This place spot on from the time I made the first phone call to a young man named Seth. He listened to my situation and vehicle challenges I was having, invited us to the dealership service department, welcomed us in. He explained the d requirements and prices in an outstanding manner, easy to understand and very professional. After the vehicle was taken into service, we were invited to their waiting area, explained about the drinks, snacks and layout. Very nice area, we talked several of the staff and it wasn't long before Seth and Katie called us back to service. Great team work between them in explaining what services were going to be done, the timeline and offered us a loaner vehicle. Everything they told us about the technicians findings and timeline was accurate beyond belief. The warranty work, problem solving and ability to fix the problem was far beyond our expectations. I can only say thank you and I will highly recommend this service department to any needing vehicle maintenance.

So let’s start with the star scale! The phone screen or computer screen is not BIG ENOUGH TO PUT ENOUGH STARS ON IT TO RATE THIS DEALERSHIP FROM FRONT TO BACK!! This is going to be a little lengthy but I’ve got to give Recognization, CREDIT, AND PRAISE where it’s due and deserved might I add well deserved! My wife and I had been in search for the right Jeep! We had looked and looked for one to fit the bill so after getting up on a Saturday morning to travel to another dealership to look at one, the salesman calls and relays info that the jeep I wanted wasn’t out of inspection yet and wouldn’t be for sometime so bummed out!!! I get back on line for a quick search and the jeep package I wanted Sun Set Dodge Jeep had! Quick call with the Man Shaq to verify that it was available he said yes sir!…very great call and we headed out on a 2hr drive…..in route the Head Lady in-charge calls to check in answered some questions and had the jeep waiting on us “ Mrs. Jennifer” we made it to lot and the jeep was the one!! THE DEAL WENT GREAT BETTER THAN ANYTHING I COULD HAVE ASKED FOR!! So FWD COUPLE DAYS LATER THE JEEP HAD SOME UNKNOWN ISSUES!! THAT I WANNA MAKE CLEAR WAS UNKNOWN TO THEM OR ME!! SO A QUICK CALL WITH THE GREAT SHAQ AND JENNIFER AND CANNOT FORGET THE SM MR. MATT WHO KEPT ME UPDATED EVERY STEP “WITH CONTACT ON HIS PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER “ THEY ASSURED ME THEY WOULD MAKE THIS RIGHT!! I CAN NOT PUT INTO WORDS OF HOW EXTREME THEY WENT TO MAKE SURE MY JEEP WAS 310% LIKE IT SHOULD BE!! THAT THEY DID!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM ON ANYTHING! NEXT PURCHASE WILL BE WITH KIRK!!! HANDS DOWN TOP SHELF LOT & NOT THE AVERAGE GET YOUR MONEY AND DONE!! TRUSTWORTHY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OFF THE CHARTS!!

you your life go to sunset Kirk brothers in Grenada Ms. I purchased a vehicle from them on 2/19/2025 they said they were gonna fix some suspension issues upper and lower control arms and tie rod ends and install new tires. 2 and half days later after being told I would have it next day I received my truck. I looked under it to inspect what all they did to take that long to get it fixed and when I get under there I see my tie rod ends are installed upside down and a maximum of 3 threads holding them to the knuckle. I send a picture to the sales person to which he said it was safe to drive he drove it himself. I left the vehicle where they dropped it off. The next morning the salesman calls and tells me not to drive it because he sent the picture to the service adviser and he said it was very unsafe to drive and they send a wrecker to get it and said they would fix it and handed the tech who worked on it and I would have it back Monday afternoon 2/24/25 and they would deliver it. Never heard from them about my truck so I called to check on it all I got was it’ll be done today to which it was not. I go and talk to the salesman and the service manger about since it’s been 6 days and going through all the trouble and Hazards of this truck I asked if they would look at my wife’s car and help out with the bill on that to make things right . The service manger said he would help with the bill to bring it and let them diagnose it and then we could talk about it. I also asked could they put my wife in a ride till it was fixed for which I was told they could sign something out. I show up on 2/25/25 to pick up my truck I and drop off my wife’s car and was told that they were not gonna put us in anything per the salesman and the service manager. So if you want to have your vehicle damaged and put your life and others in danger take your vehicle there. They will lie to you and could care less about their customers. The technician that worked on my truck is still hired there as well. While waiting to speak to the service manger the service adviser informed me they were supposed to replace both tie rod ends when only one was replaced and the service writer told me that he went back there to the techs box and found the other one by his box and the top of it was split and beat like he was trying to force it with a hammer. I hope this review helps change your mind with purchasing or having your service done there. They are a terrible dealer to work with.

Outstanding service on a Friday afternoon!!
Shelly took our panicked call and got the right people on the job and even assured a ride to the hotel if needed. Jeremy in Parts worked his magic at 3:30 on a Friday getting the parts delivered and Chris got the highly qualified mechanics to fix it all up before closing time. Cannot recommend Sunset enough!

NOT VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. QUOTED ONE PRICE ONCE JOB WAS FINISHED WANTED TO CHARGE A HIGHER PRICE. DAMAGED TRUNK LINING. EMPLOYEE WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL. WILL GO TO ANOTHER CHRYSLER DEALER IN THE FUTURE. TOOK ONE HOUR AND A HALF TO CHANGE OIL. SERVICE EMPLOYEE WAS NOT PROFESSIONALAT ALL. DONE DEAL.

Bought a 23 ram 2500 which had an illegally plugged tire because it was so close to the edge of the tire. Had no idea at the time drove to Hattiesburg from the dealership and had to add air so I could get it the rest of the way back to Florida. when I contacted the dealership, I got no response back. This dealership has a severe lack of integrity of doing the right thing, but chose not to. there is no way that they did not know about this leaking tire. It would not hold air for more than eight hours without having to put more air in it and one of the salesman was driving this vehicle up until the point that I purchased it. You’d expect this kind of thing from Billy Joe Bob’s used car lot, but from a Chrysler dealership is absolutely ridiculous! The cost of the tire replacement was $430 an expense out of my pocket because of this dealership! Truly disappointed in so many ways at this dealership be very cautious if you deal with them.

We were traveling through Mississippi when our Dodge van’s parking brake shoe seized up and got crushed within the assembly. We got towed to Sunset and showed up at 7:30 am, no appointment. Roger and his team were able to get us back on the road in no time. They were friendly and professional!

Brought truck in for service and was told two days and it sat in the same parking spot for a week and finally after a week and a half it was done after having to call to see if it was ready. Communication was horrible. Would give 0 star rating if possible.

I have a 2018 jeep wrangler unlimited rubicon it had the famous ticking sound from the lifters and rocker arms it was covered under warranty they kept the jeep for 5 weeks Roger over service was very informative on the job at hand and he reassured me that all was good and he had his best mechanic on it turns out tec Michael Peter's left 2 bolts out of the mount bracket ,1 bolt out of the engine cover ,a clip that secures the harness to another connector ,and the coolant tank was empty and did not clean his oily work area up .I was told that they would keep my old parts just to verify the work was all done as stated they could not provide the parts they say they replaced under warranty they told me to go dig through the dumpster and trash if I wanted them .then was told I might have to buy a new battery because they let mine run down and wasn't for sure if it would change back .I drove it home to look at the job better there was oil all over the under side of the engine and oil pan so I spent 4 hours cleaning up there oily mess and fixing what they should have fixed . I'm not happy with the Mechanic or the answers I got when I questioned them about the findings they told me o sorry about that but or work is guaranteed anything happens just bring it back . I'll never bring them anything again and drove nearly 3 hours one way to get it there I'm just hoping the actual repair holds up probably not from the looks of the mechanics way of working ethics. They need a shop Forman or lead mechanic to over look ones job before it goes to the customer bad bad business ethics. Will not recommend. Will not go back ever they act like it's no big deal . People in Gernada Ms and surrounding areas beware of this dealership while we were waiting to pay another couple was having the same issue with a jeep that's been in and out of the same shop for nearly a year with transmission problems and other mechanic issues that cant seem to fix they told us as we were leaving good luck with the repairs now how does that make you feel. Roger insured me it was all done right and correct not by looking at the finished product it wasn't .

The sales staff are Southern-friendly, but more interested in selling you a vehicle and getting you out of the showroom than in responding to customer service and needs. They took us across the road to fuel new vehicle we bought, but it would not accept gas. It kept kicking the pump off. They said no problem, return the next day and they would make sure it worked. After they had it all week, we picked it up today, they said the gas valve was stuck and they opened it up. We drove across the street to gas up and had the exact same issue. Called Jeep hotline customer service today and was advised to take it to a different shop.

I made an appointment for Monday, October 23 at 10 am, because my Dodge Journey alerted me the tire pressure sensor had malfunctioned/been damaged. I dropped my car off at 6:30 am on the 23rd, so I could get a ride, borrow a car, and get to work in time. About 8 am, I received a phone call asking me what were they doing to my car that day. I repeated what the message on my dash was again. He said okay we will get on it. Tuesday, October 24 about 10:30 am, I called for an update as I had not yet been contacted. The lady said “yes ma’am we found that your tires pressure sensor needs to be replaced.” We went through the fact that I knew that - had told them that - and specifically made the appointment for it to be fixed. She asked if I wanted it fixed. Again I said yes, that’s why I made the appointment. I asked if part was in stock. She said yes and they would have it done Tuesday afternoon and she would call. Wednesday, October 25, I called about 11 am, as I still had not received one single phone call with any update. I was told they had to order the part. I called the main number to dealership and asked to speak to a manager. The man that answered the phone took all the information about my experience and my number and said he would have someone call me. He took my number and said a Literally within 20 minutes, I was called and told my car was ready. Suddenly the part was in and service completed. I spent 3 days without my DRIVABLE vehicle and without one single phone call updating me of service delay and they would be keeping my car overnight- twice!! The lack of communication and respect is unacceptable. I’m still waiting on a call from management.

I made an appointment a week out for a problem they were supposed to already have fixed plus couple of other issues. 1. The car sat there for a week before they even looked at it 2. The check engine light they were supposed to check they didn’t do anything, it’s just as bright as ever. I’m done. Taking car to Landers in Southaven. For all those people I recommended this place to please accept my apologies
