’t good! After finding Frank he put my house back together the right way and the craftsmen’s ship on my house is top notch and being treated the way he does with his clients is amazing I will never let anyone else touch my house but this company! That saying is true you get what you paid for please becareful hiring contractors because I was one that lost a lot of money from past contractors but not by this company! All Weather is top notch with everything they problem solve and really put their heart and soul into making your house amazing! I am beyond extremely happy with hiring them!

When my kitchen flooded, I was overwhelmed and unsure of where to turn. That's when All Weather Restoration stepped in, and from the very first call, I knew I was in good hands. After 18 years I had a leak in my finished basement. I called Allweather to repair it. Well they had to rip out 15 feet of drywall, the 2x4 studs and jackhammer the floor. As you can see by the pictures attached it was a catastrophe. However in less than three weeks the leak was fixed, the drywall repaired and the wall painted etc. A definite 5 star job. I would also like to compliment his worker George for the flawless professional job especially matching the paint color and finish. Thank you. I highly recommend Allweather for any work.

Frank and All Weather Restoration are an A+++ company. They came in late to my claim (initial contractor quit on me 4 weeks in) and Frank cleaned up their mess. Not only did he clean up their mess, he found additional water damage that could have haunted us down the road. He is very thorough, communicates well and does what he says he is going to do, when he says he's going to do it! I would recommend this company 10 out of 10 times.

I am writing this review for a friend who does not have a Google account. Frank and All Weather Restoration has now helped me with three floods and one water leak. It is a blessing at how quickly his team responds to water problems and makes the area safe. Even though it may take awhile for renovations to be completed Frank is very good about keeping you updated on next steps. Also, while this is not an inexpensive service, I felt it was worth the money. Would definitely use again.

What can I say besides the fact that these guys have gone above and beyond. I had a serious mold issue and needed the majority of my kitchen ripped out among other things. They were timely, always very good with communication, and I have always felt like they are on my side through this whole process. Would highly recommend their services to anyone.

After a flood in my basement, All Weather Restoration was recommended by my insurance company. They were prompt, professional, and helped me formulate a game plan to take care of the problem. They left my basement dry and safe for my family. There was no hidden fees and all work was performed as promised.

First I have a very hard time trusting.And being 1400 miles away didn't help that. My dad is elderly and I wanted 1stop shopping and not 3or4 different contractors coming in quoting. All Weather Restoration was recommended has he could do everything we needed. Still didn't help my trust issue but that soon changed. My dad was also having an issue it turns out with his furnace ventilation. Frank the owner had someone come by and take a look. While he ultimately couldn't take the job he did let us know what he thought it was. I called a heating and cooling company that came highly recommended from a friend. They came out and confirmed the same thing. So Frank didn't try and sell us anything we didn't need. He was honest about what was going on not only with the repairs to the house but also the ventilation issue. He gained my trust. And that's is a bonus for me trying to deal with it and being 1400 miles away. And Franks crew were absolutely the best. I was in town when they started and was able to talk with them. They came in boxed everything thing covered what they needed to and began the job. They were very professional and curtious through out the process. Frank and his company were very helpful and easy to work with. They actually went beyond on a couple of things to make sure it looked right. The job was completed in relatively short time and looks great. I would not hesitate to recommend them in the future. Thank you Frank it was a pleasure doing business with you.

All Weather Restoration was contacted for a leak I had in my kitchen ceiling. Frank came in that next day and assessed that the leak was coming from our bathroom shower. Turns out we also had mold. He cleaned up everything for us that next day, no question! I have a little one so my biggest concern was her health and breathing any dust or mold in. Frank made sure to seal off my kitchen and bathroom to assure no dust or cleaning smell would travel to her room. His crew that came in was very professional. Every contractor he had come into our home was professional and always kept my little ones safety in mind. My husband and I had a very horrible experience with our insurance company. Frank was there to help us mitigate any and all issues to our insurance company. He always kept us in the loop of what was going on, whether it was contractor appointments or issues with our insurance company. Also responded to calls, texts and emails in a timely matter. We feel him and his crew went above and beyond for us and our child. Would definitely work with this company again.

He responded right away when contacted and has been willing to work with our schedules. He always picks up my calls when possibile and respond to messages on a timely manner.

I signed a contract with Frank in August 2022. Panicked and concerned about the water in my home and potential long-term damage, I did not read the contract as closely as I should have. Frank told me it would be a maximum of 12 weeks to get my home back to its former state. The following day, his team arrived, packed up (although not labeled-not even the fragile items) my belongings and put them in a trailer in my driveway. I was given the key so that I could access my belongings if needed. I was not told that they were charging me $500/month for the trailer. This trailer obstructed my driving access to the garage, and impended the ability for trash cans to be taken to the front and the back yard to be mowed. I had Frank move it. The trailer also left rust stains on my driveway. Unbeknownst to me, I was charged a weekly fee to rent the furniture blankets for my furniture in the trailer! I’m not sure why because they were used after moving them to the trailer, because they weren’t being moved back into my home for several weeks.
Frank had two cabinet companies come to my home to provide estimates. One would take 14 weeks, the other estimated that it would take 3-5. I went with the latter company, although Frank was encouraging the other company. I reminded him that he said the entire remediation/reconstruction would take 12 weeks. He responded, “Even after the cabinets arrive, I’ll have to get you on the schedule and that could take another 6-8 weeks!” Interesting - I thought my contract and the incomplete work put me on the schedule! His attitude and tone became unacceptable. He even threatened to put a lien on my property. I terminated the contract and paid his company what my insurance had authorized for the work done to date. My lawyer advised me to get a signed release of lien from Frank before I handed over the check. Frank advised me that he had not, in fact, placed a lien, so I demanded a notarized letter on company letterhead stating that he had not done so. He provided it to me, and I proceeded on my own.
All Weather Restoration had only removed half of my flooring, stating that they did not detect moisture on the rest of the floor. When this flooring was eventually removed in preparation for my new flooring, mold was indeed discovered and had to be treated. This was an additional expense.
I received my check from the insurance company and am having the construction done with the companies I choose according to my timeline and their availability, not anyone else’s. Getting my home back to pre-disaster status is a priority for me and will be completed within the 12-week timeframe that I was promised because I took over. I prefer to be a part of decisions being made on my behalf, and having the insurance company pay me, not a remediation company based on their decisions and timeline. This experience was a very difficult lesson. My lawyer has always said, “The devil is in the details.” While I appreciated Frank’s persistence and persuasion with the insurance company, in retrospect, I wish I had just initially paid his company for the remediation, nothing more.

Extremely thorough, respectful of the homeowner’s time and respectful of the home itself (very clean), highly punctual and if he can’t be there as scheduled he always calls (even when he was in the hospital!), goes above and beyond, highly knowledgeable about the insurance claim processes and guides you through every step of the way to make sure you get what you deserve. Puts your worries and mind at ease. Honest and dependable. Goes over all of the costs up front and advises along the way. Plus all of Frank’s referrals for the renovation work were top notch as well. All of his own employees were professional, respectful and trustworthy. When they tore out my kitchen cabinets and flooring they didn’t damage anything else in the process and they cleaned up so thoroughly when they were done. The whole process was as good as it could possibly get with Frank in charge. He treats you like he’s his only client. I absolutely love all of the renovations and I’m so grateful we went with All Weather. God forbid I ever have another issue with water damage (or anything else) I will call Frank without hesitation. I would also recommend his company to everyone I know.

Frank and his crew are amazing!!! We called the big companies and was told it would be a week or two before they could assess the damage in the basement from a ruptured refrigerator water line while we were away on vacation. I talked to the plumber repairing the line and he said “oh you need Frank”. Frank was out 24 hrs later!! His crew worked until late evening removing all the wet damaged stuff and set up the dryers. Frank worked with our insurance company and kept us in the loop on everything happening! The basement looks better then it did before the water damage! We couldn’t be happier with how stress free Frank and his crew made this experience!!! Would highly recommend this company!!

Frank at All Weather Restoration came right over on a Saturday morning when our upstairs bathroom flooded. He explained the clean up process and has fans and dryers at our house the next day. The mitigation and water removal service was exceptional. We are just starting the restoration process with All Weather. I look forward to an equally seamless process!

We discovered what we thought was a leaking window in the basement was actually a broken pipe in the kitchen. Our plumber recommended we call All Weather Restoration for help. Frank was able to come out the next day and give us advice on how to proceed with insurance. His knowledge about the process and the steps he would take to mitigate the mold and moisture was reassuring. Just days later, Frank orchestrated teams to turn off the plumbing, take out the cabinets and countertops and remove the flooring. We currently have industrial blowers and dehumidifiers to dry out the space and the mold has been sprayed. It is so reassuring to have Frank and his team staying in contact with us and checking in to see how things are progressing. We've only started the process, but we are beyond pleased with All Weather Restoration.

We had a water/sewer back-up in our basement in mid May and our plumbing company recommended All Weather to do the restoration. Frank the owner called me right away and was at our house within less than an hour. He took his time and explained to my husband and I exactly what his crew would need to do to fix our basement. I liked the fact that Frank spoke to me as much as he was speaking to my husband and always looks you right in the eye (we had another company come out and he was not like Frank in any way) so that is why I knew choosing All Weather was the right choice for us. Frank had his crew were at our house Sat morning drying the basement and ripping out and packing up everything that had to come out. Someone came by each day to check the level of moisture in the basement. Once the dry out was complete, the work to finish the basement began right away. Frank's crew did an amazing job and Frank was always calling me giving me updates on who was coming and what time they would be at our house. I sure hope nothing ever happens to our basement or anything else in our house but if it does, we will without a doubt be calling Frank. The professionalism that everyone had that came to our house was absolutely outstanding! We have and will continue to tell everyone about Frank and his staff!

They completely rebuilt my basement within a week and a half. I was very impressed with their speed and the quality of their work. Everyone was very polite and always kept us updated on the process. I would highly recommend!

Would be a zero if I could. This is a scam operation. There are lots of other, cheaper and honest, operations. Consistent with other reviews,the owner is rude and hangs up the phone when he doesn't hear what he likes. Frank is trying to take advantage of an old woman who's husband is dying. While away, caring for her husband, Frank came in and cleaned up water damage without providing an estimate and greatly exceeded anything insurance will pay. He did not have approval to do that. Just assumed he could take advantage and that any bill he submitted would be paid without even discussing what he'd do or for how much. If he finds out how much insurance money there is, the bill somehow always exceeds the funds available. Steer clear of this business.

I can't thank All Weather Restoration enough! Our pump stopped working resulting in water in our basement. Frank came out at after 9:00pm to take a look at the damage, then came back at 7:00am the following day ON THANKSGIVING to help save our holiday. They are an AMAZING company and I give them my highest recommendation.

This should be a 0 star review. Called them to fix a roof leak, charged me $350 to replace two pipe covers. The roof is still leaking, called them back and they never came out after I waited a week. Justin and whoever the owner is are rip offs. Would not recommend this company.

This is in response to deb Fonseca. They were totally advised of the situation by frank and also the plumbers. They would have never set up equipment had that pipe not been fixed. Frank came in as the plumber told him it was freed up as it was. We were the tenants there. The landlords are going around bashing everyone that tried to help them but because they didn’t side with them on a situation there was no sides to be taken they got all made and bad mouthed everyone. They refused to get it fixed as they were just trying to force us out of the home. Frank and his guys did what they would on any other job and it was fast and very convenient.

I can’t say enough about how professional, helpful and TIMELY the owner, Frank has been in addressing our water issues. With the latest one, he arrived in 45 MINUTES and was immediately impactful. Don’t waste your time with any company but this one.

Hi, I called Frank on a Monday for a terrible water leak. He was out the next morning and advised me immediately on what to do. Dealt with a very stressful flooding situation in my basement. Frank and his team came to help quickly, were professional, and completed the job just as fast. Great experience.

After the bomb cyclone, Frank immediately sent a crew out to evaluate the damage and tarp up my roof since snow was expected the next day. He then coached me thru the process of filing an insurance claim and had a crew out a few weeks later to do a complete roof replacement. The crew was very professional and did a fabulous job. Thank you Frank and Justin. This is the second time All Weather has come to my rescue and I will definitely use them again.

Frank handled a difficult situation for me into one that is manageable. He helped me through a complete Reno and other small work. He was very prompt and was available at all times. If he did not answer his phone he would call back the first chance. Very polite and on time. Highly Recommended. He went above and beyond what was needed to complete the work I needed done.

Frank and the All Weather Restoration team are the best in the business. After my recently renovated basement flooded I called All Weather immediately upon discovering the problem and within hours all of the water had been removed from my basement, the carpet had been removed and the driers were in place. They followed up promptly with next steps, came back twice to check on progress and walked me through the rest of the process and the basement looks like new again. A flooded basement is the worst news you can get after a storm, hiring All Weather to handle the clean-up is the best move you can make.

They showed up when they said they would be there and started the clean up and drying process immediately from the flood . All Weather Restoration is the finest building contract I have ever worked with. The company did remedial work following a flood in my home. I was so impressed, I hired All Weather to do a complete renovation of my kitchen. The crew was fabulous-excellent workmanship, timeliness, and ethics. This is a first class, 5 star operation. I wish I would've been told they were going to puncture 21 one inch holes throughout my duct work!!! There are holes EVERYWHERE (I have a little house) and they are just covered up by silver tape!!! My basement ceiling is painted and now it looks horrible with shiny silver squares of tape everywhere!!!!! Not to mention I bought a Groupon for duct cleaning and still had to come out of pocket over $150!!!!!!!
