Amazing! I don’t answer the door ever or fall for salesmen, but they showed up after a hail storm, I told them what happened. Edgar offered that they take a look at that moment. They were ready. I said ok. They showed me pictures and we definitely needed a new roof. He met with me and my husband, no rush, no pressure. He dealt with insurance and got working that next few weeks. My husband and I had been considering permanent outdoor lighting for almost a year and researched the different lighting manufacturers. It was a quick decision that if we were going to do it and spend the money, Oelo Lighting was the only option worth it - with having the best warranty, light hours, fire rating, etc.

Once I found out about Shadowstone Home Services being a dealer/installer of Oelo Lighting in the DFW area and called, I was immediately in contact with the owner, Jacob and Pablo. Pablo came out the very next day to get specific measurements. He was very knowledgeable about the product and offered advice/suggestions on what would look best with the style of our house. Since I was unsure which tracks to choose, Jacob created a video specific to my questioning from their office answering my questions and showing me the difference in the sizing and looks of the tracks.

From the day we decided to move forward to the day they were installed was just a week and a half which included the shipping and receiving of the products to their office.

I was very pleased with the communication I had with Jacob, Pablo, and Sterling throughout the whole process, especially install day. The lights look amazing and I couldn’t be happier - lots of compliments from the neighbors, too. The employees are knowledgeable, professional yet friendly, and worked efficiently.

I can’t wait to utilize them for holidays and sports team game days, but for now, I’m loving the pattern I created for accent lighting the house which provides much better lighting than the original builder installed accent lighting.
