I found the entire process of setting up my appointment and having the window cleaning performed to be a great experience. I found the communication with all of the staff which helped me to be excellent.

It is rare to find a business that provides excellent customer service and so quickly responds to customer inquiries. Reign City made a very positive impression on me in my initial discussions with them. I ended up choosing them over a competitor who was going to schedule service 4 months out, and I'm very glad I did. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job cleaning out my gutters. Actually missed one gutter unfortunately but when I contacted them about this they apologized and immediately offered to come back and take care of that one gutter. Scheduling difficulties on my part caused a 3 week delay, but when I was again available they contacted me and came out the same day to clean the gutter. I highly recommend these guys!

Reign City cleaned our windows inside and out, including a full glass sunroom. The many windows had not been cleaned in over a year. The finished product was simply beautiful. The windows looked amazing. The work done by Reign City greatly improved the property we are putting up for sale. They were exceptional communicators and completed the HUGE task like professionals. We chose Reign City to power wash our v-e-r-y long driveway, and every aspect of dealing with them was 5-star! Bryan was great handling all of our questions, estimating, scheduling, and follow-up. He’s friendly and confident (in a good way) and very professional. Then his worker arrived right on schedule and was clearly experienced and competent and friendly, and had all the right equipment, and he did a 5-star job. We know what it takes because we’ve done it ourselves, so we were very impressed and delighted, really. It could not have gone any better, excellence all the way!

They did an entirely thorough job of cleaning the roof of our commercial building. We were so glad to see that all of the trouble spots were completely cleaned. It's so nice that we don't have to worry about the roof as fall approaches!

I've had some bad issues with my gutters ever since I had them replaced a few years ago, and Brian Stevens was great at providing suggestions for fixes and installing some leaf filters on top of doing a great clean-out job. We had some scheduling issues due to COVID but Brian was always really communicative whenever things came up and things wrapped up well in the end.

I would highly reccommed Reign City Property Maintenance for roof cleaning as that is the service we used. Brian gets back to you very quickly on all inquires and explains everything in detail. Before giving us a fair quote on the work to be completed, Brian came out to our property to inspect our roof. He then sent us a quote that we found to be very reasonable. When scheduling the work, Brian checked with us to see what what would work with our schedule and then promptly arrived to begin the job. He did a very thorough job, made sure we understood what was happening and then made an appointment to return to check the roof in about a month (part of the package we paid for). We are so happy to have a moss free roof again, thank you Reign City Property Maintenance!

First time using Reign City. Had to clean the windows of a home that would be sold for 1.9 million. The windows were large, and there is a sun-room with glass roof, as well.

Everything turned out great! The windows had no streaks or dirt, and Brian even cleaned the insides and the tracks!

High quality siding washing services. It has been nearly a month since the wash and the house is still looking great. The wash got rid of substantial build up of moss, debris, dirt, etc. Very happy with the product and service.

Brian arrived promptly at our community to pressure wash a couple of areas. He then confirmed the terms to complete the job as discussed on the phone. He completed the work with great quality within the time promised. One area was actually asphalt covered, so had to be handled with care, which he did nicely. What I was most impressed with other than the high quality job he did, was his professional tips to maintain the area after work was completed and the fact that he came with a nicely itemized invoice in an envelope for the payment. The whole experience was easy and the quality of finished work was great. I'm comparing him and his work to a previous pressure washing contractor who I had a terrible experience with. I will recommend Brian/Reign City to anyone!
