They were able to do the entire job within the insurance quote, made the necessary repairs to complement their work, and followed up on two different occasions to be sure that we were completely satisfied...great company!!!

We had what seemed to be a leak after a bunch of ice this winter and Main Roofing Company was quick to come inspect our situation for free. They were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Then they kindly followed up a few weeks later after more severe weather of over 10” of rain to check on if the issue was resolved or persisted. They go out of their way to care for their customers and value their experience as much as the quality of their work. Definitely give them a call.

I recently had a roof leak that was caused by a fallen tree branch and punctured my shingles and damage to my ceiling inside. From the first phone call, their team was incredibly responsive and professional. They quickly scheduled an inspection and diagnosed the issue and found a second “soft spot”, explaining exactly where the leak was coming from and how they would fix it.

I had to put the repair on hold, due to having to schedule a tree removal. Main Roofing was so patient throughout the scheduling/rescheduling of the tree removal. Once the tree was removed the roof repair service was completed promptly and efficiently. The team worked hard to ensure the leak was fully resolved, and they even took extra care to clean up the area after finishing the job. They were transparent about pricing, and I felt the cost was very reasonable considering the quality of work and the materials used.

Thanks to Main Roofing Co and the entire team, I no longer have to worry about leaks, and my roof is in great shape again. Their customer service was outstanding, and I appreciated their attention to detail throughout the entire process.

We had our roof done by Main Roofing back in February. They were Very Professional & Efficient. We are Extremely Happy. We never had whirlybirds on our roof & they installed 2 & it’s made a HUGE difference on our Electric bill. It’s been cut by 2/3rds. So Grateful. They also fixed our back section, which is a flattop roof & installed a system that helped it be angled so it would drain off. It’s made all the difference in the World!!! My neighbor even commented on how well the teams worked together & were never standing around. They were always working to get the job done right!! And We live in Little Rock!! That was Not a Problem for them!! Glad they are from my hometown of Searcy! I’m Proud of the Work they did!!

They were able to educated me on all my options, as well guide me through how to do it right. During the project they uncovered some underlying issues that needed to be addressed (I live in an older house). Rather than cut corners to keep costs down, or take it as an opportunity to charge more, they helped me keep the project within reason without needlessly spending more.

I had no issues trusting them throughout the project, and deferring to their experience.

What a pleasant experience. These guys were polite, quick, and did a really good job. They have automatically gone to the top of my list when I need to get a new roof installed.

I’m very happy with them. The gutters I had installed work great and they put them in a way to help prevent flooding I’ve had a problem with. I met and talked to a couple of the staff and they are pleasant.

B) my roof looks freaking awesome!
3) I think everyone that was here did an incredible job and they cleaned up super well!

This company was amazing to work with! We are very happy with the results, and the service we were provided! Everyone was friendly and professional, from the laborers over to the office staff! Attempted to do business with them evidently my business wasn’t important because I never got a call back about the roof inspection. Told the lady I never got a call back Friday which is the day I wanted it inspected unless it rained then it would have to be Tuesday it rained later that day never got a response. Monday I called and she said someone would contact me because I tried to get the Estimate done Monday once again no one called. Tuesday the actual day they were supposed to come out I still get no call so I call her back again then she tells me they probably won’t come by Tuesday after I told her I never got a call so I tell her I’ll just look for someone else and she was real nonchalant about it like she wasn’t worried about my business which is fine. They’re probably getting a lot of work right now so they weren’t to worried about my little roof damage. Currently in talks with someone better anyway.

We used Main Roofing for a difficult roof repair on a large Church in town. They did an excellent job. Very timely and great communication!

I had a bad day, my car was totaled, I was injured, and when I came home from the hospital, there was a giant oak branch from my tree clean through my fairly new roof. To be honest, I thought that the damage to my roof was going to be the one part of my day that was going to be a big problem. It was a Thursday after 5pm, heavy rains were predicted for the weekend, and I didn't have much hope that anyone would be able to give me an estimate the next week, let alone before I weekend. I had sent a message through Main's website and just crossed my fingers. I was surprised that I had a returned call the very next day from David. He told me he had some other appointments that morning, but he'd be by later to have a look. David showed up early afternoon on Friday, and to my surprise, he got up on the roof, inspected the entire roof, and proceeded to patch the hole temporarily without hesitation. We didn't have a discussion about prices or commitments at all. He was more concerned about covering that hole and making sure I would get through the heavy weekend rains without water damage than talking about anything else. We discussed the damages and the set a reasonable expectation for when he'd have me a proposal and a window of repair dates. The weekend passed, the temp repair performed well under heavy rain and wind, and I received a follow up call and proposal in my email the very next week as expected. By midweek my roof was repaired perfectly with a perfect shingle match. The repair is so good I can't tell where it is anymore. I can't say enough good things about Main Roofing. When my roof needs a repair or replacement in the future, Main Roofing will be my go-to roofers, no others need apply. Thank you for making my roof repair the least of my troubles from an otherwise bad day.

Dave and his team put a new roof on one of our houses in Cloverdale. Before the job began, he sent me details about the materials required as well as possible charges for replacing bad decking. The roof had a bad area that required replacing several sheets of decking. Dave sent me photos of the supplies, once they were delivered. Then his crew began work the next day. He sent me additional photos of the job in progress and finished. The completed job was spot on with his original estimate. The only additional cost was for replacing bad decking and he actually gave me a discount off of what the repairs would have cost. We have had to replace the roofs on several of our rental properties over the years. Dave & Main Roofing did a superior job and I would go so far as to say they did the best roofing job we have ever had done!
