I was on a cross-country trip on my Harley and I had a punctured oil pan. I took my bike to them when I already had nine out of the 10 bolts taken out of the pan. I left them a detailed sheet of what needed to be done, including repairing the old pan and how to do that exactly. When I got the bill for $140 for diagnosis, which was not needed in the first place because I had already taken almost all the bolts out of the old pan. Then they said they couldn't repair the old pan and they were looking for a new one. I found a new one within an hour and had it overnighted to me so I brought it to their shop. Three days later I got a call that said they were able to get the brand new pan that I provided installed on my bike and it was ready to go. The total bill was almost $600 and I provided all the materials. I would not return to the shop unless it was a dire emergency and then I would look for other places to go instead. They will eventually help you but it will cost you an arm and leg.

We love the way we’re treated by everyone at Sunrise! The are welcoming, but not high pressure pitches. They had the specifics of what we were looking for and had the unit ready and available. Ben was awesome, paid attention to the details and provided us with those options. We will always do business with them in the future.

Purchasing experience was quick and easy. Working with Nik was a breeze. Would definitely do business with him again as well as Sunrise.

Nik Sweger helped me on the phone when I first called to inquire about the Ranger 570 I had seen advertised on Facebook. He was super helpful and we made arrangements to meet up the following day. He had already brought out a couple rides for me to look at. We took a ride in the Ranger 570 that was already equipped with a roof and windshield. He showed me how to operate the Ranger and all of its features, since it was my first experience with a side by side. It turned out this was exactly the machine I was looking for. Nik was so helpful with the paperwork and Mario was super helpful with financing. Nik to me over to the service department and introduced me to DJ so he could educate me on keeping my new purchase up to date on its check ups. From start to finish I was there about 2 hours. I had it delivered the next day and I can’t say enough about how easy and pleasant it was dealing with Nik and his hard working team there at Sunrise! Thanks so much!

Everything was fast and easy. Called late one day, very next morning I was pulling away with my first motorcycle. The experience all the way from credit check, to salesman, to the maintenance crew, to parts people was fast, kind, and easy. I also got a free shirt! Thank you again!! They put anti seize on my lug nuts took my brake pads off and sent it home like that. Got silicone all over my snorkels. Left my Carter pins out of my tie rod ends. They let all coolant out and didn’t replace it. Never mentioned any of this to me either. Never offered to make anything right. I mean what kind of shop does that.

I'd leave a no star review if I could but I've had nothing but crap service from this place and now they have smeared silicone all over my 400 dollar snorkel kit and told me they did me a favor. I see no favor here. All I see is my nice new snorkel kit has sealant rubbed all over it. Thanks for the favor!!! I will be contacting polaris to report this issue. I'll also be letting them know how you left my wife's wheeler apart the sway bar is loose and the front plastics are not bolted down. That's some fine service right there. Don't go here unless you wish to be screwed over and taken advantage of

Keith was super friendly and easy to work with, and gave me a great deal on upgrading my dirt bike. Actually, everyone I’ve spoken with there has always been really nice and answered all my questions.
I am a bit thrifty with my purchases, so always shop around looking for the best deal.
While I will say Jonesboro cycle can beat their pricing some times, the level of service you get at Sunrise is without compare.
Will definitely try to throw some more business their way in the future.
Oh, and that whole Sunrise complex is pretty incredible. Everything from side-by-sides to a well-stocked Gun & Knife store..

I didn’t get the doors and back window, I was quoted by salesman. I spoke to Jacob and he asked if I wanted hard doors or the floppy doors. I told him I wanted hard doors. The small half doors. And the back glass he told me would be the solid with the sliding window. I got neither on the deal. I wind up with the floppy doors and a big solid piece of plastic glass. The manager shook my hand on the deal including a winch. I got the winch and floppy doors, and the wrong rear glass. I’m not impressed with Sunrise. I will not be sending any more business your direction.

I’ve purchased a couple different ATVs and motorcycles from Sunrise in the last couple of years. A 2024 Honda Rancher 420 4x4 New in September 2023 and 2014 Honda Interstate 1300cc Used in February 2025. Both experiences for me were extremely laid back, no pressure from the sales staff and both times, it took me a few days to decide what exactly I was looking for and the guys here at Sunrise went above and beyond for me to find exactly what fits my needs for both applications.

My experience with the service department is limited to preventative maintenance but from that perspective, I haven’t had any issues with them either.

I will have no problem shopping here with Sunrise again.

Also, check out Sunrise Outfitters as well, that is their Outdoor gun store, fishing, boating etc department. I’ve also had great experiences with those guys as well!

I had a 2nd great experience with recent purchase! They stayed after hours just for me to be able to get there and pick up my machine. Very respectful, fast responses, and the prices were hard to beat. I will always recommend them if your in the market for a sxs, atv, etc.

Our salesman, Keith, was exceptionally helpful in finding the UTV we needed. He was thorough in orienting us to the machine. The Finance guys, Ernie and KB, made the financial arrangement really easy and understandable. You can’t beat Sunrise prices and service.

Keith & Kalin went above and beyond helping my husband get into a bike he loved . They communicated well and worked with us . We called lots of other dealerships state wide before finally deciding on the best choice for us . Definitely recommend talking to them .

I don't usually leave reviews but yesterday my expectations of a dealership were blown away at Sunrise. I live 300 miles away and did most of my dealings over the phone. When I stepped in the dealership to pick up my new ride, I was instantly greeted by every member on the team and it felt like family. Jakob Jones was my sales guy and Mario did my financing for me. Jakob was more than friendly and answered every question within minutes of a text or phone call. He went out of his way to assist me on loading my new bike on my trailer. He also showed me an awesome ratchet tiedown trick! From now on, I will drive the 600 miles round-trip past at least 10 dealerships to get to Sunrise. Customer for life! Thanks for everything!

I was totally impressed with absolutely everything about this experience. I traded in my old bike and it was so fast and easy. If I didn't have to unload and load up my bikes I would've been in and out in under 10 minutes. While I was there I looked around their used selection and I was surprised at how many different types of bikes, the size of the inventory, and the best thing was the prices. They have the best prices around. I'm not just saying that, I shopped around and most people low balled the hell out of me. Man, if you want the proper value for your trade as well as the price of your new bike to be right, you have to go here. It's a huge operation too. A bike lovers paradise.

I called for a price on a side by side. Within a couple minutes Candice called me back and had me a price I could live with. No hidden fees or charges and I was out the door with my new toy in an hour! She was very knowledgeable, wasn’t pushy, and called to check on me a couple days later. Great job Candice!

Was looking for a new bike and shopping all over the state. Came to searcy and right away was welcomed by salesman test drove a kawasaki vulcan and really liked it. Called and Scott who let me previously test drive a vulcan previously let me know if I was wanting to purchase he would be glad to have my business . He was terrific and answered all my questions. I bought a new 2024 kawasaki vulcan s abs cafe bike and love it. He gave me a good deal on my trade in too. Recommend give sunrise motorsports of searcy a call and ask for Scott. By the way the rest of the staff and other salesman were great too.

Mrs. Candice Moore was very helpful in the process of getting my first motorcycle. Explained things very well and followed up with me to see how I like my new bike.

The sales team did good but when I got my Polaris Ranger home the nightmare began. My very first ride the check engine light came on. I took it to the service department and they told me I don’t know how to drive and I caused the belt and spark plugs to go out. This happens every 50 hours no matter how easy you take it while you drive. Every time you take it in it’s $700 to repair even though they sold me a 5year extended warranty. The warranty is laughable, the service team just blames it on your driving and hands you a bill for $700. They sold me a lemon and will do nothing to make it right. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

Candace was a really big help, super informative, always letting me know the situation and the progress of everything along the way. She would call and update me with whatever was going on, even helped me set everything up so that getting my bike was painless and easy!

Tim with Sunrise Motorsports when above and beyond to get my buggy to me. He was upfront and there were no hidden surprises. Very pleased with my purchase and special thanks to Ernie for bringing it to LA for me.
