What started off as a great referral with Holley turned out to be the worst experience I've ever had thanks to her husband (VIC JEFFERS) unacceptable behavior. Vic is Disrespectful,Racist and disgusting on every level.. ON my very first visit to the dealership, where I expected to meet Holley , I was introduced to VIC and was told he was handling my purchase, As I sat in his office I can hear him yelling and insulting one of his colleagues ( poor guy was shaken) , Which Holley had to defuse. To my disbelief, she also started acted unprofessionally and dismissively when confronted with issues that her Husbands office was responsible for. I guess black people were not supposed to buy cars here. If Holley is going to be the only person that pretends to be half descent why not just have her work and yall can put Vic in the mechanic shop where he belongs.

First off I hate going to any car dealer . I was pre approved through GM finance and Holly reached out to me. From the start I told her I wanted no B.S., no pulling my credit a million times and if she can’t make it work with the vehicle I wanted then don’t worry about. Not only did she follow through with all of my requests she also took my trade that I was bad upside down on (I didn’t even plan on trading because I knew about the bad negative equity I had in the car) . After reaching an agreement she offered to even deliver my new truck to me free of charge but I’m not one to buy anything site unseen. Once we arrived at the dealership it took us longer to test drive and look around the truck than it did to sign paperwork. We literally were there less than 30 mins and walked out with keys in hand. Now the truck we bought is having technical problems but what technology doesn’t. Holly is having the service department come pick up the truck and deliver it back to us after service. Will update more on service experience once it’s complete. If you don’t like the normal car deal ship B.S. go to Eaton Chevy GMC and see Holly she will take care of you!!!!! My car was totaled. Had to get something to drive fast. Couldn't afford a new car so William is finding me a used jeep that I like at a great price. They will get you what you need . They are the friendliest people I know.

The service department is a joke, starting with the woman at the service desk. She lies to your face and is a smart ass to the core. Charged a woman over $165 to reprogram a module on her car and didn't even do it. Dozens of people have complained about this woman and she's still there for some reason. This is not the only bad experience I've seen from their service department. Either the owner is blind or he just simply does not care about the quality of customer service his place of business puts out. Now to sales. I saw a young man buy a very expensive diesel truck from them. Clearly stated on the paper work that factory warranty was still in effect. Turns out something very serious went wrong with it and took it back to them to fix it. After he gets it there they tell him that there's a performance module on the truck that voided the warranty. He added nothing to the truck and the module that was on it came with the truck. Ended up costing him thousands to fix it. Moral of the review: "Come to Eaton! So you can take a beating!"

After being told to drop off my vehicle and leave the keys inside,my vehicle has not moved in two days in their sevice yard.excuses range from a runny nose to everybody has the flu,its raining,all the way to publishers clearing house is bringing a check. This is the third time I've taken my vehicle here with the same results. There commercial says you want take a beating with eatons well my feet tell a different story.

The past 4 vehicles we bought have come from Eaton. William Hamilton always finds the exact car we are looking for and makes sure we are happy with our purchase as long as we own it. Amy and the guys in the service department always work with our busy schedules for maintenance and repairs.
