RV Fog Dr.

We purchased a 1999 Beaver Marquis in November '24. All of our windows had that creeping seal. In February '25 we showed up at RV Fog DR. in Searcy, AR. We had exceptional service! What a Great group of service minded folks. Lee, manager, was hands on the whole time. He knew what was going on through out the process. Jeffery is just incredibly knowledgeable and does exceptional work. Alice, secretary, was extremely helpful. The price we paid came no where near the cost of replacing the windows. We not only received phenomenal service, but we made friends as well. They do so much more than just windows/windshields. I know we will be back for other things, knowing that the work will be done right! Thank you, RV Fog Dr!

I'm not hyping them up at all, we just had exceptional service. We bought a 1999 Blue Bird Wanderlodge in Pennsylvania in September of 2024. During the negotiation stage, the owner accidentally ran it into the eve of his home causing several large gashes in the steel, damage to the Zip Dee awning, and a broken window. We wanted it, so we bought it at a discount. We ended up coming out ahead after the repair was done, which is not what we were told to expect. RV Fog Dr was confident that they could fix it and I'm serious when I say, you cannot tell that it was ever repaired. The paint work is amazing. Alice, who you'll deal with most likely for your own repair is great at everything customer service.

Wow, I think that's a great way to start a review. From Alice to the technicians, we struck gold. They were already highly recommended. We have a, special, to us 1999 Bluebird Wanderlodge LXI. We bought it with a broken bathroom window and a sidewall surrounding the window the had been damaged when it struck the eve of a home. I really wish I could express how happy we are with what they did. A new window, a new Zipdee awning and, the paint work is beyond spot on. It's absolutely beautiful. I honestly feel like we could have paid three times what they charged us and I would be just as happy. I'm going to also post this on the Wanderlodge Owners Group. Our passenger and driver windows had gotten difficult to see out. Shortly after we purchased (new) our motorhome, I noticed the windows were hazzey, and I thought it was from the roof ac drain dripping on them, I tried everything I could think of to clean the haze off before I realized it was foggy between the panes of glass. It's a shame that the manufacturers aren't forced to remedy this under a recall.
After some research, I chose the RV Fog Dr, made an appointment, and arrived the day prior to my appointment, I can't express how friendly and helpful everyone was. They started on my motorhome the following morning and had me on the road before noon.

Am Absolutely Incredible company. My situation required replacing an odd shaped window glass for our 2008 Fleetwood Expedition. Sourcing the glass was literally impossible and custom cut glass was extremely expensive with a 4+ month delivery time. RV Fog Doctor had the glass, resealed the panes and had it delivered in 4 business days! And at a truly amazing price. A special mention for Alice, her personality and professionalism is awesome! Do not hesitate to deal with RV Fog Doctor.

Lee and his staff were an outstanding experience, knowledgeable, professional and they went out of the way to to help us and get the jog perfect done.

We took in our van to have the windshield replaced. Not only did they make this repair quickly, they detailed and cleaned the car so that I hardly recognized it! I have never seen a repair company clean up after themselves so well. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and excellent service.

Our windshield was popping out at the top, they replaced the seal and its as good as new. Excellent service and knowledge. They know their stuff and are honest. We will be their customer as long as they are there and will recommend them to everyone we know. Great job!!!

We pulled in on Thursday so they could start early friday morning. Which they did and repair was quick and efficient. However, the "boss" took our tow dolly to store out of way. Not knowing where it was stored, my husband asked about it because we were thinking we might leave and not stay Sat nite. The boss said " oh I'll get it". But he didn't even after asking him 3 times about it. Finally got it at close of day Fri. His attitude of "control" was rude and disconcerting. I find it very "coincidental" that since leaving that business, we have had a flat tire on the towdolly, and a blowout of the wheel bearings. We've been full timing for 5 years and had no issues with our dolly before. My husband is a really stickler when it comes to maintenance issues so Im sure he would have noticed any issues before this. I have to wonder if "the boss" had anything to do with this since he kept it away from us more than 24 hrs and had such an attitude when we asked for it.
Suddenly these problems in less than 2 weeks from leaving there. Both very dangerous situations while traveling.

Drove up on Sunday so I could be there at 8am on Monday. They have full hookups with 50amp plugs. I had 4 windows repaired and was back on the road by 1:30pm. Impressed by how fast they were able to get my rv done.

Fogged windows in RVs are a real headache. Add a cracked windshield for a little extra pain. RV Fog Dr. has been a wonderful experience. They are very professional from the initial communication to the performance of the repairs. We have been so grateful for the hospitality and care they have taken with our coach. I highly recommend them for window repairs. They also have a body shop. What a nice group of people.

Every review on here that raves about the people and the quality of work is 100% accurate. We made an appt for two windows and ended up asking if they could do three more. They did, no problem. I didn't even realize how bad our windows were until they made them like brand new again! Don't wait.

The RV Fog Dr is a great place to have repair work done on your RV. This is the 3rd time we’ve used their services and each time has been a great experience. Today they reset one side of our split windshield on our Country Coach Intrigue and resealed a galley window that was starting to get snakey, with the final cost being only a fraction of the estimate. They started promptly at 8 and were done by noon. We dealt first with Alice in the office who scheduled the work, than Lee and Tim who manage the shop. These people are the best and certainly are not looking to gouge the customer. Thanks RV Fog Dr.

If you have foggy windows this is the place to go, the staff here is amazing, all the guys here are so loving and kind! Amazing! Worth the trip. Quick repair of both side windows in the driver area of the coach. Everyone is super friendly. Arrived the night before repair and parked in their lot with water and electric hook ups. Right at 8 AM they came out and started working. 4 hours later we were ready to go.

They do great work! They have full hookups that you can use before/after work is done which is much appreciated. Nice people too.

I’ve needed my fogged windows fixed since I bought my RV. A replacement quote was 3 times as much and a 60 day lead time . Alice made it so easy to set an appointment and get pricing expectations. I was able to stop on my way back to MI. They offer free overnight with full hook up (50amp) . I stayed the night before my apt so they began work right at 8a when they arrived . They were done by 1:30p. Replaced 4 windows and WOW huge difference,they look great !!! The staff was friendly , professional and trustworthy!! Not to mention it comes with a two year warranty! Thanks again!!!!

We are thrilled with having clear windows on our motorhome. The guys did a great job. They were very friendly and had the six windows done in the time frame they told us. We were able to stay on their lot over night with full hook ups. This kept us from driving at night. Highly recommend this business and their services.

We had them fix our windows on our class A Fleetwood that were all fogged up. They did an excellent job, and they had accommodations for us to have full hook up and they completed the job in one day, and they were very professional and very reasonable and we were very happy with their services. They are easy to work with and very accommodating and I would highly recommend them.

Just what the Dr ordered! I can see out of my windows!! Very happy. Made the appointment a few months in advance, drove the 7 hours drive from KC. They have a secure place to park and spend the night with water, electricity, and dump at every bay. Promptly at 8am they backed me in and began. I waited in the very nice lounge till 3:30pm. Windows back in, crystal clear and back home. Very happy and excited to be able to see out again. Thanks Dr. Fog!

Full hookups and within travel distance to Little Rock! Was perfect to leave the RV for the day while sight-seeing!

We have been going to the RV Fog Dr for 5 years and they are by far the most friendliest and hard working people I know. We have a 39.5 foot motorhome and they have defogged every window, repaired a big dent , and painted our front hood. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

These folks are not the cheapest, but maybe the best! We got quick service and they have six 50amp hookups if you need to spend the night. We only did some windows, but others were getting body work and painting

They are professional. They called the Friday before my appointment and confirmed it. Got here on Sunday the 10th afternoon they have full him ups. The work they do is just amazing had 9 window's done and couldn't be happier. Will be back next year and have them look things over again with our roof. They got me right in and even let me stay again Monday the 11th night due to how late it was and the storms coming in. I am just so glad we found them. Thanks again for everything

Wow. These guys were awesome. Not only does our formerly foggy window look better than new, but they also helped with the original source of our problem which was a drain channel. They also have full hookups if you need to stay, which we did. They also offered us to stay the next night when severe weather hit the area. Nice and professional. Great experience.

We have a Motorhome with three windows that have started to fog up . Called this business and spoke to Alice , one of the nicest people I’ve talked to in a long time, and she set us up with an appointment time. When we arrived they immediately greeted us and reviewed the problems we were having. They removed the windows, repaired and had us back on the road in just a few hours. Windows look great and come with two year warranty. Can’t say enough good things about his business .

We had our 2007 American eagle all the windows redone they did a fantastic job. We're going back November 23: to have the 2006 Damon motorhome, we have now, all the windows redone.

We have a 2006 tradewinds 40F. The windows were so bad whin sun hit them they wre opake. Took the coach in and they pulled all windoes 11 in all about 22 pains in all. The crew started early in the morning and by quiting time all were repaired (crystal clear) and reinstalled in the coach. Coach was clean inside and out when finished.Was planing on 2 or 3 days but all was done in one day. The lounge was great, clean and comfy with cable TV. All staf is frendly and kept us informed as work progressed

They get five stars for the advice and the availability and The upfront answer that the glass I need is sitting at the provider of theirs waiting to get tempered so it can be sent back and installed on our motor coaches our being the customers. They were knowledgeable and work from photographs identifying my glass. They are willing to work me in as I go by their place twice in a normal work day dropping off One direction picking up in the other for a single window already out of the coach. I will be returning to them however have not yet had anything done by them. Again they were knowledgeable polite and informative.

We had an appointment for Tuesday morning. Arrived Monday evening and did a full hook-up with rv. Next morning they started on all 5 windows. By 1:30 all done. Beautiful job. Fog all gone. Great price! And a 2 year warranty. Would recommend to anyone.

Can't say enough good about this place. Dropped our Foretravel off...had 4 windows and the door repaired...Door had almost 2 onches of water between the glass...
Also had some body work done.
Alice in the office was a dream to work with.
Shop foreman was very helpful...

So far our one window job looks good. Staff all appeared well trained with experienced backgrounds. From my first call to Alice and ultimately Lee supervising our work from beginning to end, it was all a good. Very efficient and organized. We'll certainly return there for future glass work still needed. So refreshing to have a positive professional experience...hard to find these days.

We can not say enough good things about the RV Fog Dr's at Searcy Ark. We bought a used 2008 Fleetwood Discovery and the windows were a mess. The fog was so bad that my husband could barely see out of his side window. He called the Fog Dr's., got an appointment and we were in and out. They let us hook up and spent 2 nights. We arrived on a Sunday before our Monday appointment and stayed Monday night after our windows were done. Everyone was pleasant and professional and the windows have a warrantee for two years.

My wife and I felt like we were family with the greeting, description as to what needed to be done and time to do it, checked on us periodically to see if all was well with us, provided overnight accomodations with hook up, cleaned up after completing there work, had a day room comfortable/clean.
We can't say enough good about these fine people.
I wish we could visit more often....only kidding? But if "you" have a window problem this is the place to go.

Well, where to begin basically they put a not new awning on our coach after insurance paid 1500$ for a new.
Refused to show me invoices so I could compare the prices. We still have an nonfunctional awning,ownerwill not return call to try and make it right. We picked it up sitting out in the heat of 102 not plugged in and I had things in fridge. Lots more to this story. Just wished honesty was still a virtue. Needless to say life goes on, we will never go back nor recommend them.forgot to mention their an hour away and this our 3rd trip. Cost us $82 in fuel. To get ripped off.

Drove 7 hrs to their facility. Would have driven 17 hrs. Saved over $1000 over locals. 2005 Revolution windshield driver and passenger windows. Also slide cover, yes they do that plus body work, paint ,and more. Very friendly and helpful. Stayed in coach hooked up in Bay during repairs. I give them 6 STARS.

Can't say enough good about these folks. I've used them 3 times now and have been completely satisfied each time. I've had two windows replaced and one resealed. I'm full-time in my coach and they made appointments to fit when I would be passing through. Their prices are very fair and they have full hookups if you need to spend the night.

These folks are amazing! So helpful and friendly. We had a slide topper break and damage our slide while we were in their parking lot, and they were able to fix it while we were there.

Very accommodating we had a Thur morning appt arrived on Tue afternoon Lee told us to stay and hook up to full hookups, and Wed at 10 am they took our fogged windows out and repaired them and had us back on the road at 5!!!

Wonderful experience with friendly service. The whole process was quick, easy and very reasonable. Both large side front windows were done in less than five hours and the windows look amazing! We were headed to Branson, stopped and got an appointment for the next week, came back and parked overnight at the shop. We went to breakfast, did a little shopping around town and were on our way home just after lunch. The windows turned out looking so clear we wished we had visited sooner. If you have fogged double pane windows, this is the place to have them fixed.

Second time there this year to have a window done on the way to Texas for the winter. Very good staff and in and out quickly. We are happy with the work and tips from one of the fellows. Would recommend the to other RVers!!

Can’t say enough good things about the RV Fog Dr. They handled my insurance claim on my awning (complete awning replacement) installed a new residential refrigerator and de fogged my driver side window. The customer service is outstanding and their work is impeccable.

We were there to get some double pane windows fixed (big surprise) we asked if they could also handle our cracked windshield which they assured us they could.

They tackled the double pane windows and were done in short order, top notch work!

The windshield was going to take a few days to come in, we went and spent a few days at a nearby wilderness management area.

Back for the windshield, the week of the 4th of July, pull in to the shop, watch them expertly get the old glass out, clean, and get the new glass in.

They even have full hookups so you can arrive over the weekend or spend the night (we did both!)

Everyone was incredibly friendly. All the staff were very accommodating, treated our rig with care and gave our pup lots of scritches.

On the day we were leaving it was pouring rain. As we were hooking up I noticed water coming in from my driver's window, one of the windows they had fixed. I went inside and asked if someone could come take a look. Without hesitation, in the pouring rain! They were out the door and up the ladder looking everything over. They quickly identified the issue, addressed it, explained it, and apologized. We were on the road about 15min later than expected, excellent customer service!

Great service at a good price. I'll always make the drive to have them do any work on my coach.

I'm SO glad I was told about this jewel! The single biggest issue with owning an RV is finding quality, reliable, and honest businesses to work on it. This is one of those businesses. They were able to take me right away and got the job done quickly and reasonably.

UPDATE October 2023 - Returned here with our second motorhome to have paint work done and four windows defogged. Everything as I remember it, professional, kind, and caring. We were here for a little over a week having some swoops repainted as the clear coat had failed, in addition to the defogging of our windows. The results are amazing. The paint job is terrific and came in under budget. Three of the windows are floor to ceiling dining room windows and my wife is ecstatic over how clear they now are! The fourth window is the front passenger window and the results are just as great. Now I can clearly see. These guys are great. They even sang happy birthday to my wife when they found out it was her birthday.

ORIGINAL POST Five Years Ago - Had three windows de-fogged, they did a great job. Professional, kind, and caring. They went above and beyond. We were getting ready to load our car on the tow dolly and saw what appeared to be an oil leak. Turns out it was. We hit some wood coming through Memphis and it punched a hole in the oil pan. They said we could stay parked at their facility while the car was being fixed and even loaned us their shop truck while our car was in the shop and then drove me to pick the car up when it was done. Customer service beyond anything I've ever experienced. If I need windows done again I know where I'll be having the work done.

These folks are awesome. We had all our windows in our 2002 Beaver Marquis done. They look brand new, even w/o replacing the glass. They removed and replaced the windows without damaging our paint. We have some elaborate window treatments and wall covering and they treated all of that with the utmost care. We’ve had a lot of work done on this coach and have never had anyone treat it so caringly or do such flawless work! We live in FL, but would drive to AR just to have them work on our coach!! Thanks to the whole team at RV Fog DR!!

My RV driver and passenger window where so fogged up that I could barely see into the rear view mirror and it was becoming hazardous to drive. I search all over and very few places dealt with this issue and some of the prices bordered on ridiculous. Then I found RV Fog DR in Searcy AR. Amazing work, great staff and facility. They have you roll in and hookup. The immediately jump into action and you can stay in your RV. They took a few hours and the price CANNOT be beat along with the 2 year warranty they give you. This is a huge recommend for anyone need repairs. Nice going folks I appreciate the hospitality.
