Armando and his team did a professional job repairing our flat roof. They were prompt with scheduling, responsive in their communication, and very clean and efficient throughout the process. Highly recommend them for any roofing project.

I called sunset restoration to get an estimate had 3 other companies that I had come over to look at the job 2 others turned one, sunset was in the middle of the bids and I chose to go with Josh with sunset they did an amazing job basically it took 2 days to delete a skylight that I had that I've been having problems with for 14 years They have eliminated the problem brought it back to a perfectly good roof repair it all the drywall texture inside the house resupported the framing of the truss I am so happy.

We had a roof leak and no idea where or how it was happening. Josh replied quickly and showed up on time. He found out my problem and was able to fix it right away. From start to finish, Jaylene and Josh were incredible to work with. They were the only company that asked to see the inside of our roof during the initial visit and told us that our roof's decking wasn't up to code, so they included those costs in their proposal. The other contractors skipped that step (probably to offer a lower upfront cost, but then we would have had to start the loan process all over). They also worked incredibly hard to advocate for us and get insurance to cover significantly more than what was initially covered. Communication was excellent; supply issues caused the project to take longer than expected, but I really appreciated how Jaylene always kept us informed every step of the way. Now, my home's siding and roof look incredible and the it's so reassuring to know the quality of their work will last years to come. Cannot recommend Sunset Restoration enough!

Josh and Jaylene were phenomenal doing business with! My first time having to do my roof and I'd like to say it went smoothly but we had some rough areas and it was no fault of Sunset Restoration. We encountered an insurance adjuster that was extremely difficulty to work with, even noted by other roofing companies that he requested to do "competitive bids". Josh and Jaylene were professional the entire time, even when the adjuster was name calling and slandering them. Once we got that dealt with, the crew had my roof torn off and finished in 2 days! It looks great and I cannot recommend them highly enough!
