They provided my quarterly treatment for my vacation property in Sequim. They did a good job and always communicated when they would be there and what actions were done while at the house.
I highly recommend them.

After reading the Google reviews I almost did not call this company but was glad I did. We had a new beautiful covered porch constructed (by Stamper Construction) and I noticed rats had chewed the bottom of the new curtain. A night camera recorded them (click "local guide" and then "photos" to see them). Sunrise came out also because of thatcher ants which bit me every time I was in the garden. After one visit I saw no more of either pest. They also spotted a few minor home repairs that would keep them out of the house, attic and garage (where they had eaten some insulation under the hood of my car). Sunrise now comes out every so often to inspect the bate stations and the traps. They explain every action they take, provide written estimates and are alert to not poisoning other animals (and my dogs). I am very pleased with the results, their reliability and courteous interactions.

Steer clear of this company. After $500 no mice were caught. Basically, they set traps. Sunrise technician crawl space inspection missed  a  couple of major issues which came to my attention by the 2nd company I hired to do the job Sunrise could not. Photos showed that the flex duct hoses were open and hanging which made inviting runs for the mice to access HVAC system. The mice did not even have to work to get in. Also the 2nd company located a large skeletonized animal (possibly a cat or raccoon)  in the far corner of the crawl space. Note to companies that specialize in rodent and pest exclusion: make sure the inspection includes a complete visual! Office help not concerned. I'm out $500 and starting fresh with a 2nd company.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
